RIPOFF Do NOT go to this Circle K at PCH & WARNER in Huntington Beach unless you want to get RIPPED OFF. I go to the Circle K in Long Beach at 2nd & PCH, all the time. They treat you like family and I always get the Polar Pop XL soda. But today I was at my son's house and at halftime of the NBA game, I decided to run out to get a soda and treats. The closest Circle K was this Huntington Beach one. I'll NEVER go there again. When I was getting my soda, they had a sign there that said SHARE SIZE Candy $1.50 when you by a Polar Pop soda. But when I went to pay the cashier did not want to give it to me for $1.50, I asked for someone to go with me to see the sign. Laura the Mgr. went with me and I showed the sign that said exactly that but she insisted it wasn't the share size. But I pointed out where it said it did and I've gotten the exact Share size at my local Circle K for $1.50, up to 6 of them. But she was either trying the BAIT and SWITCH or too ignorant to read and understand the sign. They insisted that they would NOT honor the sign. So I left w/o anything. Later in the day, on my way home, I got the $1.50 special on 4 share size Snickers at my FAVORITE, HONEST CIRCLE K at PCH & 2ND St. in Long Beach. Do NOT get RIPPED OFF. read more

I asked to complimentary use the restroom because I've traveled from city's away and the female clerk said I can't use the restroom unless I purchase an item. I said "okay" and just accepted I couldn't use it. A Caucasian lady and man then walk in the store and asks to use the restroom and the clerk hands them the keys. I then went up to the clerk and said can I use the restroom after them and she said you have to buy something in order to do so. Didn't know it was such a sin for letting someone respectfully use the restroom. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible! This location is not worth 1 star. The Cashier Laura IS THE WORST!!! She has no business in a customer service position! I tried to enter the stupid loyalty card and I asked if it went thru. She said "CAN YOU READ?" Im done with this place. It's very close to my work and I stop here almost daily. Never again. I have had other instances with the same Cashier. Also there are always at least 5 homeless people hanging around outside. I went in once and witnessed the security guard buying all the homeless people sandwiches. No wonder they are always there! STAY AWAY!! read more

This Circle K store earns a 5 star rating well deserved. They are the only gas station on PCH (Huntington Beach) that keep their restrooms open to customers amid the coronavirus pandemic. I am a loyal customer, because the store is very clean, it is fully stocked with a wide selection of merchandise, and I always feel welcomed by the friendly Circle K employees. read more

I stop here to get gas and so my toddler can use the restroom during our long drive home. Both bathrooms have been "out of service" both times I have tried to stop here recently (weeks apart). Fix the damn bathrooms! read more

Great convenience store and gas station. They are always clean and have a wide selection of products. The coolers are full and have everything you need. Their snacks and food selection is huge. This store has great employees. read more

I'm giving this store a one because the old caucasian lady who works there was racial profile me because I went to use the restroom and I'm paying a customer, never had problem there because some of the workers know me and know that I live and work around the area. I like to go to the beach a lot on my days off and she made it seem like I was homeless when I went to go use the restroom. I wasn't in there more than three minutes and she started to question me when I got out that isn't really her concern if I lived or work around the area this not the first time she has asked me if I lived or work around the area. She is the only one out of all this gas station that has been rude to me everyone else has been friendly. read more

I live close by so I come here regularly. Today (April 25) I stopped by to get gas and some drinks with cash. I pulled up at 4:40 pm. As I came up LAURA put a sign on the door "10 minute break" I didn't see anyone but the doors were locked. I had no gas, so I decide to wait the 10 mins. During this time I see at least 7 or 8 people come up and try the door, and drive away. At 4:50 I go up and knock at the locked doors. No answer, no sign of anyone inside. I wait a few more minutes. I end up pulling away at 4:55, I'm in the left turn lane on warner so I can see from 4:55 to 4:59 still customers are trying the door and walking away and giving up. I counted at least 12 people total. I get gas somewhere else and stop by on my way home, to see if they are still closed. I wanted to let whoever was working know that they lost a lot of business and if they do need to take a break to not do it during a rush hour, when people of off work/school and need gas or snacks. So I go to the register and buy a drink and ask Laura why they were closed for so long. She tries to LIE to me multiple times saying "no it was only locked 10 mins. I saw you come up and that's when I locked it" and I was like "well if that's the case, why was I waiting outside the locked door for 25-30 mins? I know for a fact it was way more than 10 mins. I just wanted you to know that you lost a lot of business and maybe next time you should look at the security cameras so you can see if there's customers." I just hate liars and I've been a cashier many times, I would NEVER lock up my doors while we're supposed to be open, especially for 30 mins, especially from 4:30-5 pm. Laura needs some training. She's also always been the slowest cashier there. It's like watching molasses move. read more
