Well my new Maverick AWD Hybrid finally needed some gas after two weeks of moderate driving, this baby has averaged 45 mpg so I'm hoping this fueling chore will becomes less and less frequent, so after passing a few C-Stores / Stations in Zephyrhills. I found this Wawa and after pulling in I immediately noticed how popular this location is with the locals as I navigated the swarm of cars jockeying for a position at one of their many pumps. I used the secure autopay at the pump and then requested a paper receipt from the dispenser which was successful eliminating the need to go inside so I can't speak of the interior or the staff. As busy as this place was it looked pretty good on the outside and all the equipment looked to be well maintained and was in good working order along with competitive fuel prices. Came in for some drinks and gas. Hubs fills up and I get the drinks. Plenty of pumps available. Easy peasy to enter and exit. Got what we needed with no issues so I can't complain! read more

This used to be a five star Wawa..I would say it was comparable to the ones up North that took pride in their work..now it's just falling apart and a total disaster. When I asked an employee about the obvious change in cleanliness, efficiency and overall customer care I was told change of management. What a shame. I definitely won't be back until they fix whatever they broke. read more

As a paying customer I feel that I should be treated with respect despite my teenage age I get that im young, yet that doesn't give you the right to accuse me of stealing or associate me with others who steal, very unprofessional. I am Christian, And the Wawa in Zephyrhills, Stepped up with about 4 employees on the day after the storm. Wawa was the only place open on Thursday afternoon. In the morning I was parked in parking lot and watch who I think was a Manager, running around the store trying to get the systems going, While 100's of people waited patiently outside, Hearing each other's story about hurricane Milton. I then watched another employee get dropped off and knocking desperately on the Glass windows for someone to let her in, With such eager to help, They served every single person, that showed up with whatever they had to offer, So that food wouldn't go to waste. The store was mad house, But all was taken care of By about 4 employees, Til everyone was served. I am so grateful and thankful to the Lord, And truly hope that in some way these employees will get the gratitude they deserved, They where our heroes when We everyone is the path of the unknown What was going to happen in the aftermath. I stopped at this location to get some gas, use the restroom, and get some caffeine. It was rather busy when I stopped in and most of the gas pumps were full so I had to circle around a couple of times until a pump freed up. I was happy that this location offers gas without Ethanol and the price wasn't much more expensive than gas with Ethanol. After pumping, I went inside and everything was really nice and clean. I used the restroom and found it to be well maintained with all of the paper towel dispensers working and all of the soap containers filled with soap. The coolers where the drinks are held were set to just above freezing and my Monster was ice cold. There was a long line but the two cashiers working that day cleared it pretty quick and I didn't wait more than five minutes to get checked out. All and all, this is a nice location. It's clean, well managed (and maintained) and the staff was efficient. read more
