The Cinnabons themselves were good, warm and fresh. The cashier/baker was the only one there, although he was kind and honest about wait times you could tell he was spread thin. The place was clean for the most part, the woman's bathroom needs work, but they had plenty of seating areas. read more

Late night snack Tonight, I decided to get the Dole Float with Pineapple for the first time. Not sure if it's worth the $10. The straw was too small. Definitely needs more of a jumbo straw to enjoy it. It was refreshing but I probably wouldn't get it again. I think it needed more pineapple juice. They had a special going on where you could buy any roll and get an Old Skool roll for free. No issues with my Old Skool roll, that one was warm with a good amount of icing. Not great customer service this time around but I'll always be back for a roll. read more

Dole whip is delicious! Not really a fan of the cinnamon rolls. I think Cinnabon is better.

The service is not great, they offer half n half and don't even have any. Also the cinnamon buns they are average and over price TNT coffee I have to drink it black I don't recommend this place. You are better going to the Waffle House for less. read more

My wife and I came in to this location usually 1-2 times a week and spoke with the owner while she was preparing our cinnamon roll it was always absolutely delicious and one of our favorite desserts. A little over a month ago there was a change in ownership and the new staff is absolutely killing this place. It used to run with just the husband/wife team and there was no issue. Now there are 4-5 kids/young adults and the quality has went down hill. The first time I came in to pick up two cinnamon rolls, I had to wait almost 45 minutes because they were super busy and when I got home with the desserts, they were completely raw inside. I thought it was because it was so busy but when I wait 45 minutes, it shouldn't be like that. We went back again last week and didn't have to wait but the frosting was so thick, it was all you could taste, and once again completely raw inside the middle. Hopefully management will start working with the staff and provide training, but this place has gotten really bad. read more

The young lady running the store today was extremely sweet and patient while we made our selections. She was descriptive and helpful. The shop us clean and has a homey feel. It's small but modern and very well kept. Now, to the rolls! HOLY H*LL...these rolls are worth every ounce of calories. I had rhe caramel apple which has pecans fresh chopped apples homemade cream cheese caramel sauce on a buttery soft roll. My son had the churr roll and got a side of the cream cheese and devoured the entire thing in record time! Thank you cinnaholic! We will for SURE BE BACK!!! read more

Dropped in today after having lunch, too full to order for myself- I purchased a brownie & cinnamon minis for my husband and little one. Service - 5/5. Attentive, sweet, told us about upcoming deals/celebration as well as offered to us frostings to sample prior to ordering. Ambiance- Not loud. Clean with seating available if not wanting to take your order to go. If in the area, I'd definitely drop in again in the meantime I'll recommend to those I know who are close to this location. Wish this location the best. read more

I went to pick up a gift for a vegan friend and found the entire experience to be really good. I love cinnaholic cinnamon rolls and the flavors for icing are so good. I was able to sample flavors before choosing. The employees made suggestions and were patient with me while I worked to figure out what I wanted to get and the best value for my money. The space was very clean which is really good as covid is still kind of a thing-- it's nice to know they keep the tables very clean. Lastly, everyone was super pleasant and that always goes a long way with me. It's hard for me to give five stars but they totally deserve it. read more

Let me be honest, I wasn't coming to this place, I was going next door to pick up something but they were closed and I decided to step in and check this place out. With that said, why hasn't someone told me about this place sooner?!!!! I had my brother in law who just relocated to the metroplex with me and he got something, I got yesterdays cinnamon rolls (BOGO) and when I saw they have dole whips I was hesitant because I LOVE the dole plantation in Hawaii and folks ain't making that here that I know of. So I decided to go half and half and folks, I know it's suppose to be about the cinnamon rolls - which when I heated mine up was good, my brother in law loved his - but let's get back to this whip!!! I was impressed and happy and then sad because it was gone too soon and I need to know does it come in a larger size because this was delicious. So now I'm trying to plan my trips in thy direction around if I can get back here for another whip. Seriously, it was that good. read more

