Sarra truly went above and beyond to support Imani Community Church and make sure our fire extinguishers were fully up to code. I called in the morning and sent our extinguishers over with a courier. Sarra made sure everything was received, serviced quickly, and then personally coordinated getting them packed up and handed off to another courier for return. What really stood out was how seamless and fast the whole process was--I had everything back before lunchtime the same day. That level of efficiency, care, and professionalism is rare. I'm really grateful for the support and would absolutely recommend Acme Fire to anyone looking for reliable and timely service.

This company is unprofessional! The Bonetti website clearly advertises sewer and root removal…read moreservices. I called their receptionist (Sheri) to request a plumbing tech to call me about clearing a restricted drainage pipe from my home gutter downspouts that leads to the the street gutter. I was told that a 'tech would call me back within a 'few minutes. No one called me back after 22 hours so I contacted them again. Instead of giving me the opportunity to speak to a professional plumber, (gatekeeper non plumber receptionist) Sheri tells me that the only resolution for my clogged drainage piple is for their company to remove and replace the entire 60 feet of underground pipe under my flagstone walkway leading to the street. This is an assessment made by a receptionist without me ever speaking to a plumber.

It was a broken pipe. I called three companies for estimates. One estimator wanted me to lowball the estimate for number of square feet of floor space in the house for a better price. The other gave a low ball bid, but wanted 50% of the bid price up front at signing, which is illegal. And then ServPro came through with a upfront estimate that met our needs. They did the job quickly , professionally, and took excellent care of the tenant. However, as with any job , Murphy's Law can always put a glitch in the process. Servpro recognized the problem and solved it to our satisfaction. After building two houses, I know bad things can happen. I also know it's the way the contractor resolves the problem that separates a good contractor from a bad contractor. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone that was interested in having work done. One of the nice things that we experienced is the foreman, Angel, was always available by phone. We must have had over 40 conversations over the course of 3 weeks. I doubt his phone rang more than once before he picked up on the majority of those conversations. When your home is literally floating in S**T, it really feels good to have someone that can help, that is professional, that is always available for reassurance. It's worth your time to get a quote from ServPro of San Leandro.
