A simple "no ma'am" would have sufficed when I kindly asked if I had any dollar rewards. Not " no ma'am that's why I didn't say anything" in a snarky tone. Okay, Well, I ask at any Walgreens the same question because not everyone remembers to ask or say anything. First time I come here, and well maybe the last. This is my regular pharmacy for prescription and medical needs plus much more. Good prices and selection of household and grocery items as well as abundant specials. My family is an avid consumer of coke products and they always have 12 pack specials. The staff is friendly and professional. Nguyen in the pharmacy is especially helpful to customers in need and really stands out as an exceptional employee. read more

I don't shop at any Walgreens very much. I find them to be really expensive. Before Coronavirus/COVID-19 I went to get one can of Lysol for my mother-in-law and it was $8.29 for a small can!!!! That's just crazy. Walmart around the street was a ton cheaper. I do like the convenience of just running in for 1 or 2 items but I just won't pay almost double the price a Walgreens. Sitting in the drive through to pick up my prescription and I've literally been sitting here idle for 10 minutes with no movement in sight. There are two lanes but for the last 10 minutes I haven't seen any activity from either lanes. I'm waiting 5 more minutes before I leave and come back at a "less busy" time.... :o time of arrival: 3:45. read more

I haven't had really any negative experiences at this Walgreen's per se, nor any spectacular ones, but I mean, it's a Walgreen's. Anyway, it's super close to my house so it's really convenient to have prescriptions called in there and then just pick them up on my way home. Also, they do free blood pressure checks. And I don't mean the do-it-yourself machine, but someone from the pharmacy will actually come out with the cuff and check it for you. The staff in the store always seem nice enough, greeting me when I walk in and telling me to, "Stay well" as I leave. The staff in the pharmacy seems overwhelmed most of the time, which is pretty legit, being that there's never been a time that I've been there that they didn't have at least one other person waiting besides me. read more

I've been going to this Walgreens for many years now and have used their pharmacy for just as long. I've never once had an issue until about a month ago. I submitted a refill request for a maintenance medication I take right before we were to leave town for the July 4 holiday. I received a text that it was ready, went to pick it up (inside) and while the young girl is ringing me up, I hear a loud voice saying that they would NOT fill it, that it was "too early". Excuse me? It was TWO days before my normal fill date, and I explained to the young girl checking me out that we were leaving that evening for the holiday and that I could not go without this medication while being out of town, nor could I abruptly stop this medication without serious side effects. Around the corner comes some woman pharmacist I have NEVER laid eyes on who has a very heavy accent (that's either Nigerian or Jamaican?), and she proceeds to ARGUE with me! I finally told her "Look I don't have a clue who you are, but I have been coming here for many, many years and have not one time EVER had a problem filling my medication!" I then proceeded to tell her "if you are any kind of pharmacist, then you should know full well the potentially fatal side effects of me stopping this medication abruptly!" She kept rambling about how it was "too early" and I again explained to her that I would not be in town, let alone anywhere near that Walgreens while I was out of town, and during the time that I would be out of this medication. At that point we pretty much had a standoff where I just stood there (pissed) and stared at her. I told her that I would not leave that store without my medication! Funny how after about 60 seconds of staring at her she finally told the girl to fill it. If that is who our new pharmacist is, then I will be transferring every one of my prescriptions, as well as my family's prescriptions, to a different location. She needs to GO!!! Edited to say: I would normally give this store five stars, but after that treatment, I cannot give more than two. I give the pharmacist one star, and am only adding another star because the other staff there are so wonderful! read more

I have been using this pharmacy for about 6 months now. I've always had a good experience with the staff. I usually go through the drive thru. I'm satisfied with the amount of time I spend in the line. They move at a good pace. The pharmacists are very helpful in explaining the instructions of the antibiotics or whatever I need. I will continue to use this pharmacy for as long as I live in the area read more

I have to say this Walgreens has the nicest people(trust me I been to a lot of Walgreens). They help me with finding what I needed and they were so nice about it. Not like other Walgreens employees that have a bad attitude. This will always be my Walgreens. read more

I just want to say the I have had a wonderful experience with the employees at this store. I went to scan and enlarge some photos and John was very nice and helpful with the process. He went out of his way to try and improve the quality of my photos. I will definitely use this place to do all my photos in the future! Thanks John. Horrible service at pharmacy. Young girl looked completely overwhelmed, like a deer in headlights. Other staffed seemed to start a task without completing nor communicating with each other. Gave young girl insurance card (new customer to walgreens) came back an hour later to pick up Rx and no insurance had been applied to the Rx. Picked up Rx from drive through, workers inside saw me in the drive through didn't get service until I pressed a little button off to the side. Everyone looked completely lost or disengaged will not be going back. read more

I enjoy this Walgreens, especially the pharmacy. After a recent move, I was disappointed to be losing my old pharmacy, where they knew me and my family well and always cared about us, but this place has been meeting our needs very well. The store itself is clean and well organised. It's Walgreens prices, I feel like you know when you go in that most things are a little pricey, but the sales are nice. The checkout folk can be hit or miss. Some are wonderful and just make my day, but some are a little...I don't want to say rude, but maybe unfriendly? It's not a deal breaker, but the good cashiers set that bar real high. read more

I was new to this Walgreen store but when I came in all the young looking teenager employees greet me in. Made me felt like I am their special customer. Specially those young boys one of them name Ruban and another named Mo I believe, helped me out a lot with my photos and merchandise. Surely am coming back to this store as of it is my favorite store from now on. read more

Horrible service. Had my prescription called in and showed up about 30 mins later and the message was still not checked on their machine so my prescription had not even been started. When I asked if I could transfer the prescription she said after she processes it and hung up the receiver on me. After that someone else came and he didnt even speak to me. This was not my first time I had this problem with this pharmacy but this was the deal breaker. Moved my prescriptions to a different Walgreens. read more

Went to this place and try to ask the guy at the pharmacy for any sugestions about a dry cough medicine for my 5 year old, the guy don't even look at me and completely ignored me, he's assistant ask and he act like he was getting bother, never use this place anymore read more
