I chose the patties and the addition of two eggs over-easy. The biscuits were crispy on the outside, soft and crumbly on the inside. A very well baked biscuit. The white gravy was seasoned well and delicious. One of the better tasting gravy we have had in a while, although I prefer a sausage gravy. The two sausage patties were properly cooked and definitely added to the overall flavor of the gravy and eggs (cooked properly). I would have liked to see a larger portion of gravy and potatoes on my plate, as my wife's plate had more of both. Likely had to do with the two eggs that occupied real estate on my plate. No big deal, just a dry towel, and problem solves. I asked this young man as he was going by if he could get a dry towel because the table was obviously very wet. He said okay, came back, dropped a stack of napkins on the table. My stepmom and I both rolled our eyes and looked at each other. When he was coming back, I asked him what are the napkins for? He said they are for you to wipe down the table, and then he left. I looked at my stepmom as we both rolled our eyes again, and I said we are not eating here.
