Open sub, its on hard white roll not soft sub roll. I call store upset. Manager says refund and remake. I drive 10 minutes to publix. Get refund. Go to get remade and they are out of Soft Sub rolls. NO ONE TOLD ME BEFORE. I get other item as replacementb but before ask the sub lady why no one told me. She shrugged and said i dont know. and she did not care. I can't go back here after a waste of my time and gas like this. What a miserable experience.
