Your vendors also should park on the side, not the front, completely blocking any access to the store. I wanted to purchase a carton of cigarettes. You did not have a carton in the box, but you did have 10 packs. THAKOR had the audacity to tell me that I would have to pay full price for every single pack as he did not have the barcode for a carton. I have purchased cigarettes in packs from you a hundred times (because you did not have a carton) and every single employee has brought out a black notebook with barcodes. Thakor told me I was stupid and did not know what I was talking about. He was extremely rude and ignorant. IF so many other employees have access to the barcodes, why does this idiot employee NOT!!!! He needs to fired or at the very minimum re-trained on how to treat customers. When I attempted to purchase a tobacco product that I regularly buy from this location, I was immediately asked for ID before the employee even checked the product. While I understand age verification policies, the interaction felt rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told the employee was the manager and received no assistance. I ended up purchasing only my water and leaving. As a frequent customer who lives nearby, this experience was frustrating enough that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I told her I was buying cigarettes and gave her my id, she confirmed me all being good to go, gave it back then the moment I said which ones she denied my purchase saying they (the furniture guys) were buying the same ones so she was refusing to sell them to me as well. 5 cops showed up took us all outside. She really went all out even gave one of the cops water works because we were asking for the reason and management contact details. At the end of the day this behavior is uncalled for. Absolutely disrespectful for her to act the way she did.she was refusing to provide reason, info on contacting MGMT and then called the cops in hysterics. Bring back the old team because those one isn't itwhy should the regulars constantly be turned away. This isn't the first set of people from the neighborhood that she turned away.
