The "half" salad was actually a pretty generous portion, and combined with the full-size smoothie, the $14 combo was a really good amount of food. I was pleasantly surprised by how filling it was! My boyfriend ordered the Golden State Wrap, and he loved it too. He said it was delicious! The staff were all so nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. You order at the counter, and they bring your food out to you, simple and easy. Honestly, if I lived in Flagstaff, I'd probably come here every day. I asked him why he felt it was okay to give me that, and I requested a refund. Instead of addressing it right away, he continued helping other customers. When I asked again about the refund, another employee responded with attitude saying, "I'm making the quesadilla," even though that's not what I asked for. I just wanted my money back. At that point, it felt like too much back and forth over a couple of dollars, so I let it go. But the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service, along with the hygiene issue, was really disappointing. Overall, I won't be coming back. Just wanted to share my experience so others can decide for themselves. Definitely see why they have two stars.
