It seems like it is battered with a wet batter, but that's just my assumption. The potato salad was perfect, the potatoes were cooked just right, so many restaurants undercook the potatoes. It was very flavorful. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy, it seems like the food is cooked as you order so keep that in mjnd. I waited for my meal but it was worth it to me.
