I've been back and forth to this place the past two weeks because my daughters was acting up. I took the phone in 3 times in that span. They never charged me, they just told me what could be wrong with it and told me what my options were. Great experience! The customer service is amazing! Initially I had found them on yelp and messaged them regarding my questions during closed hours. Eddie responded to me within minutes even though the store was closed. When I took my phone in the next day they were welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was neat, clean and nice. First things first, this is by far the best ipad repair shop there is in our opinion! We have two young kids that happened to basically destroyed our ipad's gen. 3 &4 both screens cracked and missing pieces to the metal frames. Get the picture completely trashed. Eddie did an amazing job restoring both ipad's and was really cool and honest dude. He stayed in communication with me giving me updates while he was repairing letting me know of the extended damage the ipad's had and he could of easily just replaced the screens and let that be that charge us and on to the next. But he took the extra time repairing the frame! All for an amazing affordable price. Everywhere else wanted to charge double to amount and said they couldn't replace batteries. WOW!! This place is awesome. Eddie and John were the two gentlemen that helped me with my iPhone 6S. My power button wasn't turning off my phone. I went to two other places and both had said that I would have to take my phone to the Apple Store and they would have to send it out from there and would take a couple weeks to get back..ugh. WELL..
