What a great place ! I found this place by accident , went somewhere before and got a quote for 250$ to change the battery and it would take like a day or 2 . I asked for two quotes from Eddie for my iPad mini and iPad Air. He advised that I wait to get the iPad mini fixed as the prices were higher than normal and to fix the iPad Air first. I've been here atleast four times in the last three years because of battery changes and cracked screens. (I drop my phone a lot.) So once again I cracked my screen once again and went in today to get it fixed and get a new battery since I noticed the battery I got replaced last time was dying really fast now. I was then told that the battery they gave me last time was a bad quality and told me they would replace the battery for free! I was surprised about the honesty and taking responsibility for a poor product and offering to fix it. I didn't even notice the battery was of bad quality it worked fine for me and I just replace my battery every year and half. I'm sure most businesses would charge me to replace the battery and not even admit the battery they gave me last time was poor quality. You leave your device in a tray and they disinfect it. I needed to have my battery replaced in my iPhone 7. Yes, it's a dinosaur of a phone that belongs to a dinosaur of a person. The young sir quoted me a price of $39.95 with a 10% discount if you pay in cash. He quoted me a wait time of 20 minutes. My phone was returned to me in 20 minutes. In a plastic sleeve with an alcohol wipe so that I could disinfect it. I couldn't wait for the Apple stores to open back up. He gave us prices and was not pushy for us to get the oem screen because it was more expensive. We picked the after market brand which was $89. If you pay cash they won't charge you tax. This is a great deal because at malls and other places charges over $110 to fix it . He fixed it within 20 mins and tested it with us to make sure everything was working.
