This was the best iPhone repair shop I have ever been to and I've been to a lot! (unfortunately) I shattered the screen of my iPhone 6, once again, and searched Yelp for a quick and affordable screen repair shop nearby. Brian, the shop owner, was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and gave me a quote over the phone. I immediately drove over and was greeted by Eddie whom was incredibly welcoming and offered me water and snacks. He was helping someone else, but the wait time was less than 5 minutes. He spent time answering my questions and showing me the difference between each screen. I opted for the OEM LCD screen which was a bit pricier, but SO worth it! He made the repair right away and right in front of me, which was comforting because I knew exactly what he was doing with my phone. (Other places would take your phone to the back or have you come back for it.) After the repair was completed, Eddie spent time testing every aspect of the phone: the home button, mic, sound, display, etc. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. He even offered me a free tempered glass screen protector and silicone case with a Yelp review/check-in. What impresses me the most is that he gave me the items without proof of review/check-in. So I had a phone crack and I needed a local place due to having to clocking in for work on the phone. I came to this shop because it was close. I knew 300$ was over priced and that I could get it done for half that but I was pressed for time. So when he fixed my phone the light would not turn. He showed me and said, "the light isn't working because you must have done damage to the phone" So, the phone screen was giving me a hard time with closing apps etc. It was like it did not recognise my finger was on the phone. About 2 months later it was actually not allowing me to shut the phone off. So, today i went to a place got a screen for 150$ and suddenly the light works. They are RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! They have bogus screens and they are double the price The new company was talking on the phone when I came in to a supplier about how some brands are really inferior. He gave me the screen back when he replaced it with his working screen. I plan to take action. read more
