You order at a kiosk near the deli, it shows you an order number on the screen when you finish (it's not on your receipt), then you take your receipt to the store's main cashier and pay (I forgot to pay until my wife asked if I'd paid). You can get free water: take a yellow cup and one of the sodas (fruit punch, I believe) has a water button next to it: run it for a bit to clean out the soda before getting your water. The napkins are rather hidden, on the side of the island next to the one that has the plasticware. The setting is just a few white formica tables, in the middle of the store, so below average but an acceptable place to eat. The bathroom was decent. We got a salad with chicken salad on top ($8) and a soft-serve ice cream cup with chocolate sauce ($2.17). The salad was decent, though my wife didn't like it. The ice cream was decent; my wife really liked it, but it wasn't up to Dreamette or Culver's quality. It was $10.93 for our two items. They have various prepared takeout items, and I'd like to try their croissant sandwiches sometime. I probably won't be back other than for that, or maybe an occasional ice cream treat.
