I heard about Cinnaholic a bit ago, but I never had the chance to stop by. I had lunch very close to where they are, and decided to stop by on my way home. I'm happy I did. I was expecting something like Cinnabon, but they're very different. With this being my first time, it was a bit eye-opening when it came to the options. There are so many variations, I chose to keep it simple. The young lady (the owner's sister) helping me was so sweet and went over some of their best sellers, and what some of her favorites are. On my next visit, I think I'll step outside of my bubble and try something I wouldn't normally get. German Chocolate Cookie Dough: This was so delicious, I really enjoyed it. Now, Cinnaholic is vegan, and I don't normally favor vegan options. But this, you'd never know. The moment I bit into it, it was Heaven. This is a must-try, if you're a fan of cookie dough and chocolate. Plain Cinnaholic w/ hazelnut cream and walnuts: I took a bite of this, and it was so good and different. I've never had a flavored cream on top of a cinnamon bun, outside of your regular buttercream. I'm the type of person who loves a really soft cinnamon roll, the kind that is gooey in the middle. Cooked, but gooey. This bun did not disappoint. I look forward to finishing this later this evening. This is a cute little store. I will be visiting again. read more

I stopped by on my way to my favorite restaurant because I've been craving a cinnamon roll. And somehow, the skies opened up, this place appeared. So of course, I went in. Now... the welcome wasn't exactly in the room with us. (Okay, fine. Well, not really). When I walked in, the young lady was in the back. She came to the front with a simple "yes," as if I had walked up to her desk with a question instead of entering the shop as a customer. I ordered the Cookie Butter cinnamon roll. On my way out, I asked if it would hold up while I drove home. She nodded, and that was that. Customer service definitely has room for improvement. A warmer greeting and a little engagement would go a long way. On a brighter note, the shop itself is really, really cute. Very colorful, very clean, and very chic. They even have a flower bomb wall, which I absolutely love. The aesthetic is on point. If the service matched the vibe of the space, this place would be next level. Why is there always an issue at this Cinnaholic? I thought it was just me but when I was talking to a friend about my experience, she was like yeah, don't go to that one. Now you would think for the prices they charge, they would at least be nice, but no, most of times that's not in the cards. The first issue I had was when I went in the store on October 27th to order their seasonal pizza roll which I had gotten an email about earlier in the month. I didn't see signage but asked to order one and was told with a sneer, those are seasonal, we don't have them anymore. I was thinking, huh, I thought that email said all throughout October as it had in past years but maybe I was wrong. I thought about getting a regular roll but I just couldn't reward her crappy attitude by handing her my money so I left. Two days later, yeah that's right, on October 29th, I received another email with the Mansfield store's information on it stating that I should hurry to that location if I wanted a pizza roll before the seasonal special ended. I just shook my head. It's a shame that the Mansfield location is such a poor representation of such an amazing vegan brand. I've had Cinnaholic in several different locations and this is by far the worst location. There's a lot of competition in that area of town and if they don't change their ways, I'm not sure if they'll still be open for long. read more

I ordered 6 Cinnabuns around 6:30pm 2/3 to which an employee said they needed to bake more and it would take 10 mins. 20 mins past and I witnessed another customer order and leave before our order was even started. The young lady that was working the register was more worried about restocking than making our order. The total was a little over 40 dollars and we tipped as well. The other lady working there did not acknowledge us at all and acted as if she didn't care it was taking a long time for our order to be made. We felt very unwelcome and felt like we were a bother by simply ordering. The customer service is lacking tremendously. It was my b day and I just wanted a sweet desert. I can't believe it's vegan tbh, but yeah it's delicious. I got the smores one and it came out super quick. The only thing is it does feel pretty expensive. Service was okay, not super nice but not rude either. I might come again, but it did give me one hell of a stomachache. Maybe if I try one of the lighter options it will be okay haha. I went to the Cinnaholic in Mansfield behind Starbucks on Broad St. I will never get a cinnamon roll anywhere else!!! Warm, gooey, thick layers of dough, layered with buttery cinnamon and dripping with a thick layer of icing. They offer fresh toppings and I went for the caramel, fresh apples and toasted pecans. It's great to have a location closer to the Best Southwest area of Dallas. The cinnamon rolls were delicious and fresh. I got an order of the baby buns, and the others with me each made their own roll (just the standard cinnamon roll but added cream cheese icing). I didn't know much about Cinnaholic but it opened next to a restaurant I was picking up from and decided to give it a try. Not a terrible taste but looks like a hot mess and I am not a vegan but I do eat clean. Good idea just need to be further worked. Icing tasted like sugar, oil and vanilla and separated on my 30 min drive home. If you are vegan and eat at the location you will probably enjoy. read more

I thought it's probably going to be gross at the end of the night and I find it so rude to go in somewhere right when they are closing. My wife and I went here for a day date. It was Thursday afternoon around 2pm. My wife has a very bubbly personality and loves cinnamon rolls. She told the staff this was our first time here. She asked for recommendations. The staff never said a word or acknowledged us until she placed the actual order. It was very cold and uninviting. We were the only customers in the store. The staff never made eye contact or welcomed or thanked us after we spent $23 on 3 cinnamon rolls. When we left my wife said "Thank you" and the ladies never responded. We felt unwelcome and will never be back. It was such a bad experience my wife was very sad on the drive home. Good luck if you visit. read more

They have a frozen style dairy free dessert that's like yogurt. So if you're craving fro-yo, you can get your fix without having to drive to Arlington. The cinnamon bun base is seriously delicious. With a plethora of toppings to choose from you can customize to your heart's desire. There are a few tables inside, a very chill vibe, and quick service. It's next door to Torchy's on the corner. Old school cinnamon roll was pretty good. Didn't try the others because I thought 7 dollars was a little steep for a cinnamon roll.

We have been waiting for them to open in Mansfield and we were very disappointed. I had the Apple pie roll and it was not completely cooked, the middle was raw dough and the brown sugar was in clumps through out the roll. The front counter staff never smiled at any customer, there were 2 couples before us and not one nice nice word or smile to any customer. If I'm spending $15 for 2 rolls a Thank You would have been nice. We have been to the one in Arlington and the rolls were bigger and fully cooked and the staff was nicer. At least the store was clean. We have will not be returning Cinnaholic in Mansfield. read more
