We had them put up the system and 24 hours later we decided that we no longer wanted it and they said if this happened it would be fine and they would just cancel our account. Bought a walk-in tub a few years ago from them. Recently the faucet died. Marion water is notorious…read morefor mineral buildup. When the faucet died, I naturally asked them to find and replace the faucet. Here's what I learned: 1 - do not rely on the information provided by whoever answers the phone. They are just a receptionist with zero knowledge about what is possible or practical. 2 - do not work directly with the servicing technician on parts. they don't know how to work with the "front office" to make sure the correct part is ordered...and they don't provide any updates on status of orders. (not my job, was the essence of the explanation) They might be good at cleaning out clogged drains, but I wouldn't trust them to do that right either. Use them at your peril. You've been warned.

I had a very disappointing experience at EZ Solution, North Liberty, IA, North Liberty, IA…read more On 12/09/2025, I took my Laptop to the North Liberty office, for what should have been a simple fan replacement. Even though the issue was clearly explained, the employee insisted I pay a $100 diagnostic fee before they would even look at it. Later, I received a call saying the hard drive supposedly needed to be replaced instead, for nearly $300. When I went back to pick up the laptop, the same employee -- who kept his face mostly hidden under a hoodie -- seemed irritated that I asked to see the laptop powered on. The moment he turned it on, it made an even louder and more alarming noise than before. Since they couldn't fix the laptop, he offered to replace it with an used refurbished laptop. On my third visit, I simply asked whether the diagnostic fee could be applied toward the repair cost. At that point, the employee became hostile, raised his voice, threatened to call the police, called me names, and refused to complete the transaction until the owner arrived. I related this sad story to the company owner, paid requested amount, and left the place without any apology.

They were kind, helpful and understanding when I needed help or had questions. I would definitely call them if I have problems in the future.

They were not thorough, damaged cabinets by trying to improperly removing shelf liner which ruined the finish, left dirty hardwood floors which I cleaned myself but needed reminded to come in and clean the carpets. Further at the end, they tried to bill us for items they didn't do and charged us more for the cabinets than what was charged in the quote that we obtained for them even though they used the company we got the quote from. When I asked for the receipt, they wouldn't provide it even though it would be needed for anything warranty related. They didn't want us to know! Very disappointing they way they do shoddy work and try to scam people who have just been through a disaster!
