He said we would need full replacement. He offered to meet ins inspector at the house, who didn't show up due to mix up within their company, so Joe dealt directly with Adjuster. He got entire job approved on a Tuesday and crew did the job Friday. We can close on the sale in a week. Roof looks great and crew cleaned things up perfectly!
