This is not the first time this manager has been extremely rude. I go to different Circle Ks almost every day and this one is by far the worst at choosing employees to promote to management. I'm not sure why you would make a miserable person the one in charge. This lady has never been nice in over 20 times I have been here. Who immediately tells the customer they are wrong and no less than 3 times tells me to go to a different Circle K?!?! This is not her store, she doesn't own it. It's is a giant travel center with 100 gas pumps and a store that easily rivals the size of a Target. The selection is overwhelming in the best way possible. They have everything from rows of candy, jerky, and fresh-roasted nuts to warm brisket sandwiches, fresh fudge, and endless other treats. They have clothes and sporting equipment and tots and other stuff too. Pretty sure only about 1% of the total food offerings could be considered healthy, but they sure are good! Between the hot food counters, novelty snacks, and merchandise, it is nearly impossible to leave empty-handed. We ended up buying several hundred dollars of pure joy on this trip. They did kick out tiny dog out who was in a backpack but I goes those are the hygiene rules. No star deduction. If you are driving through Texas and need fuel, snacks, or just a unique road trip experience, stopping at Buc-ee's is mandatory.

I went in for scheduled flu shots (keyword scheduled,) at 6:30 & 6:45pm for my kids. I checked in at 6:33pm & there was a rather long line in front of & behind me. I had to fill out paperwork which was essentially the same questions I answered online and that was kinda annoying. We sat there until almost 7pm before the pharmacy tech even looked in our direction. Finally I got up and as soon as I did the pharmacist came up and greeted us. The pharmacist was ultimately very nice and the flu shots only took 2 minutes but that wait was a little ridiculous. I'll keep shopping here but I don't highly recommend the pharmacy.

Only for the lady to be rolling the window to close for lunch. I put my hands together as if begging for her to assist me since it wasn't 1:30 yet. But she looked at me and kept lowering the window.
