This is not the first time this manager has been extremely rude. I go to different Circle Ks almost every day and this one is by far the worst at choosing employees to promote to management. I'm not sure why you would make a miserable person the one in charge. This lady has never been nice in over 20 times I have been here. Who immediately tells the customer they are wrong and no less than 3 times tells me to go to a different Circle K?!?! This is not her store, she doesn't own it. But apparently she believes she has the right to speak to customers like they are idiots. Guess what, I didn't make you apply for that job. The breakfast taco seem to be consistently good bacon is crispy bites and cheesy eggs. They also have a brisket taco which they try to remove the fat., which seems to be a good buy as well. Breakfast ends at 11:30 AM. I greatly appreciate a team member that really looked out for me and kept the last three bacon tacos in the warmer for me to purchase after the dental appointment. This review is for Carwash service at Bucc-Ee's. This location…read more Gas door lid of my vehicle was broken during the blower stage or last stage of the car wash at Buc-Ee's. I noticed that the blowers were too strong while in the vehicle. After that, my gas door lid flew outside the tunnel. I went to complain, and the attendant politely asked me if I wanted to fill a claim! I filled the claim, and days later, I got an email from Ariana Ramirez, " claim adjuster" for the company. After a few emails exchanged, she decided that even when she accepted that their equipment was at fault or miss adjusted! To Decline my claim. I have been in more than 3 different car wash companies, and none of them have had broken any part of my vehicle. The gas door lid has a lock that locks the lid and is part of the vehicle. The blower system at Buc-Ee's is really strong, and they claim that they have a sign that says they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle. Now I have to pay for the damages on my own!!! I just imagine how many claims they deny.

I went in for scheduled flu shots (keyword scheduled,) at 6:30 & 6:45pm for my kids. I checked in at 6:33pm & there was a rather long line in front of & behind me. I had to fill out paperwork which was essentially the same questions I answered online and that was kinda annoying. We sat there until almost 7pm before the pharmacy tech even looked in our direction. Finally I got up and as soon as I did the pharmacist came up and greeted us. The pharmacist was ultimately very nice and the flu shots only took 2 minutes but that wait was a little ridiculous. I'll keep shopping here but I don't highly recommend the pharmacy.
