While running errands,I wanted the new wine from legendary actress, Taraji P Henson's Seven daughters i went to ABCLiquors where I had gone before for my wife's 70th birthday party and Christmas gift. I looked the wine up on line before arriving at ABC fine wine and liquors. The wine was in stock. I entered the store and headed to the cashier. I wanted to know where the wine was exactly. This is my favorite ABC in Jacksonville. The store is always clean. The staff is super helpful. They have an insanely large selection of liquor + a walk in & temp controlled cigar room! You can do online orders & place them ahead of time which is pretty cool. The customers that come in & do samplings are always nice & I've never had a problem at this store. I do samplings with beatbox and so I've been contracted to this location quite a few times. This is BY FAR my favorite liquor store in the 904! Keep it up staff at ABC! read more

I absolutely LOVE this ABC! It's a beautiful new store and they have pretty much everything you could ever want. The wine tastings are so fun - I've only been to one this year but they had some really great options to try. This is back after a hiatus during COVID and I can't wait for the next! Everyone is SO FRIENDLY. My husband and I are 'regulars' here ;) and we have had a positive experience every single time. Super nice! ABC coming up! They stepped up their game to stay competitive with Total wine! Brand new building, tons of selection, workers were very helpful and knowledgeable! Both times I went in looking at vodkas the guys working came over to talk to me and they both were helpful and knew their liquors! One cool thing I noticed is next to the price signs they have promos where you might get something free with the purchase of the alcohol...I got a bottle of Vodka then got a free 4 pack of mixers ( ginger beer for me!) New building is very nice, elegant looking even... much bigger and nicer inside than the old building which is less than 50 feet away (until they turn it into a parking lot lol) ABC really stepped up on this place, there's a big "island" for growler fills, spirits and wine tasting and special orders. The aisles are arranged/spaced better and there's also a walk-in humidor. The inventory is great! Beers - they have craft beers from all over and quite a selection on limited / seasonal release bottles. Wine - extensive selection Spirits - so many to choose from and if they don't happen to have it, they will get it for you. The employees are friendly and helpful, they'll take you to where the item you're looking for. This liquor store has been at this location for decades! Business must be booming because they have built a brand new store right behind it and are just going to tear down the old one for more parking! If u have an ad with a better price for an item they will honor the cheaper price. The new store is very open and has lots of cute accessories too. The staff knows where items are so u don't have to wander for 20 minutes looking for an item unless you just want to wander! They post wine tasting events I'll have to try. read more

Whatever beverage you think you can't find will more than likely show up here. The staff is always so courteous and ready to assist. Even if you don't know the name of the drink you are looking for or just have a specific taste for something but unsure of what to choose they are very knowledgeable and never disappoint with a selection. The store has a wide variety of wines, champagnes, wine coolers, and much more. I never get tired of exploring this store. Also in the back of the store they have an area for the cigar smokers with multiple selections of cigars and I'm sure you won't be disappointed either. Don't be afraid to stop in and check them out. I received an email coupon for ordering online that expired same day. I verified the advertised sale price was competitive with another large alcohol retailer and it was. The coupon really sweetened the deal so I went for it. I clicked thru the offer and put the items I wanted into my cart. I completed the shipping and payment requirements and tried to finalize. I received an error message about the card not processing and then noticed the paypal option. After 2 failed attempts i was now in the parking lot of the store and ready to get to the bottom of it. I encountered a young man that was working the floor so I engaged him. He thought surely I didn't know what i was doing and forgot to check a box or something. Really? Would you like to ask my wife how many pkgs arrive at our house every day as a result of my online shopping expertise? Don't go there zippy... After a few minutes he decided it would be easier to salvage the sale, honor and match the coupon. He grabbed 3 bottles of the desired hooch and met me at the register. He rang them up and proceeded to type a 3 paragraph note in the system to appease the bosses. All in all the process inside the store was short and pleasant. The store was newly built or remodeled and looked amazing. I'll definitely go back and check out the whole store and shop for more deals! read more

Easy access to the store- the building is stand alone and plenty of parking is available. Inside, clean & wide aisles to navigate to find the liquor. This store is much bigger than I expected too. Everything is clearly marked and stocked plentiful. Basically a candy store for adults! I quickly picked up some sale bottles- yes- check the sales! Staff were helpful and friendly. This experience makes me think ABC has trained their staff to screw with delivery services. I ordered a 1.75 bottle of jack daniels at 6:55 pm on a sunday from Drizly.com. I paid $37.99 for the jack, plus fees, tip and it was $51.79 in total. I expected a big bottle for a convenience fee without having to go get it, after a couple of beers, just trying to be responsible. Instead, I get a 1 liter bottle and after confirming it's wrong, the only solution is to do a return and get it tomorrow. Or, get screwed by ABC and accept that there's a $2 difference between a 1 liter and a 1.75. Which is complete crap, anyone in their right mind would pay $2 more for almost twice as much whiskey. Most places have a $7-$8 difference between 1.0 and 1.75. ABC screwed me, they screwed Drizly, and did it to make sure no one could get it settled on a sunday night at closing time. Extremely aggravated, don't go to ABC unless you want to play games. read more

I have always received exceptional service from this ABC location. The employees are well educated in their product and friendly. Loving the *new* wine on tap tasting area. I know I cant be the only one who hopes every time she plops down a little money on a bottle of wine, that its a good one. Being able to test it before hand is handy. Now, they have select bottles, you cant just point out ten bottles you want to try... SO don't get crazy :) I wish I could remember everyone's names. They are all incredible, but I do remember Teri. Great selection, and you can't beat their events. Tonight's tasting had so much that we couldn't even taste everything. Ken , the beer guy offered to look for something for me since they dont carry it there. Big shock too since they seem to have everything. Bottom line, this place is awesome. 2 stars because they have a great selection, but I was very wrongfully and rudely accused of using a fake ID when it was my valid drivers license. It's a little rough looking because my wallet goes through some wear and tear so any card I own looks worn. Had he been professional I would've been completely understanding, but to come out and ask "did you mean to miss the edges when you made this?" is ridiculous. read more
