The food was superb! We ordered 6 special Cinnabons: Cookie Monster, Twix, Strawberry Shortcake, S'Mores, Chocolate Bomb, and Snickers. Despite it being busy with online and in-person orders, the staff were managing well. If you're in Greektown around Toronto, Canada, well-recommend this place.

The GTA has a grand total of three Cinnaholic stores. I managed to complete my trifecta tour by dropping by this location in the heart of Greektown on Saturday. I love Cinnaholic. It offers vegan cinnamon rolls, brownies, and more. I like not having to think about whether there is dairy in my food. I just come here and I know that I'm safe as a borderline lactose-intolerant person. What brought me to this specific location? Dole whip. After writing a review on my visit to Cinnaholic in Ottawa (The Glebe, now that I know where that is... haha), I had a great message exchange on Yelp with Terri from Cinnaholic. She gave me the inside scoop (I'll leave it to you if you think my pun is intentional) that the Danforth location was about to get a dole whip machine and would be offering two flavours. OMG! It's like reliving my experience in Ottawa with pineapple dole whip and getting a second flavour to throw me into never-ending euphoria! After spending some time in the Beaches with friends from high school, I was ready for dessert. I drove over to drop by this Cinnaholic. I haven't been in this neighbourhood in ages. I used to have a friend back in grade 8 that I would visit during the summer. I would drop by Chester station and walk over to her home. On Saturday, I parked just in front of this TTC station and walked over to Cinnaholic. This store is the smallest of the three. It is the only one that has a patio and offers dole whip. It's small, but offers a ton. I held the door open for an older man who had his granddaughter in a stroller. He thanked me. His wife said that she didn't know what the order as a newbie and let me order first. It was nice of her. I miss the politeness that I don't see often in Markham. There are two dole whip flavours. I love the pineapple. The second flavour is the vanilla bliss. I asked the helpful woman at the counter if I could get both flavours. You can indeed. If you get the twist, you are good. So, I got the medium twist that comes in a cup. My order came up to $5.10 with tax. I paid with cash (it seems so rare that I had money) and was happy to get my dole whip. I walked along the Danforth, spooning some in my mouth as I browsed and headed back to my car. It was the perfect day to enjoy the best dole whip ever. It was so creamy that it tasted like ice cream. The vanilla bliss stood up to its name. I loved the vanilla bean flavour that mingled with the pineapple. It was so good that I feel that I need to get the large next time. I know that I can eat it all. I am eternally grateful that this location has a dole whip machine. I will be back for more. If the other two locations offer dole whip, this Cinnaholic fan would be over the moon! (367)

How is this vegan?!? Cinnaholic claims to be 100% plant-based, dairy/lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free... and yet tastes like the ABSOLUTELY MOST INDULGENT cinnamon roll in the world. There were so many different types of funky flavoured rolls and cookie dough. Since it was our first time there, we chose to skip customizing (which you can) and got: - Cookie Monster roll: Soooo good! The base bread/roll itself was nice and chewy while still being really soft, the cookie dough blobs were yummy, the cream and chocolate drizzle were generous, and the chocolate chips just took it over the top. - Smores cookie dough: Really really good, though tasted a lot like the roll we got. This was more an error in our choice than the cookie dough not being as tasty as the roll. So why only 4 stars? Because the sweetness can get overwhelming, the location is more a take-out place (only 4 seats I think), and it's a tad pricey. That said, there's no question in my mind that I'll be back for more!

Definitely worth going to Cinnaholic and brave the crowd during its grand opening. The associates were friendly and welcoming they didn't hesitate to explain how the menu works, especially the part where you get to customize the cinnamon rolls. For mine, I chose cream cheese, along with banana, oreo cookies and sprinkles. I loved how the guy who worked on my cinnamon roll took the care to arrange the banana slices and cookies to make the roll look nice. He totally understood the importance of food presentation. It was a lot of fun to choose what I wanted on my roll... uniquely catering to my taste. Also they turn cinnamon rolls into cakes as well, which i thought was pretty cool. And for those who don't care to be creative with their cinnamon rolls, there are selections to choose from. Definitely will satisfy the sweet craving in you.

I had a great experience trying out the cinnamon buns at Cinnaholic. This location is newly opened, which according to the staffers there, is their 5th location in Canada, while they have over 30 more stores in the States. You can even find their sales pitch on the show Shark Tank! I went with a few friends to during my visit so we each got to try a bit of each other's cinnamon bun. For myself, I opted for the build your own cinnamon bun, which I chose strawberry icing with cookie bits, sprinkles, and fresh strawberries. I liked that it is not as sweet as the ones sold at Cinnabun, since that means there was less sugar here and thus less calories! The ingredients tasted really fresh and the cinnamon buns were made right in the store which you could see the oven baking up fresh cinnamon buns. They also offer a few pre-made selections if you can't decide which flavours to choose from. My friend got their holiday cocoa cinnamon bun special and it looked exactly like the picture and tasted great. For the holidays, they also offer Christmas cinnamon bun wreaths (limited time) and cinnamon bun cakes, which I must say, you'd need an army to finish :P

Glad they had some MINI buns The approx 15 min wait for Cinnabon's wasn't intriguing (walking). Smells good! I'd like to try the strawberry one. Mini were good

I LOVE this place..... I never knew that Cinnamon rolls were vegan until I went to this place and enjoyed one for myself. I really liked the raptors and CN tower cinnamon rolls, especially since sports has just started back up. Thank me later for these two items, they were divine!

