Just had my battery replaced on my IPhone. Eddie is a great guy. Came in less than an hour before closing and was able to do the job efficiently. It would have been sooner but a few people came in asking questions not actually getting any work done and Eddie still helped them with a smile and even referred them somewhere else to get the work done because his will cost too much for an original factory part/labor.I mean you cannot get more honest than that. Eddie is very skilled personable and informative I learned a thing or two about batteries laptops Dyson and charging cables. Prices and warranty are competitive. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended. read more

I was lucky enough to find this spot to repair my sons phone and mine. My sons phone wasn't charging and my camera wasn't working. The owner, Mr. Kim fixed both in about 30 minutes. He also told me my sons phone was dirty and just needed a cleaning in the charging portal. He didn't try to up-sell me to change the portal out. The best part was the price! My iPad Air had water damage from last year, you can tell it was charging and the screen was black but it was on. I gave it to Eddie to fix and within 24 hours he was done! I've been here atleast four times in the last three years because of battery changes and cracked screens. (I drop my phone a lot.) So once again I cracked my screen once again and went in today to get it fixed and get a new battery since I noticed the battery I got replaced last time was dying really fast now. I was then told that the battery they gave me last time was a bad quality and told me they would replace the battery for free! I was surprised about the honesty and taking responsibility for a poor product and offering to fix it. I didn't even notice the battery was of bad quality it worked fine for me and I just replace my battery every year and half. I'm sure most businesses would charge me to replace the battery and not even admit the battery they gave me last time was poor quality. This is the only phone repair shop I go and this is one of the reasons why! read more

I cannot thank the young sir that helped me enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you! During these times, they have a table set up that blocks the entrance to the store. You leave your device in a tray and they disinfect it. I needed to have my battery replaced in my iPhone 7. Yes, it's a dinosaur of a phone that belongs to a dinosaur of a person. The young sir quoted me a price of $39.95 with a 10% discount if you pay in cash. He quoted me a wait time of 20 minutes. My phone was returned to me in 20 minutes. In a plastic sleeve with an alcohol wipe so that I could disinfect it. I couldn't wait for the Apple stores to open back up. And I definitely wouldn't even want to try to book an appointment once they do open up. CIR is an absolute fantastic alternative! Thank you for providing exceptional service! read more

This is my go to spot when it comes to iphone issues. I have also been going here for years and every time i come its a great experience. I usually see eddie who is the owner and one of the smartest guys. Very friendly, talkative, and reasonable when it comes to prices. Recently my phone was stuck on the apple logo and i spent hours myself trying to restart , update, etc. to get my phone back on. My screen and camera were also cracked so i thought that would of been the issue. So i brought it in and Alfredo was the one who helped me out today. It ended up being a software issue and he got my screen and phone fixed within an hour of me dropping it off. Shoutout to the CIR workers. You guys are the best and im glad eddie hired other workers to help him out that are very skilled and knowledgeable when its comes to these things. I got to be honest ... they are definitely faster/more affordable then going to the apple store or geek squad and you wont regret it :) read more

This place is great. When you walk in you get greeted right away. Went here because my girlfriend broke her iPhone screen. The guy in the front was very helpful when we explain what was needed . He gave us prices and was not pushy for us to get the oem screen because it was more expensive. We picked the after market brand which was $89. If you pay cash they won't charge you tax. This is a great deal because at malls and other places charges over $110 to fix it . He fixed it within 20 mins and tested it with us to make sure everything was working. Great place and the people working there were very friendly. They give you free chips and water if you wait around for your stuff to be fixed! read more
