The waffle fries tasted like they were dipped in a bucket of cleaning products. The lemonade was the wrong color and tasted off. We got waffle fries, a chick fil a grilled sandwich and a chicken sandwich and stopped eating everything. My 10 year old son threw up black stuff. I threw up. I called Chick Fil A corporate and submitted numerous complaints. I spoke to Jen and she said she would replace the order but she didn't even know how to find me in their system. At this point I've had two emails with corporate and minimum 3 calls with Jen, corporate chick fil an and they still can't figure out how to load a basic coupon to my email or app. I'm not suing but I probably should. When I spoke to Jen her tone was nice but she wanted me to come in and eat there again after I got poisoned? How would that make sense. Also, she was assuring me she didn't know how it could happen because their cleaning products are kept separate. How would I know your processes? Basically she was insinuating I was a liar and it wasn't their fault. Plus, their customer service was off. The girls were very gossipy and took them time to even take a drive thru order with no one else in line. They couldn't even figure out how to do a basic combo. Then when I got to the window they handed it so fast I didn't have time to have my son taste the drink was right or even set my wallet down or the food in my car. So I basically paid MORE for me and my son to get poisoned. Nathan from their location gave me a callback because Jen didn't handle anything weeks ago. They couldn't even figure out where he was at when I called back 22 minutes later. I would never use this location. Warning to people: they are very disorganized and that trickles into their food production and it's scary.
