It took months just to get any kind of answer, and every time I called I was told something different. No one seemed to know what was going on, everyone sounded clueless, and despite calling multiple times I never got a call back. On top of that, all they offered me was a $40 store credit--which is basically the cost of the camera itself. That doesn't come close to replacing the memories I lost or the amount of time I spent trying to get answers. Super unprofessional. The complex is shared with a busy restaurant and a Netflix kiosk. The parking lot is small, difficult to maneuver, a nightmare during peak meal times. I've witnessed several accidents of cars backing into one another, and people just not paying attention while driving. The parking lot is not my reasoning for a poor review ratings. The owner has been rude on many occasions to customers. He gets frustrated when people buy only a lottery ticket, or want different tender change from their purchase. He expects people to come in and buy several items with their lottery ticket, each time they visit. Pushing the hot foods and drinks, insisting on further purchases. I find a suggestion helpful, but his pushy demands to buy more, not. There have been occurrences where a customer is taking excessive time at the register with different scratchers or multiple hot food items, and they hold up a growing line. Although the owner may be there as another cashier, he doesn't open another register to assist waiting patrons. A convenience store should be just that, convenient, easy to get in and out of, making a small purchase as needed. Not a guilt trip in hopes of being coerced into doing a multiple purchase shopping venture. Try Circle K instead, they are happy with your business, even if you only buy a lottery ticket!
