I'm asked for my ID as always but this particular time my ID would not scan. After 3 tries, the cashier (Tall, blonde, maybe about 18-19 years of age) hands my ID back and says "It's not scanning which likely means it is fake" I am 27 years old and although that may be protocol to not sell if ID doesn't scan (which i TOTALLY understand) Her approach and response was completely inappropriate. I was embarrassed to say the least. So I tell her that this isn't fake and to scan again until it goes through. She then says "well maybe it's not scanning because it's an out of state ID" and THAT should have been her response from the beginning. What makes her even THINK to say "It's not scanning because it's most likely fake" I hate to make this a race issue but I am pretty sure that is why. Again, I come into this gas station ALL the time and get my ID scanned with NO issue. I'm very disappointed.

Stopped in to hit up the Costco Cafe…read more Numerous ordering kiosks were closed, forcing everyone to use only a few. The staff were earning their pay... they were HUSTLING back there. They were friendly. Wait time wasn't terrible despite quite a crowd waiting for their orders. We finally tried the chicken bake ($3.99) and it was delicious. Also grabbed the famous $1.50 hotdog and soda, which was good as usual. Definitely would stop back to shop as well.

We were next in line, and I stepped away briefly to distract my toddler while my husband checked out and paid. About two minutes later, my husband called me over because he was having trouble opening the Costco app to scan our membership card. As I walked back to the register, I realized Angela R had already skipped us and started checking out the couple behind us. I was only a few steps away, but she seemed too impatient to wait for me to scan my card. While my husband and I were discussing the issue with the app, Angela R interrupted to repeatedly tell my husband to connect to the Costco WiFi, which he had already done. Frustrated with the app, my husband responded that he was already connected. Angela R and her helper (whose name I did not catch) then told my husband not to "get loud" with them, even though he never raised his voice or insulted anyone. The entire interaction felt rushed and disrespectful. We would truly appreciate being treated with more patience, professionalism, and respect while shopping at Costco.

But this is good too…read more People don't realize that Laredo gas stations have great chorizo egg tacos and other breakfast products available around the clock. A true Tex-Mex Paradise then, if you will. For this reason, I come to these all the time. Gas here can be pretty cheap too, out in the middle of nowhere in Cypress, so it's a good gas station to stop at. And especially for the cheap, tasty, greasy, fresh made foooood mmmmm.

You can get all sorts of craft sodas from brands like Dublin and Maine Root. They have an excellent selection of beer, soda, vapes, ice cream, and so much more. This shop has even come in clutch for grocery emergencies. Unfortunately, the staff here are NPCs. I have never had a pleasant (or negative, to be fair) moment with them. Also, this is the most expensive gas in our area. As a result, we only really come here when we want snacks, candy, soda, or need something quick. But when we do, it's always fun to see what they have in stock.

I have been inside of this Chevron before and it is always super clean and the staff are very friendly. One star taken it off because they were higher than other gas stations in the area. But when you need gas for your car you will pretty much get it from anywhere.
