We are all slave to technology these days and one of the single most valued piece of property is our smartphones. So when there are issues, we need to find reliable, trustworthy, affordable and timely help. I have had a few experiences that adulterer in one of those areas, so I have come to appreciate a business that meets these 4 criteria. This place is one of those great places. I have a iPhone 5, which has been a powerhouse for me. I am not one to always need the latest greatest at the cost, so I have made this work for me for the past 4ish years. I am planning on upgrading to the X (cue the "ahhhhh" music), but with one month to go, the battery in my 5 was going and going quickly. I just needed to limp this phone along for a couple weeks. It heated up like a North Korean nuke while charging and using (which I didn't care cause some like it hot) but the charge dropped quicker and worst of all the battery was swelling, and pushing the screen out. Not good unless you like to peek in on what Siri is really wearing. I called around and not many had the iPhone 5 batteries in stock and I would see a couple day turnaround-not good for my addiction to electronic stimulus/gratification. But I called and Eddie said he had some. 10 minutes later I was in be door and $60 and 10 minutes and my phone is like new-even though I still plan to shop in a month for a iPhone X. I would have been in a world of hurt with work if my current phone failed in the next few weeks; well worth the cash to get this one fixed. I highly recommend you stop in if you need work done. Their shop is stocked with waters and snack, things to preoccupy your time, as well as they do the work in front of you. Totally transparent. I even saw they were selling some used iPhone 6's & 7's +'s, so I am sure they can solve your needs. Eddie was awesome when he helped me and he can tell you his thoughts on the industry-which were pretty much spot on! Good luck to all and I hope this helps you make a solid decision. read more

CIR is the best phone repair shop in the inland empire. Eddie the owner is the most knowledgeable And dependable and honest person I have ever known to own a business. Thank you Eddie from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me and for all of my friends and family . God bless you and God bless your business Eddie. Thank you again!!!!! CIR IS HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST EVER!!! read more

John was knowledgeable and helpful. The price point was reasonable and very clearly advertised within sight. The service to replace my broken iPhone 7 screen only took 40 minutes and included a free tempered glass screen protector. I waited in their store and watched a Friends marathon while enjoying complimentary water and snacks. The best part was listening to John offer tech advice on products in the cell phone market to a young teen who had lots of questions. The eager boy wanted to learn more and John was happy to teach him about technology. My teacher heart observed learning sparks fly today! read more

CIR - Alex fixing our broken screen - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Chino, California

I just left CIR to repair a Samsung Note 8 sensor. The store manager, John, was polite, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me understand in layman's terms what was wrong with the phone and proceeded to promptly repair it at a great price. What more can I ask for?!?! This is my third time patronizing the store. I've had my phone's screen repaired, battery replaced, and now sensor fixed. I will continue to do business with this establishment because of their quality work, honesty, and great prices. Thank you, John, for your help. read more

100% professional, clean, affordable, and functional repair on an iPhone X. I cracked my phone screen while rock climbing a few months back (literally sandwiched it between two large rocks and shattered the top near the camera with cracks over the entire display. I just lived with the damage for a while because I was afraid of the repair cost. Once shards of glass began breaking off and allowing moisture into the phone interior, though, I knew it was time. The reviews on this store sold me. I got a quote, turned in my phone, declined their offer of a seat and a movie, then strolled around the block once (to avoid device withdrawal) and it was done. The edge seal on my phone is perfect and every feature works like new. Definitely would use CIR Chino again and recommend to friends! read more

I was looking for a close iPhone screen replacement. CIR did a great job quick. Then a few months later, the phone started twitching at the bottom. A quick text back to them and they said to bring it in. They fixed it no questions and no cost. I got a second iPhone fixed now. both phones have been working like new. Great people, great location, amazing customer service!!!!! I will not go anywhere else. read more

This place is great! The owner Eddie is honest and professional with his work. My first visit was when I was trading in my daughters phone and Sprint was charging me $175 to repair. Well I called CIR and Eddie was kind enough to stay after closing time to repair the screen and also gave us a new screen protector for her new phone. Second time, I recommend my other daughter to repair her phone that was completely chipped on all edges that you can see the inside of the phone. Third time, was today when I was on my way to the Apple store to fix my phone that had frozen on me. Well I remembered the great service that Eddie had given me, I decided to call and see if he was opened before I went to Apple to wait 2+ hrs as a walk-in. Well over the phone he asked what was wrong and if I tried to turn off my phone. I said yes but it doesn't turn off. So he told me what to do and my phone started working. Thank you Eddie for trying to help and not ways looking to try and make money. Honesty is the best customer service. So if you are looking for a place to fix your phone. Try this place before you go somewhere else. Highly recommend. read more

This was the best iPhone repair shop I have ever been to and I've been to a lot! (unfortunately) I shattered the screen of my iPhone 6, once again, and searched Yelp for a quick and affordable screen repair shop nearby. Brian, the shop owner, was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and gave me a quote over the phone. I immediately drove over and was greeted by Eddie whom was incredibly welcoming and offered me water and snacks. He was helping someone else, but the wait time was less than 5 minutes. He spent time answering my questions and showing me the difference between each screen. I opted for the OEM LCD screen which was a bit pricier, but SO worth it! He made the repair right away and right in front of me, which was comforting because I knew exactly what he was doing with my phone. (Other places would take your phone to the back or have you come back for it.) After the repair was completed, Eddie spent time testing every aspect of the phone: the home button, mic, sound, display, etc. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. He even offered me a free tempered glass screen protector and silicone case with a Yelp review/check-in. What impresses me the most is that he gave me the items without proof of review/check-in. This shows he is trusting of his customers and values their time. I am hoping I will never have to repair my phone again, but if I do, it will definitely be with Cheapest iPhone Repair. read more
