Addendum: At 4:45 PM on the same day, a truck trailing a "Ditch Witch" began working across the avenue from our house, i.e., no longer on our property. Within 20 minutes, an ImOn truck pulled up and parked ahead of it. Although this truck left, another (or the same) subsequently pulled up next to our property with a trailer in tow that held 2 huge rolls of underground cable. We spoke with the crew (mostly the foreman) for a few minutes to express our concerns. The foreman maintained that we should have received a "blue flyer" from ImOn that would have informed us about the project.

If you visit the URL and scroll towards the bottom you will see it. I sent a message thru their webform and got a call back and a message left. I returned that call and spoke with someone who insisted there is no $64 package and that I would be paying $90 for it instead. I even gave the person the page URL and he instead that they (presumable those at the Cedar Rapids office) were not responsible for what was on their corporate webpage. I posted on Big Dog's Facebook page which they promptly deleted (so I reposted and will continue to do so) and sent email through their link title Corporate on their page. A few minutes later I got a call from Zach to resolve this issue...which didn't get resolved. It just got Zach repeating that Dish Network is responsible for the pricing, no matter what the BD website says. He decided he was going to keep overtalking me and raising his voice, not a smart customer service type thing to do. I hung up on him and now I know why we left Dish Network many years ago.

They said since we already took adavantage of the free apple watch and iPad during a previous encounter we could not do it now. My husband said just forget it and we won't upgrade. The Verizon employee and the manager said it was too late. They said we could not get her phone number back and there was nothing we could do. We were forced to upgrade her phone at this point and get a new number for her. I switched over from AT&T due to cost which clearly was a mistake. Customer service at AT&T was much better. Dylan helped me pick out a new CPU cooler with the information I gave him through emails about my system and what I used it for and with all that knowledge he found a good fit for my rig, we had a lot of back and forth communication to make sure everything would work. I dropped my PC off along with the new part and Dylan went to work and fixed it for me. Price for all the work was very reasonable and I'm happy with the work that was done, enough to where I actually made a Yelp account to write a review. I've been back to gaming on my PC again today and my core temps have been great so my problem was solved thanks to the work. I certainly know where I will go for future PC work and when I decide to build a new PC.
