    IMON Fiber internet service is hands down, one of the most reliable network internet services I have had the privilege to work on in my 44 plus yrs in this industry as a Low Voltage Journeyman Electrical Electronics Field Commissioning Engineer! I have worked all over the Country Nationally and Internationally. If you are subscribed to any other services where IMON is available? You are losing precious money & time! Believe it! Cheers! MAK

    About 10 months ago, I'mon came and bored a line through our yard to install fiber optic. Since then, we have been fighting with them as they disrupted the tile system of the street and now we have constant water flowing down our sidewalk and across our driveway. Their representative Shane came out and told me, it was because we live at the bottom of a hill. Imagine my surprise that after 18 years of living in our house, we live at the bottom of a hill!!! Their lack of inaction to correct the issue has resulted in a neighbor and my son falling on the ice in the sidewalk, my sidewalk to heave, and about 10 months of them coming out, looking at it, and then leaving. They did dig a hole further up the street and fill it with cement. This has now caused my elderly neighbors to have water and ice constantly flow across their driveway now. Again, Shane's idea. Good job there!!! 10 month Imon!!!! My time, frustration, inconvenience are worth something!!! Plus I want my yard fixed!!! I have plenty of pictures and videos to back all of this up...including my neighbor falling!!!

    Not as bad as mediacom, but still not great. Communication, website, and pricing could all be improved.

    I visited Big Dog's website and found a page at https://bigdogsatellite.com/tv-promotions/ which…read moreadvertises an America's Top 120 package for $64. If you visit the URL and scroll towards the bottom you will see it. I sent a message thru their webform and got a call back and a message left. I returned that call and spoke with someone who insisted there is no $64 package and that I would be paying $90 for it instead. I even gave the person the page URL and he instead that they (presumable those at the Cedar Rapids office) were not responsible for what was on their corporate webpage. I posted on Big Dog's Facebook page which they promptly deleted (so I reposted and will continue to do so) and sent email through their link title Corporate on their page. A few minutes later I got a call from Zach to resolve this issue...which didn't get resolved. It just got Zach repeating that Dish Network is responsible for the pricing, no matter what the BD website says. He decided he was going to keep overtalking me and raising his voice, not a smart customer service type thing to do. I hung up on him and now I know why we left Dish Network many years ago.

    I went with Dish because they promised better reception better channels better everything oh do not…read morefall for that they are probably the worst one out there if you have problems they will charge you to come out and to look at their equipment because you are just Leasing their equipment if you do not pay for that extra repair cost in your contract which is another rip off. And then here is a good one for you when you cancel you have to pay to ship their equipment back to them I have three of their equipment two little hoppers and one main box they're charging me $50 to ship their crappy equipment back to them. Yes people they charge you to ship their crap back to them even though you have been a loyal customer to them and they're keep telling me that I have $400 in credit with them I still have to pay that send their crap back. What type of place is this besides a giant rip off don't fall for their sales pitch I started out paying $50 a month after 11 months my bill tripled still had the same channels 200 of them and out of them 200 channels 90 of them were shopping channels. Then they tell you that their equipment is one of the best let me tell you about their best when the wind would blow at 10 miles an hour and I live in Iowa I would lose signal if it snowed I'd lose signal if it missed it outside I'd lose signal if it rained I lose signal if my neighbor came outside and waved his hand I lost signal yes that's a over imagination but everyday I would lose signal or it would just lock up. When I would call and ask why they would tell me unplug the Joey plug it in it should be fine. Well guess what it wasn't I'd call back in again they said well looks like we need to send a technician out that would be $150 I would say what to work on your stuff you're charging me well yes don't go to these people please they are the biggest rip-off in this business. I called today to have mine shut off so I could go with another carrier I was on the phone for over an hour and a half trying to get this shut off they tried to give me a different package try to cut my bill they tried to do this that and the other thing they still couldn't come down to the package that I got with this other carrier and then they started bad-mouthing the other carrier telling me that they are being sued that I will not be happy with them that they are no good and everything else you can imagine I'm sorry you do not bad mouth another carrier and expect me the stay with you. Do yourself a favor people forget dish is even out there you will not be happy you will be ripped off and you will thank me later

The situation we faced was this: we had been hearing about T-Mobile buying out our current mobile service provider and the potential chaos that could ensue when everyone was forced to switch over their phones. Concerned, my wife, son, and I decided to visit the T-Mobile store at 3500 Williams Blvd SW in Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404, to get some answers. Upon our visit, we had the good fortune of speaking with Cole Higenberg, the Retail Store Manager. Cole did an amazing job of assuaging our concerns when he could have easily taken advantage of our anxiety to make a quick sale. Instead, he used his time with us to turn us into well-informed consumers. Cole assured us that any of his staff would be happy to help us if we decided to switch, and he wasn't kidding. A couple of days later, we returned and worked with Dennis Warren, a Mobile Expert, who at times received backup from Randi McKissick, the Retail Associate Manager. Both of these wonderful people made sure we understood our options and helped us get exactly what we wanted and felt that 'WE' needed, not what they wanted to sell us! Throughout the entire process, we never felt pressured or hurried. We were always encouraged to ask questions and assured that we could return anytime if we needed help with anything. To our delight, we ended up with a better discount and more perks like Apple TV+, Netflix, Hulu, and AAA (free for one year), along with a few other extras we didn't expect. In the end, we came out saving money, with new upgraded phones, and we even kept our old phones--no, we weren't forced to trade them in if we didn't want to! When the phones finally arrived, a young man named Ben (sorry Ben, I forgot to get your card) did a wonderful job of making sure our phones were set up, switched over, and backed up just as they needed to be. I have never had a phone service switch go as smoothly or enjoyably! T-Mobile, you have truly set a new standard for customer service in the mobile industry."
