If you're vegan, this is the place for you. If you're just trying to find a yummy cinnamon roll, this place will disappoint you. I ordered the Lover's Roll which had strawberry cream, nuts and a chocolate covered strawberry on it. It costed $10 which is pretty pricey! When i ate it, it was very bland: dough was not sweet and was very dully (store bought Pillsberry dough equivalent), strawberry cream was bland, and chocolate covered strawberry was very small! Not my cup of tea. It's great that this place is Vegan, but the number of ingredients used to replace what would normally be butter, sugar, and vanilla is a major turn off. For the grand opening I got in line at 9:15. They started taking customers at 10:12. I didn't get in until 11:20. I don't fault them much for the delays for their first day. The staff were fine and I had no problem with the service. As for the product, I don't see the value in a $5.50 (plain) cinnamon roll. They're good, but not great. For something "gourmet" I was expecting something that was buttery and cinnamon-forward flavor and at least 2" tall without all the topping. A gourmet would exceed at the basics. These were kind of dry without frosting, especially the exterior ring, and about 3/4" tall. I like sweet things, but with frosting they are overly sweet for me. I did also try the Blueberry Pie flavor. It really was just too much sweetness. I'm glad I tried it, but I don't think I'll return. read more

Plain rolls were good. I prefer a bit more cinnamon and less sugar. Cinnabon is a bit better for the same price. Seems like rolls were smothered in sugar but light on spices. It's ok. I think this chain gets a lot of hype because of their large variety of customization and the fact that it is vegan. It's great for those people who have those dietary needs but I wouldn't say it's a healthy alternative. First thing I notice right off the bat was the icing. I believe they use vegetable or canola oil to compensate for the dairy because it reminded me of my cooking spray or cake batter after I add the oil. I got my roll with chocolate icing and what I thought was Oreo but it didn't taste or look like Oreo. So I went to look their "Oreo" bin and saw the cookie logo which says "dip ''em love 'em." Looking that up, it turns out to be kaleidos cookie which I guess are krogers Oreo knockoff. Obviously this is false advertising and if anything should be called cookies and cream. Anyways I still stick around with traditional gooey cinnamon rolls like Cinnabon since I don't have any dietary needs or need for fancy topping and both share still loaded with fat, sugar, and carbs. (Although Cinnabon might be healthier if you think about it because most people that go to Cinnaholic gets all those extra sugary toppings). read more

I heard a lot about this place but the Cinnabon's were not as great as hyped up. One regular Cinnabon was roughly $6.

Husband went here to get me cinnamon rolls. We live in San Bernardino so it's a trip. The staff had no sense of urgency, took extremely long just to receive 3 mini cinnamon rolls. Then they were ice cold. I don't know if this place warms them but they were given to my husband cold. Would have been quicker and easier to get at least a warm cinnamon roll from Cinnabon. read more

Horrible, horrible customer service! When I walked up to the counter the girl told me to hold on because she was making an order. Which I did. Then she called out a number. And I was literally the only person in there. I told her I was pretty sure they were outside. She then says okay and asked me what I wanted to order. I told her I wanted 4 original cinnamon rolls. And asked if they had specials for buying more than one. She said no. She then takes the order after me and is extremely slow. The people didn't even know what they wanted. When I tell you that these rolls are DELICIOUS they are. They are so mouth watering, make you want to cheat on your diet, want to go five hours to go get them type of snack. I like eating a sweet and savory snack once a week. When I do I come here?! John and Zack the business owners are very nice and professional. They also helped me picked out some delicious flavors for the rolls, even the toppings are so good especially the berries. I have did there catering with them and they went above and beyond. The Cinnamon roll itself deserves 5 stars!! It was so delicious (cream cheese frosting and berry toppings for me and my husband got the corona way which is berries and creme brûlée frosting) I LOVE that all of their ingredients are vegan and cruelty free. I myself am not vegan, but on a Dairy free diet due to my daughters allergy, so I loved finally having somewhere that I didn't have to worry about what I was consuming. The cons: we visited today (Tuesday in the middle of the day) so it wasn't very busy, but we still had a 10 minute wait (totally worth it by the way). The price is a little high imo. It was $16 after tax for two cinnamon rolls, and lastly the restroom was gross. Out of date and looked like it could use a good cleaning and some air freshener. I had to try this place after seeing the episode of Shark Tank. I was lucky enough to see that they were opening one in Corona. I went on a Saturday night, and the place was pretty packed (granted it is a small shop), but we didn't have to wait long to be served. I ordered the blueberry one they have featured in one of their pictures ( I forgot the name). It was DELICIOUS! Although, I would of liked it to be a bit warmer. I couldn't finish it entirely, so I had the leftovers the next morning and it was still delicious! They are way better than Cinnabon, and I love the fact that you can customize your cinnamon roll.
