When I asked if she could spot me the difference, she reacted with a loud "OMG" like it was the end of the world. Heaven forbid you help out a long-standing, local customer over a dollar. Most of the staff here have been grumpy and unprofessional over the years, with the exception of the brother-in-law. I wasn't even planning on Yelping them, but that lady was just downright rude. I've heard plenty of other long-time Pleasanton residents say the same thing about her lack of professionalism, and today I experienced it firsthand.
