If you're looking for a place to get your passport pics done, CVS is a pretty good choice. A little preliminary google searching revealed that CVS and Walgreens were the top contenders for the best places to get a passport picture, but I choose CVS because they were offering a $2 off coupon for their passport pictures so why not?! The passport picture was for my Mom, so after making her face up, we drove to this CVS. We were greeted when we came in and kind of wandered around looking for the signage for the photo department. I guess we looked lost, so the same gentleman that greeted us asked if we needed any help. We told him we needed the photo department and pointed us to the front, which is kind of connected to the front register area. Plus, when the lines are long, the photo area becomes blocked. A little logistically awkward. Plus the area where the passport photo is taken is the aisle. They pull down a white screen that is front of a door and the distance from the photographer and subject is very minimal. I think the thought of a photo center with passport services may have been an afterthrought, but oh well--at least it was done likety split!! In less than 5 minutes, we were checked out and out the door. Would highly suggest this place to get your passport photo done with the possibilty of using coupons and or CVS rewards to defray the costs. read more

I will gladly go to the louetta location because why do I send my child in there to get my order she gives you my full entire name and you ask her for my order number no other CVS but this location has an issue with giving my child my order. Was in to see FNP for viral infection. I was seen immediately and had a very thorough exam. My only complaint was that the tech eho took my nasal swab was very fast and I did not feel she got a good sample. My test was negative but believe it was a false negative because of a poor sample. read more

I ordered a 3 month supply prescription since it is cheaper , they charged me for 3 month supply and only gave medication for one month ; no one told me that my prescription was short until I realized and call them . The biggest thing anyone looks for when going to a pharmacy is patient safety, and this pharmacy does not practice the fundamental rule of ensuring medication is sealed when giving it to their customers. This bottle should of have 90 tablets instead it only had 25, when I called and asked why my medication was tampered, the pharmacy technician Briana Green instructed me to go to the store and that they would simply give me the missing pills. This is a nice new modern looking store along with the Health hub for health related classes such as yoga and zumba. This is a minute clinic. Everyone I encounter and I mean EVERYONE is Super nice and helpful and pleasantly 100 % of the time barring none! However the pharmacy routinely is out of my meds. My prescriptions are "in-house" and I dont go any where other than there for them on a monthly basis. The first few times it was over looked but sometimes it's quite and inconvenience. Make no mistake they are all nice but having the lack of pharma, continuously and consistently forces me to give it only 3 stars for now. read more

Signed in, just as I was finishing the lady asked if I had an appt ( I said no) she rudely said, not going to be able to see you today, should have made an appt. there were 2 people in line. The pharmacy needs to get their act together. A month and a half ago I go to pick up a prescription for my daughter only to get home and realize they gave me a powder...they never added the water to mix the freaking medicine. Today, the doctor sends a prescription over and I wait an hour and half and no one has called or texted like they normally do to let me know the prescription is ready. So I call Cvs, am put on hold and once he gets back to me lets me know they haven't filled it yet. I ask how long and he says 15-20 minutes. I wait for 30 minutes and still no call. So I drive to CVS hoping they have the prescription ready...no they don't have it in stock but never bothered to call and tell me. So they send me to another CVS promising they're putting it on hold at the other store. Low and behold I get to the next CVS store and the guy never called to put it on hold. Go figure. read more

