My order arrived over an hour late even though I'm less than five minutes away. By the time it got here, the food was cold, the drink was melted, and the paid extras I added were missing. When I called the store, the manager was dismissive, blamed DoorDash, and refused to give his name. That is poor customer service and zero accountability. If management does not care enough to fix basic order issues, address problems, or missing paid items, then the location needs new management. Poor quality, poor service, and no ownership. I would not waste money here.
