About an hour later, I received a call from a Walgreens associate, who kindly called me to let me know that one of the photos I uploaded didn't come through all the way and she'd like to complete my order, so if I submit the picture again, she could complete my order quickly. First, it was super great customer service that she called to let me know, instead of me showing up the following day to pick up my order, to find that only one item had been printed. Thank you for saving my a trip. The next day I picked up my order, both items were printed correctly, and included the correct stands. I also was able to use a 60% off coupon online, which saved me some money, which is always a nice perk. I picked up my items and had to go to a different counter to pay. I think that's my only con of this experience, is that you go to the photo department to pick up the item, then have to go to a different register to pay. If you need an rx go anywhere else than this location. If you do try here and can't get your rx filled, you will not be able to transfer it because the other pharmacy will not be able to get a hold of any one. Avoid this pharmacy location, no one answers the phone. Terrible customer service at the counter trying to get things sorted out. I ended up needing to call the doctor's office back and asking them to resend the rx to a different pharmacy in the area at the Publix pharmacists suggestion.

I can only comment on my experience in their drive thru COVID testing, but I've used this location…read moremore times than I care to admit. No one wants to take a COVID test, at least that's my opinion, but when you do, drive thru is the way to go. I found this location had it when I did a search online for local pharmacies that did drive thru testing. I went onto the site, booked an appointment time, was sent a confirmation, and was on my way. This was easy to do, and they send you the directions of the info you'll need when you pull up to the drive thru testing. This location is kind of tucked away, but you can get into it by either going through the Winn-Dixie parking lot or there's a light where a storage facility is. I pulled in, drove around, and waited my turn for the test. Be patient, because these pharmacists/techs are doing double duty, they're helping those getting prescriptions and those that need to be tested. Also be aware that if someone is taking a longer time with the pharmacist, it may be because they have multiple people in their vehicle that need to be tested and you have to do each test individually. Anyway, I took my test, followed the directions and dropped it into the container. The staff member was helpful and pleasant and I didn't feel rushed. You'll receive your results in 24-48 hours via mobile text or via email. Pros: -Easy process to follow -Ability to make an online appt -Helpful staff -Never have to leave your car Cons: -COVID Tips: If you feel like you may have it or have been exposed, get tested.
