They've got great, new lighting, high-quality LED throughout the car wash spaces and the vacuum space, as well as updated equipment, Great modern items such as credit card readers so you don't have to get the change machine or anything like that you just tap your card and you've got your five or seven minutes or whatever, nothing too expensive it's a good place to go. I've noticed that it's been very popular lately, I could see why. I mean aside from the surrounding area being a little rough looking, I can't think of one thing they could do to improve this particular car wash. By the way, just because the area around it doesn't look amazing, there's a few buildings with like gang graffiti, I've never seen a problem up here. I've never seen anybody Looking for trouble. I don't even see any panhandling, nobody's ever bothered me. It's just a particular location that I could see some people being a little nervous to wash their vehicles here. For what it's worth, it's a very broad group of folks who come here, so I really do think it's just a rougher looking area. I have been here at noon on Saturday and I'm just now leaving, at 8:30 PM on a Wednesday, same experience, actually tonight was a better experience. It was not busy at all and the equipment is incredible.

So, because I didn't follow all the directions on the machine, it took $20.00 from my cash app card. I only had $5.00 to my name. So it left me $14.96 in the negative! Cash app says wait 5 days to even out. Well into day 6 , cash app still couldn't reimburse me. I got ahold of a very nice gentlemen and he was more than helpfull. He reimbursed the whole $20 in minutes. He had so much patience and understanding. We need more manager's/ Owners as this gentlemen .. Before I start ranting about my most recent experience w/ a relatively newer vehicle, I have to say…read morethey did do a decent job (oil change) on my older vehicles. HOWEVER, yesterday I took the a 2010 Prius to Walmart for an oil change (will never do this again), and they told me the filter was too tight and could not change the oil. They blamed it on the "last person that did your oil screwed it on too tightly". Turns out they did not have the right TOOL to unscrew the filter. So I drove it off and heard the car making strange noises. Luckily another vehicle pulled up and told me there's a panel loose and i'm dragging it. WtF! Turns out they didn't secure the plastic cover underneath the car. (picture uploaded to yelp) Went back and they "fixed it". Drove off and heard it again! WtFx2!! This time a bit more frustrated, came back again and they seem to correctly secure it. During this 3rd time back, the manager told me they had actually put fresh oil in the Prius even though the first guy said they couldn't. Anyhow, I didn't want to stay or argue w/ them any longer so drove home. So in the 2 hours at Walmart, they were able to screw up the bottom panel, waste my time and gas, and loose my family and I as customers forever. I think I'm being fair by giving them an 2 stars for their past service, but this experience was enough to bid the lube and tire department at the Westminster and all Walmarts goodbye! ************ update *********** Upon further review, I cannot place the blame on Wal-Mart. Turns out, Toyota is the one to blame. It's a known faulty part made by Toyota, and they are not using a recall (yet).. This is very similar to the 2007 scion tc trunk handle. After years of complaints by numerous owners, they finally issued a recall.

They took advantage of her, and added a coolant exchange for $140. Didn't tell her the price, but told her her car needed it. Didn't check the coolant first to see if it was a problem. And coolant is topped off if needed with the oil change. Rip off. Would not recommend, and she'll tell a lot of new drivers she knows to avoid Take 5 in Burlington, NC.

Have a lot of trucker friends. Today some came to visit on their pass thru and they parked in the…read moretruck area. I went into the stop to use the restroom and to put gas and it was clean and easy to use. The pump itself wasn't hard to squeeze as some are and the garbage wasn't full. They had a lot of fast food choices as well as in store selections of grilled and fresh prepared food. They also had a lot of electronics and gift items.
