When I asked again about the refund, another employee responded with attitude saying, "I'm making the quesadilla," even though that's not what I asked for. I just wanted my money back. At that point, it felt like too much back and forth over a couple of dollars, so I let it go. But the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service, along with the hygiene issue, was really disappointing. Overall, I won't be coming back. Just wanted to share my experience so others can decide for themselves. Definitely see why they have two stars.
