Their price was 30% higher than market for replacement of 1 heater and it wasn't done to code. 3) cast iron leak in garage from upstairs unit. They cut out the cast iron and spliced in ABS. Turns out this doesn't pass fire code. Had to redo.

He diagnosed that the leak was due to cracks in the faucet hoses and advised me to purchased a new faucet that he could install the following day. Removing the old faucet was no easy task either as they were fused to the countertop. With a little drilling and some elbow grease, he got them out and whistled while he worked.
