Service was wonderful - especially Sydney! Very focused on us having a memorable dining experience - our first time! Steak was perfect and loved the glaze. Forgot the name of the salad I had but it had figs in it and it was delicious. Would certainly get that again and again!! The facility seemed designed to meet multiple needs. Dining inside was perfect for us while the outside and bar area was quite active but seemed farther away than it was - both dining areas worked very well together. That was a very pleasant surprise. We sat outside at the bar for an early dinner. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Drinks were great but I was disappointed with the gluten free options. Their taco selections look great but they only offer flour tortillas. The menu would open up many more gf options if they also offered corn tortillas. We noticed at other Kyle G restaurants there could be so many more gf options if they just tweaked a few things - esp. the tortillas. read more

Restaurant is very nice inside & out. Food was good, my husbands ribeye steak was rare like he ordered and delicious. My flatbread was good and the farm salad excellent. We went for a birthday dinner and had a great time! The food was good, as well as the drinks and hospitality. Highly recommend the "a boy named sue" martini. I can't say enough good things about circa69! I went with five other adults on a Thursday night, for drinks and apps. Its already pretty resonably priced, but their happy hour that starts at 9 o'clock is awesome! We ordered multiple rounds of Ahi Nachos because they were sooo good...as was everything we ordered. My sisters drink was "the best she's ever had in her life." It also has a great ambiance! But the thing that stood out above all was the service! our waiter was very fun, attentive, and personable. The manager was on his game, even noticing from afar when I made a funny face about my cocktail and immediately remade it and delivered it to me before I even had time for another sip! The place looks great. Much better than the restaurant that was there before. A group of us decided to try this place out and was hoping to find a new place for the occasional special meal. Around the table we got calamari and lobster crab dip to start. It was okay. Nothing spectacular but can't complain. For the main we got the pork tenderloin, octopus, scallops, cod and snapper. I tasted the octopus, cooked perfectly, the scallops and snapper as my main. The snapper tasted okay. The breading/batter was a little too crunchy and sort of took away from the taste of the snapper. Now for the scallops, I tasted one and was immediately hit my the ammonia taste so I'll assume these were either not fresh or previously frozen. The portions looked big but i reality the sides filled up the plate with a very small protein portion. Enough so that we talked about getting some wings after. The service was okay. Not as refined as you'd expect paying $32 per meal average. When we received the check I noticed a $12 charge. I asked what it was and told it was for my beer. I should have asked to see that menu agin. Looking at the menu later I noticed there are no $12 beers. A mistake? Padding my bill? Not sure. Overall most of the food was tasty except for the old scallops. The service was what you'd expect at a $12.99/plate place not a higher end place. I'll give it a try again after they've been around a while longer and have worked out any of the kinks on the service side. read more

Our server, Sydney, was excellent! She was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. Easy to see her main priority was making her customers happy. Our group ordered a variety of menu items but I chose the Circa69 salad with figs and and maple vinaigrette dressing ... simply amazing! Then I followed up with a delicious key lime cream brûlée. The atmosphere is really unique, from a really cool open bar on one side and beautiful upscale restaurant on the other. we had our gran daughters so we made reservations for the dining side, it's beautifully decorated and very clean and accommodating. the prices are more than fair. We started with a special, lamb empanada, fried calamar and the house bbq wings which were all deliciou. my granddaught, 11 lived the calamari and so did I with a very light batter and cooked perfectly. The grilled salmon was amazing. the girls loved the Mac n cheese and chicken fingers. we also enjoyed the crab cakes, salmon poke, chicken parm flat bread. the service was great. we definitely enjoyed it and will be back. would love this in St Lucie West read more

We sat at the bar in the late afternoon. The food and service were great but the ambiance was weak. There was no circa 69 music! This is a fairly recent change and not a good one. I mean we heard one Eagles song from the mid seventies and that was the closest we got to 1969. Come on folks, everyone in the place except one guy was circa 69 age. I'm here on vacation and passed this place and noticed that it was new. So I figured, why not try it out. We sat at a high top by the bar so we could enjoy the happy hour specials. They have a decent happy hour menu and it was a nice perk that you could enjoy it at a table and not have to order directly from the bar. I ordered the Neshafarm salad with a crab cake on top. It was delicious ad I would definitely get this again. We also had the buffalo wings which were delicious as well. The keylime brulée was to die for and I highly recommend it! While the food and ambience were good, the highlight of our night was our server Belynda. She was so friendly and accommodating. She was extremely patient with a smile on her face the entire time and despite how incredibly busy she was, she kept checking on us and made us feel like we were the most important table there. I don't care how good the food is, if the service is bad, you won't want to go back, however with Belynda as our server, it was TOP NOTCH. I will most definitely be requesting her as my server the next time I go and there will be a next time! If you like American food, then you will love Circa 69. read more

Nice ambiance. Cool 60's/70's vibe hence the name. Ample parking across the street. Went about 6 pm on a Saturday sat at a high top somewhat off in the corner at the far end. Not a great view of anything where we sat, but it was a little quieter. This place gets pretty loud. The staff seemed a little disorganized. We were seated and sat there for 15 minutes. No one came to the table so we flagged down the manager. Our server came over, didn't introduce herself or acknowledge that we'd been sitting there a while. She also disappeared for long periods, never took the menus away, never gave me a refill on my drink or asked. I had to ask her to clear plates and menus and she never brought plates for appetizer. Basic stuff. There needs to be some more training. Got drinks and we ordered the tuna nachos. They came out very fast. Tuna was not cold or very fresh. Kinda mushy and room temp like it had been sitting out. Also had way too much sauce drizzled on it. It was basically nachos, tuna and sauce. Wouldn't get it again. The blue crab corn chowder was very good. My wife had the blackened salmon on a salad. The salmon was very good. I had the diver scallops on risotto. The scallops were very good but you only get 3? It's 38 bucks....c'mon guys...you can pony up one more especially since they're average sized. The risotto was undercooked but tasty. Like some other reviews, skimpy pours on the booze. For a Kyle G's restaurant, needs work. I'll give it another shot, but not what I hoped for with a 150 dollar meal for 2. Oh and one more thing, this automatic 16% tip thing drives me nuts. Service was good. Appetizers were good. The salmon though? I had to send it back twice then just decided to leave. I ordered a salad and wanted salmon on top. It came out incredibly dry on the outside with absolutely no flavor so I sent it back. It came out again and this time it wasn't cooked much better and still had no flavor at all. For a piece of salmon to cost $16 to add to a salad, it should not be paper thin and it should be delicious and cooked properly. The place is definitely not worth the cost of the food. We ended up walking out the door after sharing two appetizers and my friend having an entrée and it cost $100. I ended up going to Flanigan's for my dinner and the food was honestly way better and not egregiously overpriced. If you're in Jensen Beach, you're much better off going to Conchy Joe's. read more

I came here for the first time last night with 3 friends. I really don't have anything nice to say about it. We ate inside and we were freezing the entire time, even with sweaters on. The food was subpar across the board. It was so bad that none of us finished and none of us brought the leftovers home, which never happens with any of us. It was SO noisy, we couldn't talk to each other. The server was awful. She spent most of her time doing everything she could to get us to leave. We were shocked that she kept coming over to ask if we wanted our check after we had barely gotten our food. We know you've heard this before, but the 16% you put on top of the check for the server's health insurance is terrible. You don't make enough money in all of your high priced restaurants that you can't pay it yourself ? It's really insulting! None of us will be back and that's a real shame because we really do need a good restaurant here. read more
