I decided not to make a scene today when picking up my prescription, but I will share on this site and hope CVS makes better decisions than to close the window on the next car pulling up BEFORE 1:30! I timed picking up my prescription today and it took less than a minute inside the store. Yesterday I pulled up exactly 1:29 directly after the previous car left at 1:28. Only for the lady to be rolling the window to close for lunch. I put my hands together as if begging for her to assist me since it wasn't 1:30 yet. But she looked at me and kept lowering the window. Maybe you should post closing at 1:29 CVS instead of 1:30! read more

I stopped in here to drop off a UPS package. (Did not know they did this). This is my favorite CVS even though it is not the closest to my house. This store is always well stocked and the employees are helpful and friendly. Due to COVID-19 they have put stuff to protect them and you at the checkout. Also, they now have self check out. Overall, if I have a need from CVS this will be the location I come too. read more

Literally the MOST UNHELPFUL AND RUDE pharmacist I have ever dealt with. I came to get a prescription that was placed well over a week ago. When I got here they said it wasn't ready. I said how is that possible when we placed it a week ago. They said sorry, you have to wait at least 30 -60 minutes. I was headed to the airport and told them I couldn't wait. They didn't care. I cannot believe how horrible they are. This is a required daily medication I have to take and they don't give two sh**s. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you actually need your DR PRESCRIBED PRESCRIPTION. Or at least put it in a month in advance so you can actually pick it up. read more

My girlfriend needed contact solution and it was 9:52 , when we pulled up the doors were closed and the female who was working (tan skin,black hair) didn't get her name said the store closes 5 min early, it's required by law and I should contact corporate if I have any complaints as she was kicking people out of the store. Being new to the Towne Lake/Bridgeland area, I assumed that the CVS Pharmacy would be like the rest of this area...very clean and pleasant. What a surprise when I walked in to find a run down, dirty establishment. Couldn't believe my eyes. I was shocked that such a mess of a business could be in Bridgeland. I walked out and went to a Walgreens a couple of miles away, and it was a very nice pharmacy. CVS should be ashamed of its Bridgeland business. read more

I would not recommend this place if my life depended on it. The service from the teenage male cashier was extremely shoddy. When I found the manager to resolve the situation, he was dressed very unprofessionally in a sweatshirt and no name tag. He could not be less concerned with customer service. When I asked for contact information for a district manager to elevate the situation, he would not share any information. Highly unprofessional. I'd recommend that corporate take a look at how this store is being managed. read more

Gave me the wrong prescription by substituting without my consent. I took the wrong one 2 days before I realized it and it was not a great feeling to discover this while pregnant. When I called, they weren't helpful, they said it was out of stock so they substituted but shouldn't have done so without my approval. Now I've been on the phone for hours trying to get a resolution. The next steps are to take the wrong medicine back, go to a pharmacy 25 minutes away once the system is updated so they can give me the right medicine. This could've all been avoided by them being transparent in the first place as I would've never accepted the medication the gave me. read more

I normally don't leave bad reviews but my goodness. I regularly come to this CVS to buy food for myself during my lunch break; and just recently, I decided to use the bathroom as well during my regular trip because I knew I had my pad in my pocket and wouldn't get the opportunity to change it later. When I come out of the bathroom, what do I see? The manager is waiting outside the door and demands that I return whatever I stole. I don't know what gave this man that impression, but I'm inclined to believe he saw brown skin and a worker's uniform and felt convinced that he was looking at a thief. I've never felt so genuinely offended by an interaction at a business. Definitely not coming back again unless I'm absolutely forced to. Horrible, horrible manager, and I could never possibly fathom any situation where it'd be appropriate to stand outside someone using the bathroom to listen. So I had to call the pharmacy just for them to say they sent my medication over 3 hrs ago and not to mention I was there for 4 hours waiting on my prescription. The absolute rudest pharmacy I have ever been to. I walked up to the consultation counter so I could look to see what kind of Sudafed they had which was directly behind this counter. The pharmacist looked at me and said "what's your question". No hello, no how may I help you. Just "what's your question." I said I needed to get some Sudafed. She said "then you need to be at that counter" and pointed at the check out counter and then turned her back and walked away. I was left with my mouth open. read more

If I can leave a zero store I would. Pharmacy staff is completely rude and unhelpful. Did anything really quick to get me off the phone didn't answer any of my questions and told me that anything I have to do you have to go through the pharmacy which is four hours away!!! I'm very disappointed in this staff. I am now going to drive back home to get my medicine that is critical I take ever morning! I just can't believe they have people in there pharmacy that just don't care!!!! read more

The staff here are always friendly, polite, and helpful. I have had several issues with the mail service, which I have to use with my insurance, but for one-off prescriptions and general pharmacy, I find this store to be all that I need. It is also quite often better stocked than others in the area which, given the supply-chain issues everywhere, is saying a lot. read more

This pharmacy is a joke. Every single employee is incapable of doing their job. They cannot figure out why things change or get messed up. They do not know how to communicate and can't seem to come up with an answer for anything. Absolute disaster of a pharmacy. read more