I've been to Cinnaholic, but I feel like I've only really understood the best of it now! Eveything I had was a really nice treat. The dough is so soft and easy to slice through. Mixed with the different topings, made it perfect. The cookie dough is on the super sweet side if that's your thing. First off - did you know EVERYTHING is plant based? No milk or butter is used in the cinnabons, icecream and cookie dough - it's all made from either tofu or different oils (more info on their website). Secondly, eveything is customizable! It might be easy and just pick whatever is on the display, but the beauty is picking things off the list menu. Did you know they had HAZELNUT frosting? It was absolutely delicious! The Danforth location has seating enough for about 10 people. Service is quick and good

Coworker said a new award-winning, gourmet, cinnamon roll place opened up in Danforth. It was featured on Shark Tank so of course a lunch trip needed to be made ! The first trip failed due to issues with the public transportation so a second attempt was made the next day. By now, the expectations for these baked goods were high. Upon entry into the store, the smell of freshly baked goods was missing but there were some very energetic and happy greetings. This one girl really stood out, she was super bubbly and welcoming. She made sure to point out the coffee sample and explained the process of how it was made. There were cookie and brownie samples on a table. Free samples ? Yes, please. Samples were good but nothing special or too memorable. The goal is a fresh batch of rolls every fifteen minutes. One was ordered to share and the moment it came out of the oven it was placed into a paper box. The cream cheese was spread on top and fresh strawberries were cut and placed on the cream cheese. The cream cheese frosting started to melt and become watery because of the warm bun. "Egg-free, dairy-free and 100% vegan!" No offence but this concept is way too hipster for the taste buds to comprehend. In addition, $6 for one original cinnamon roll plus addition charges for each customization is way too steep to justify. The texture and taste of these rolls cannot compare to the traditional cinnamon rolls. Overall, it was something new to try and it is always hard to say no to dessert but don't think there will be a second visit.

the place to come if you love cinnamon rollsss! This super cute chain specializes in their gourmet, fresh cinnamon buns with a creative twist! (Cinnamon Roll is vegan too) They have so many options from frostings to toppings that you can customize your own according to your taste~ there are so much choices that it makes it really hard to pick lolol I got to try out their signature strawberries & cream one, and the sweet and sour from the strawberry paired the frosting + the crunch from the nut sprinkles really well! The cinnamon roll itself it's dense and really filling. I really love how subtle the cinnamon flavour is cuz it's not over powering at all Strawberries & Cream - $5.50

So the bear itself in the affogato was a solid icy chunk of milk (coz we chose the milk flavour) that just frozen. We added the affogato on top of it and while it looked aesthetic, the dessert didn't make sense at all. We were unable to break the frozen chunk or be able to mix it with the coffee and the coffee mixed with that frozen chunk submerged tasted really bad. Paying $16 for that wasn't worth it at all. The bingsu was good though. We got the mango bingsu bowl and it came loaded with mangoes and a marshmallow and an oreo cookie to make it look pretty! I don't think I'd come back to try anything else here. Was a little disappointed.

Delicious desserts, waffles ice cream, smoothies, and more. We ordered: Medium Mango Smoothie - $7.95 Simple Pleasures Waffle - $15.50 The waffle was light and fluffy and the toppings of fruit and chocolate were a great combination. I requested to be lighter on the chocolate but there was still a LOT of chocolate on our waffle. The mango smoothie was refreshing and sweet. I started going to Holy Choco when they first opened and their service was really good from some of the owner. Super attentive and caring staff. Unfortunately, it's since gone downhill since they've hired new staff and we had a number of small problems when visiting this time (dirty tables, dirty cutlery, requested if our food could be put in to go containers because they didn't want to do dishes, unfriendly, etc.) I hope they improve upon these staffing issues soon. Their seating area is good for friends and groups to loiter. Also, if you plan on bringing a laptop, they have MANY OUTLETS!!

The interior is nicely decorated with a cute angel photo op in the back, and window bar seats and couches to choose from. Great spot for 2-4 people. The only criticism I could have was it took a while to get our order. So, it's not one of those places you can be dipping into expecting to be done in 20mins! We stayed for nearly 3 hours and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

I stopped by Kream after seeing all the hype on Instagram about the famous Korean "Dubai…read morechocolate." When I saw the price was $9.90 per chocolate, I was honestly a little surprised, bc it's sold under 7 per chocolate in Korea. But they were running a promotion until the 15th -- 5 for $30 -- which made it much more reasonable. I've never had the original version sold in Korea, so I can't compare it directly, but from what I've seen and heard, it seems pretty similar to what's trending there. Korean reviews are overwhelmingly positive, and people say it tastes just like the viral version. The texture is definitely chewy, just like the name suggests, and it's very sweet. Personally, it was a bit too sweet for my taste, but that's just my preference. That being said, I gave some as gifts and they absolutely loved it. So if you enjoy rich, sweet desserts -- or you're looking for something trendy and fun to share -- this would be a great choice. The shop itself is small and cozy, but very welcoming. The staff were friendly and made the experience pleasant. Overall, even though it's not exactly my personal favorite flavor-wise, I can understand the hype. It's a fun treat to try at least once, especially if you've been curious about the viral Korean Dubai chocolate trend. I'd recommend stopping by and taking advantage of the promo while it lasts!
