So my mom bought over 100$ worth of cinnamon rolls to send out gifts to her offices. 15 minutes in a car ride to deliver to her offices this is how they come out... the icing doesn't set and makes the presentation terrible she will not buy again. Doesn't look like much when you pass by, but I practically was dying for something sweet so I popped in. I got recommended this place by someone and wow wow wow. I ended up staring at the pre-made case and choose from there. I got a combination of cinnamon roll and cookie dough it was delicious but super sweet. There's about a million options available between the menu board and wall full of specials, so it became overwhelming, but you really can't go wrong. I love Cinnaholic locations (I frequent the one in Cypress)! This location, the employees weren't as friendly as normal. There were Dallas themed rolls that I was interested in ordering and when I questioned the toppings, I barely got a response and it seemed like an issue that I asked. To start this is very well named because I have just been there once and I am now a Cinnaholic!!! The cinnamon rolls are amazing! We had the Tropical Bliss and the Sparkle Berry and there was a heated competition between the two for which is our favorite. The Tropical Bliss has blueberries, bananas with a creamy toping and is just incredible. The Sparkle Berry is chocolate and strawberry and tastes like a chocolate dipped strawberry on a warm cinnamon roll. Wow. Service is fast and friendly and the store has a clean, modern design that reminded me of some of the nitro ice cream stores. It is not cheap though and you will spend over $10 per person for a roll and a beverage but oh so well worth it. I am sure Robert from Shark Tank is making a fortune with this investment...lol. I'm very disappointed in Arlington Cinnaholics. The service is terrible and the food is subpar. I ordered online for ASAP and the time for pickup is a whole hour later. I only ordered a cream cheese cinnamon roll with pecans and caramel, a brownie and cookie. I went ahead and showed up at the location 30 minutes early anyways and luckily I did because my order was ready. A bunch of people were just standing at the pick up stand. It was pretty busy so I patiently waited until one of the workers said anything. But after waiting 10 minutes I asked who was working the pick up orders. It's a long story of how bad the customer service was. Every question anyone had the employees always answered "uuuuhhh??" like Tina from good burger. It was like the workers weren't prepared and definitely had no idea how to do ANYTHING. They didn't say "hello, what is your pick up order name?" Or "hello, i will be right with you". They would see people there and keep working. It shouldnt take a customer to say "umm do i tell you what my order is or do i wait until you call it?" Yea the customer service just really pissed me off and I should've asked for a refund at that moment. Thankfully a man stepped in but guess what? They were out of brownies and chocolate chip cookies. He let me get something else which was cool. But I was definitely disappointed that I paid for what I planned on getting. Now, to add on top of the poor customer service, out of stock things I paid for; the cinnamon roll looks sad. I can fit the the whole cinnamon roll in the palm of my hand. I had a couple of measly pecans on top and a whole bunch of cream cheese. To add on top of that the cinnamon roll taste store bought. It didn't melt in your mouth and wasn't gooey enough. I'm not sure if all the locations are suppose to be the same when it comes to taste but FTW taste 10000 times better. I watched them take them out the oven but it taste like the cinnamon rolls you buy at a grocery store. I honestly think the ones at the grocery store is better. The banana bread is wet, oily and soggy. It has a rubbery texture to it. The sickle doodle cookie is ok. Its a little too soft for my liking. NOW that that's all said and done. GO TO THE CINNAHOLICS IN FORT WORTH!! I have a Yelp review on them and they are absolutely amazing. They also have a rewards system but Arlington doesn't. DO NOT GO TO ARLINGTON! A friend of mine won a contest on their social media for 6 free rolls with frosting and toppings of her choice! She chose cream cheese icing, strawberries and cookie dough and OH. MY. GOODNESS. I had one and they were INCREDIBLE! There was plenty of cinnamon sugar goodness throughout and the cookie dough was so yummy! The frosting might have been my favorite part, though! I took a look at their menu while I was there and the frosting and topping options are endless! Easily 20 of each! Oh my gosh, this place was magical. We had the pumpkin roll, the strawberries and cream, and the pecan roll. The base is light and fluffy with the perfect cinnamon sugary crunch. The pumpkin frosting and moist cinnamon cookies on the pumpkin roll were out of this world. The cream cheese frosting is excellent. My favorite was the sticky pecan topping on top of the pecan roll. Cinnaholic offers a lot in terms of variety. The rolls are just ok and very doughy. My biggest disappointment was observing an employee multiple times handling food (brownies) with gloves on to package them but each time she picked one out of the pan and placed it in a plastic bag, she rubbed her gloved hand on her apron !!! :( she did this each time she made customer's cinnamon roll treats too!!! VERY UNSANITARY!!! Need to review sanitation procedures. read more