I have been to this location before and i don't recall having a bad encounter. This time was no different except the service was more friendly than the last. I was greeted as i entered and thanked as i left. I got the strawberry fluff roll which was an immediate 10/10! The brown sugar like crumble on top really made the roll. I'm not a big fan of sweets, but when i find vegan sweet shops i like to try them. To my surprise the roll was not as sweet as i remember it being the first time i tried cinnaholic, which is a plus! It was just right and I loved it. The dole whip was not half bad, i would rather it had been strawberry in its entirety because the pineapple did have a bit of an after taste(a bit like cleaning product). Other than that this place is definitely worth a try! read more

I have been wanting to come here for awhile and picked up some treats. The interior of Cinnaholic is cute and inviting. I ordered the cinnadoodle and brownie. The staff were helpful and explained their extensive menu. The cinnadoodle cookie was flavorful and satisfied my sweet tooth. The brownie reminded me of the Duncan Hines brownie box from the store. Next time I'll order one of their famous vegan cinnabons. These treats are perfect on a hot day. read more

I love this place! It's my go-to when I have a sweet tooth, and I love that they're open late. A hot cinnamon roll at 9:30 at night? Sign me up! I've tried the Cookie Monster and the Old Skool, and why they're both delicious, the Old Skool is my ultimate fave. The Cookie Monster is really sweet, so it's a bit much after a few bites. I had the opportunity to attend Cinnaholic Arlington's VIP Opening yesterday. They are officially open as of 11am today!! I've visited a couple other DFW locations (Addison, Richardson..) so I was familiar with their products and the taste. Although I don't live in the area anymore, I'm happy south Arlington now has a store. It's located right next door to Nothing Bundt Cakes and not far from the Dunkin Donuts further down the road, so Cooper Street has a little sweet tooth alley happening. I'm not a vegan, but I eat like one at times, and despite my dairy ways, I appreciate the taste and consistency of these cinnamon rolls! Knowing it's 100% vegan makes it that much more enjoyable. The rolls are large. The location is great; super accessible. You can order ahead online or do a walk-in. We got samples of the cookie dough, brownies, cookies & banana nut bread. All tasty goods! For my own creation I chose the cream cheese icing with pie crumbles and strawberries as my toppings. Deelish. They have plenty of classic flavors to choose from or you can do like I did and can create your own custom roll by selecting from a list of icings and toppings. Check out this locally owned & operated Cinnaholic, and if it's your first time doing a dairy-free dessert, don't shy away. Give vegan treats a try! I don't think you'll be disappointed. read more

To satisfy my sweet tooth we came in because I LOVE cinnamon rolls. When we came in, we weren't greeted by the young attendant at the counter; she merely stared at us while I initiated pleasantries. I initially wanted to build my own roll but decided with so many options to just select a signature roll for my first visit. I chose the Cookie Monster roll and my husband built a roll with almond vanilla icing and chocolate toppings. When my roll came it was LOADED with toppings which I quickly regretted because it was so sweet and I knew I couldn't eat it all once I saw it in the flesh. But the cinnamon roll dough light and delicious along with the cream cheese icing. We both agreed we'd give the place one more shot soon but if we didn't like we'd continue with ol' faithful Cinnabon (even if you can't customize your rolls) read more

I'm not a huge sweets person at all !! I'm More of a sour, spicy and savory type of girl. So for me to like something sweet heavily, you've got to know that it's really good lol! We tried Cinnaholic while trying to waste time waiting On our dinner reservations. This place will not disappoint. They have some of the best spread toppings to put on top of your treats. They have a little special where you get 3 mini buns for $5. We ordered 2 of mini buns sets and chose the cream cheese spread and the strawberry spread. When I tell you guys that the spread toppings were so good , there's no exaggeration. I would have been just fine eating just the spread toppings. Maybe because they were pre wrapped or maybe they were sitting out too long, but our mini Cinnabuns were slightly dry and hard. I'm sure placing them in the microwave would do wonders. Overall this place is a great visit and I recommend fully. I gave 4/5 stars, because of the dry and hard mini buns we received . read more

Was on a roll treating myself and I was craving something sweet and I love cinnamon rolls so decided to stop by. Unfortunately it didn't hit my sweet spot. There was too much cream cheese base and not enough (powdered? Don't quote me because I don't know their recipe lol) sugar to offset in my opinion. There was no gooey-ness in between and no dough stretch when I broke off my pieces so their dough was on the drier/tougher side and might've been overcooked. read more
