Pilot Travel Center is always a solid option during road trips!…read more My husband and I were on our way to Sedona and decided to stop at this Pilot Travel Center for some more affordable gas. This location is not as big as some of the other ones across the country but it was still pretty good equipped with all the basics. The bathrooms were very clean and I even noticed they had a baby changing station. They also have a laundry room for pay across from the bathrooms. This location also has a Subway and McDonalds attached to it, and I even noticed they have this section of pre-made sandwich subs that you can grab and go in case you don't want to wait for your order. Highly recommend stopping by this gas station if you need to get some rest from the road or just need some extra snacks!

It was awkward to see an old man and a young boy (probably grandpa/grandson, though) walk out of the clearly marked women's restroom. Alas, it was mostly clean.

They were nice enough, as far as port-a-potties go, with a little portable sink with soap and paper towels. Without water, the soda fountain was out, too! I wouldn't leave a review stating all of this, but they said they were having septic tank issues and the restrooms had been out of service for quite a while (weeks, months?). Not sure how long about the water. I think it's illegal to run a business without water, due to health issues. Maybe I'm wrong? The staff was nice enough, especially considering they're getting hammered all day long from tired, frustrated travelers who just want to use the restroom in peace. The gas pumps worked, too. Reasonable prices. I didn't downgrade them too much because the staff was so nice. It was a disappointing experience, to be sure, though.