The Minute Clinic morning team on 6/16/2021 was fantastic! We had scheduled rapid COVID-19 tests for traveling the same day. Horrible wait time. Third time in two days to pick up just vitamins that doctor submitted and still 30 minutes more wait time once I got to window. I will say that yesterday when I told them I was filling a prescription for pain medicine for my wife and that she needed it ASAP they were accommodating and had it done in 15 minutes. If only I could give zero stars. On 7/17/18 I filled a prescription. Supposed to get 90 pills. I paid for 90 pills. I got 59 pills and am dealing with them trying to get the rest of my meds since it is too early to refill. Really? Ya think? Since I was shorted almost a full months worth of meds? I will be checking to see if my insurance will let me go to a different pharmacy. Either way, I will be reporting this. Highly unethical and I'm sure the governing board for pharmacies would like to know and I'll bet my insurance company would be interested too. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Check what you get because I was given the wrong medication on two separate occasions and the wrong quantity twice. On one occasion, my doctors office called in a prescription, but CVS failed to fill it. I had my Dr.'s office call back and the CVS employee asked "Oh, so you want me to dispense this?" The nurse answered, "um yes, this is why we called it in." After 10 straight visits with one issue or another, I switched my prescriptions to another pharmacy much further away just to avoid the hassle of this one. I also wrote CVS a formal complaint letter. That's not something I normally do. I would not have dealt with it for so long except my options are restricted by my health insurance. If you have another pharmacy available to you and your family, I suggest you go there. This place is so hap hazard it's dangerous. read more

I've been going to this pharmacy for 4 years but today was an experience of POOR customer service. I went to the pick up window and the woman behind the cashier walked away. There were 4 of them standing there talking and joking around and each one of them made eye contact with me (SEVERAL TIMES) but no one came to help me. I was starting to get really irritated then because my kids asked me if we can leave and I kept saying as soon as someone helps us and we get the medicine. Then another one of the pharmacy techs looked at me AGAIN but still no assistance. Finally, I said, "Are you guys on a break or lunch or something?" Then one of them said, "Oh, did you need some help?' Uh, no $h!t... what would make you guys think I needed help... was it me standing here looking at you guys a dead give away?! The pharmacy is extremely slow. I don't know if they have so many prescriptions that they are behind or they don't have enough staff but either way I've never been able to walk up and leave in less then about 20 minutes. I've had some history with this pharmacy, and I regret using them this many times. The pharmacy is incompetent. If you need your medication soon, beware. I left scripts and was called a day later saying the medication wasn't available. Other times, they are backed up for hours and fail to fulfill their promise times. I ordinarily don't mind spelling my family's last name (which is a very common one), but I've been asked how to spell it by the same clerk several times in one day... Even 30 minutes later. I don't know if they have more work than they can handle or if they're just that inefficient and forgetful. There are other pharmacies close by that I've found are kind, remember your name 30 minutes later, and deliver within the same hour. read more

Went to min clinic it was just a giant east of time and money they gave me meds that didn't work and made me sick I told then no ibuprofen so instead they gave me a medication that is directly related to ibuprofen I go back in to get a new medication and again they prescribe me another medication that is just like ibuprofen waste of time waste of money read more

This is by far the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. They hire the most incompetent pharm techs and pharmacists. Today, I had a pharm tech by the name of Nevin assist me. I went through the drive thru, he said my insurance was not on file...(mind you I have been picking up meds for my family and I for almost a year at this pharmacy, and we have not changed insurance companies) . So I gave him my card, he then told me drive around and wait for 20 mins inside the store. I was fine with that. Then later, he said he was not going to get to it until the end of the day. The pharmacist (his name was Killian) also said the same thing a few minutes afterwards, and to top it off he wanted to keep my insurance card. In the past, they have lost a few of my discount cards, so I obviously said no. I had to fight for my insurance card back because they did not want to hand it back, really WTF?? read more

Today she wouldn't let me use my phone number associated with my card or my coupon from my last purchase. Old phone number from a job I had for yrs. They never ever have card applications for me to change it or say they don't know how. So this b interrogated me as if I was trying to use someone else's CT not a simple CVS card. The pharmacist could barely speak intelligible English and refused to filled a prescription my daughter has been prescribed for over 4 years. He said it was at his "professional discretion" to do so. He then stated that it was because the prescription wasn't from a "local dr"....but it was filled previously written by the same dr, they agreed to fill the other 3 that said dr had written AND the other 12 prescriptions she is assigned and that they fill are prescribed by a dr whom is even further away geographically. I've filed complaints with the Pharmacy Board and CVS Caremark. These employees clearly have no common sense. read more
