I visited Big Dog's website and found a page at https://bigdogsatellite.com/tv-promotions/ which…read moreadvertises an America's Top 120 package for $64. If you visit the URL and scroll towards the bottom you will see it. I sent a message thru their webform and got a call back and a message left. I returned that call and spoke with someone who insisted there is no $64 package and that I would be paying $90 for it instead. I even gave the person the page URL and he instead that they (presumable those at the Cedar Rapids office) were not responsible for what was on their corporate webpage. I posted on Big Dog's Facebook page which they promptly deleted (so I reposted and will continue to do so) and sent email through their link title Corporate on their page. A few minutes later I got a call from Zach to resolve this issue...which didn't get resolved. It just got Zach repeating that Dish Network is responsible for the pricing, no matter what the BD website says. He decided he was going to keep overtalking me and raising his voice, not a smart customer service type thing to do. I hung up on him and now I know why we left Dish Network many years ago.

A - You get a lot of pissed off customers that will flock to your competitors. I am now one of them. Despicable treatment by a group of totally untrained, uneducated, incompetent L I A R S First call 10/17 - This is where I lost 51 minutes of my life trying to explain an issue to their incoherent representatives. First Eileen who was totally useless. Then her 'supervisor', Jasmine who guaranteed me I would receive an email from someone on their tech team within 72 hours, Ticket #1-236907879796R2. It sounded far-fetched, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. 10/24 - As anticipated, no response. Called again and spoke with Sierra who again, was of no use. I asked to AGAIN speak with a supervisor. After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV. Tomorrow, it's my turn and I will be one to hit the disconnect button and terminate your services.

I have spent at least 45 minutes to an hour every call and there have literally been over 15 calls. I ordered three new boxes and long story short got charged for 8. I have put in numerous support tickets for billing to look at through various reps, being assured that it will be fixed. Just when I finally got my money back (even though I contacted you a week plus before my payment was due letting you know that it was incorrect, you still withdrew the wrong amount), I was waiting for my update bill to come through, you then suspend my services. To get them back on I had to talk to three different people and then finally I gave in and paid what I actually owed you even though my bill was still saying I owed more. ---this is what your agent advised me to do, assuring that the unpaid portion would be coming off my bill. Yesterday, I see this still isn't over . . . you withdrew for all those incorrect charges that after two months and over 15 calls, totaling in a least 15 hours of talk time with your company . . . my issue is still not resolved and now I have to call back probably 5 more time just to get the refunded. If I could rate you negative, I would. If this is how you treat a customer who has always paid on time and wanted to ADD service, I want nothing to do with your company.
