THIS PLACE IS HORRIFIC If you actually read these, seriously read this because I was so pissed when I went here. I normally go to Megan Nails but I decided to try this place just for funsies. I went with a friend of mine and I got acrylic nails and she got shellac. Now, the service was fast but disgusting. The whole time we were there, two different people got in arguments with the workers over pricing. The woman had told the customer it was only going to be 5 for the repair of her nails, then after she fixed it she decided she was gonna charge her 10. The sign right behind them had pricing. It does say "& up" after everything but she outright told the customer 5 at the beginning. Then She does my nails and starts off by saying its going to be 35 even though the sign says 28. All i was getting was the fake nail and one color. Then at the end of it she decided to tell me it was 37 before tax. Not only did she change the price, the job she did looked like a 3 year old who lost half their fingers painted my nails. I had paint all over my fingers. LIKE THATS NAIL POLISH 101! My friend who got shellac literately had the nail polish all over her fingers and hands and they over charged her too. The entire time I was there the woman who did my nails was mean and short with me. We will NEVER go back there and I honestly don't understand people who tell me its awesome there because it was more than just me and my friend that were having problems. read more

Their prices keep changing how they going to charge 5 dollars to soak off sns that should be automatically included cause there is no other way to do sns they just lost a good customer how has been going there for a few years. read more

This WAS the go to place for my pedicures.But what I experienced today I will never return.Lady did a rush job and I noticed became aggravated because I request my toe nails cut.Every request I ask for all I got was the blank stare. This is one of the greatest nail salons in this area! I will say they have gone under new management within in the last 3 months, they have completely re-done the place. New paint, new pedicure chairs, new TVs, even new staff members! I love all the staff but Abby and Jenny are my absolute favorite! The staff is all very good and knowledgable. The best thing to get here is the pink and white, and it is expensive but worth every penny. If you work with your hands it lasts FOREVER!!!! They have a wide selection of colors. Especially for the pink and white! To any of the other ladies that have had negative times at this salon try it again! I've heard ladies in this salon that have said that the old management and the old staff were crappy, but the new management and staff are excellent! read more

I just watched as they rushed over a pedicure customer to please an incoming group. I would not give a rating unless I've seen people get skipped over more than once. This is my second time in this shop and both times, some customers are treated better than others. I recommend they use the sign in sheet and work on being customer friendly. read more

So disappointed! Went in with a friend to get SNS done. The technician did not take the time to clean my nails up, work on my cuticles or make my nails all the same length, plus a few days later the SNS was cracking and the top coat they put on was peeling off. I guess you have to pay extra to have a short hand massage at the end, that you normally get at every other nail salon, so I left with the dust from the filling all over my hands and my hands were crazy dry. read more

Absolutely the WORST mani-pedi i have ever gotten. The pedicure was supposed to be shellac as well as my nails, but she REFUSED to paint my toenails with the shellac polish. On to of that, she cut my toes three times on three separate toes with that damn cuticle cutter. the person who did this was an older lady who only cared about pushing you out the door as quickly as possible. My mani polish is spotty, i have cuts all over my cuticles from the cuticle scissors and and the polish SHELLAC POLISH is already coming off. I paid $68 for mani-pedi, this experience was absolutely horrid. read more

i went here a few days ago and got a full set done by abby the MANAGER and she rushed me the second someone else came in. she glued three of my tips to my finger and used her nail and the electric file to try to rip it off, i asked for square nails which she at first did but the sides were jagged and i asked her to file them and she then made them more round. finally i called back a few days after my service bc my gel polish over top HAS AIR BUBBLES ON 6 FINGERS! they won't redo my polish unless i go today which i can't bc i work 10am-9pm this entire weekend. this is a horrible establishment even though the building is nice. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND! read more

Ok maybe i spoke too soon, i went yesterday and got my toes repolished, which was the same good service from the older lady that tends to only do pedicures. i was happy with her. BUT i was not happy with the older guy that does nails. His work is sloppy and very unattractive! i could have had my 9 year old daughter paint my nails better than him!! and i asked the moron if it looked like i needed a fill in?..and he replies i dont know, we can just polish them. Stupid Idiot, THIS IS YOUR PROFFESSION, you mean to tell me that u cant eyeball my nails and give good advice to make you more money!! So i let him polish them light pink. when i get home i notice i have light spaces and dark spaces and CLEARLY you see in about 2 days i will need a fill in! i couldve just left my nails the way they were or just got the darn fill in. What a waste of my time, gas, and money! On the other hand, the younger chinese fella, is the original person who did my nails and i was satisfactory with his work. so im goin back today, to make HIM (younger guy)do them over wit a fill in just payn the difference! And by the way, a caucasion woman was in there dealn with the same old idiot and she was VERY unhappy with her nails!! I shoukd've known better. so after this, i think i'll pay for better work and ambiance..and go back to Ambiance nail and spa where they take pride in their work and setting! This place is absolute trash and the workers are extremely rude. I asked for my acrylics to be thinner and she told me they wouldn't look like that when they were done but they were still goopy and terrible looking. They were uneven and certain nails weren't even straight on. They were super busy so I was trying to be understanding and consider the fact that maybe the workers were stressed but the service my friend and I received was unacceptable. I was told one price and she got the exact same thing and paid a different price. My nails looked horrible, they were extremely over priced and the staff was disgustingly rude. I will not be going back, and I will make sure everyone I encounter that gets their nails done knows this place is a garbage pit. read more

This is not the place where I normally get my nails done, but it was close to work and I was short on time and needed a fill BADLY. The older gentleman who did my nails clearly had no idea what he was doing. On top of that he was rude, and was trying to nickel and dime me on all of the services I was requesting. I'm not new to this, and it pretty much costs the same everywhere. A couple of my nails were VISIBLY messed up, and the gentleman saw this, but rather than offer to fix them, he just discounted. This was 2 days ago, and if you saw my nails today, you would think that I have been dragging my nails over concrete or something the way they are chipped!! Terrible, Dirty, they never clean there stuff. I got mold under on of my nails after a week of having them done. I went in and they refused to remove the nails. They only removed the one and said I would have to pay for them to be removed. They are also extremely negative!! read more

I really like this place. If you are rude, the technicians won't be nice back to you...GOOD FOR THEM!. I have seen several very rude people come in this place, and I hope they don't come back. I went there this past Saturday in an attempt to get a shellac manicure. It took this old fart over an hour to do a shellac manicure that looked like a 3 year old did! Every time he painted my nails he had to go back over them with polish remover on the edges and sides! I have hang nails and my cuticles look like crap! This is the worst place I've ever been to! I should've went to my normal person Tom at 90's nails in Blue Ash the night before and they would've gotten me right. Plus they overcharged me. I left no tip but my card was debited for #36 bucks!
