Pie crust was crumbly on the edges and top, and little doughy and thick on the bottom; a little texture from the crystal sugar sprinkled on top. She arrived at 5:00 pm and placed an order. 15 minutes later, they had not started her order so she asked the owner working, how much longer because she had to pick up our son by 5:30. He told her to get off the phone aggressively. She then asked for a refund. This is a small business and I've never seen the bakery full of customers, so there should be a concerted effort to provide good service. Again, my wife placed her order and waited 15 minutes before asking when would they start on her order. We're never returning to this bakery again.

Recently I ordered my first birthday cake on short notice, and that same friendly service was extended by Cindy herself. She and her staff are very easy to do business with and my cake was ready when she said it would be.
