After I showed him pictures and videos of the damage, he promptly scheduled to come over at noon to start the repair. He understood the urgency, since I had to turn off the water to prevent further damage. He arrived on time and as promised! I could not believe it! In my experience, they usually say they'll come over in a span of 4 to 5 hours, only to arrive in the last hour. But not this company. No waiting and wondering for hours about when they'll arrive! I thought the repair was not simple since it involved replacing a meter valve and a couple of pipe fittings. But he finished it in less than an hour. I thought the work done was excellent. From the time I called in until he finished the repair, it only took 4 hours. I've never seen such a fast response, punctuality, quality of service like this company. It's amazing. Thank you!

We live in an old 1930 house which has seen several electricians over the years and still has bulbs trips. Nick assessed the situation and recommended replacing an old panel which would support the AC wiring and update the system at the same time. The bid was reasonable so we went ahead. The work was done seamlessly. Throughout, Nick worked to accommodate our non-technical requests ("cosmetic" in nature). It is obvious that Nick knows his art and this is reassuring, especially when dealing with non-conventional wiring and things. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. In short, i wholeheartedly recommend this company and will continue working with them in the future
