If I were rating the food alone, I would probably give it 4.5 stars. What pushed the experience to a full 5 stars was the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. (not usual at a "simple burger place") Genuine hospitality still makes a difference, and the team made me feel appreciated as a customer.
