I wouldn't leave a review stating all of this, but they said they were having septic tank issues and the restrooms had been out of service for quite a while (weeks, months?). Not sure how long about the water. I think it's illegal to run a business without water, due to health issues. Maybe I'm wrong? The staff was nice enough, especially considering they're getting hammered all day long from tired, frustrated travelers who just want to use the restroom in peace. The gas pumps worked, too. I entered the store, which required masks but noticed the cashier's mask didn't cover his nose, which rendered it useless. I requested that they either turn on the pump or refund my $1.50. The manager, who was listening in, said: "Oh, we don't own the machine, we just take the money from it." I replied: "Yeah, you took my money from it but I didn't get any air."
