Scoop-A-Licious & More - Superman IC - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Williamsport, Maryland

don't put that you have a public bathroom then not let anyone use it, you should just change it so it doesn't happen

I love ice cream. The staff are very pleasant to be as busy as they can be. I have never had a bad experience.

Very good Hershey's dipped ice cream. Very busy so plan to wait if there's a line. 2 Large sundaes were $14.89 which seems a bit high to me. Nice to have an ice cream place on this end of town. read more

Their ice cream is awesome. They have a cheesecake and my husband had the cotton candy ice cream.

The options and portions are great. Be prepared to stand in line. It is popular! However, it is worth it.

Really good service. I went last night and got the rocky road small size. The ice cream was a little different from most rocky road ice creams but not bad. Reccommend trying the lollipop ice cream option they have read more

There is NO shortage of ice cream places in Washington Co, and all are, at the very least, decent...however, Scoop-a-Licious stands out from the rest, in my opinion, because of their service...yes, the ice cream is fantastic(my favorite is Mississippi Mud Pie, when they have it), but on a hot day, standing in line, it's just nice to be greeted with a smiling face and a simple "hello" and a seemingly sincere "thank you!" when they hand you the goods! I've never NOT been treated this way there...Try Scoop-a-Licious...and I'm sure you'll be back read more

The one and only time I went there they were SO rude. I'll never go back! First I stood in line for 10 minutes before they ever came to the window. There was no one else in line, just me. I knocked on the glass like 3 times before she finally slammed the window open. She didn't say anything, just stared at me. I finally gave my order and she slammed the window in my face. Horrible service! read more

We stopped at Scoop-A-Licious by searching online for an ice cream shop while traveling from D.C home. This place was a magnificent find! Prices were good for as much as you get. Would recommend travelers to stop here. Service was great too! read more

My wife and I live close to here but never tried it until recently. They have a huge soft serve selection as well as cool sundaes, cheesecake coated options, and shakes. There is bench seating as well and a decent sized parking lot. The service is quick and the people working are nice. read more

Soft serve reminds me of the soft serve from Ponderosa..that ice chocolate kind. Hard ice cream was so so.

Cute little spot with fast, prompt, and friendly service. Flavor and topping selection was a little weak but the ice cream I got was delicious and emphasis on the word *fast!* There was a line of about six people in front of me and I was in and out of there in under five minutes. Prices were reasonable too. This was my first time here, I typically go to The Big Dipper when I want ice cream but it has gotten ridiculous there with how long it takes. Even if there's no line it's 10 minutes. I was so happy to see a place that cares about promptness! I will come here more often but will still go to my other spot on occasion due to much wider flavor and topping selection. read more

Hole in the wall! We stumbled on it on our was back home from a retreat. This ice cream parlor lived up to its 5 star expectation. The service was fast and they provide the samples (trust me you're gonna wanna try all of them). They have so many flavors and many that are unique! I had the salty pretzel... AMAZING flavor. I let the 4 people I brought each try some and they all wished they got it too. Loved the sweet and salty combination, with that all-too-satisfying crunch. The price is great (cheap compared to the DMV prices). 4 people together was less than $15! Their double scoop was a lot bigger than we had expected (but you'll want that double scoop!). Will definitely be coming back to take some home! Thank you scoop-a-licious for your amazing service and flavors! read more

Great selection of ice cream and good customer service! Prices are ok overall but the half gallons they sell are expensive!

Family owned. Tons of picnic tables outside. Worth the stop. They were extremely nice and had a huge selection of soft serve flavors. They had a few sugar free options also. They also had 2 freezers full of pre-packaged options. read more

Yummmmyyyy! What an awesome little ice cream shop, can't wait to try more flavors! First trip was a hit with the family. Love supporting local owned shops, and the bonus they taste so much better!! read more

Very good ice cream. There are many different flavors for you to choose from. They have hard ice cream as well as soft serve and custards. We stopped by on our way to work a race in Cumberland and found a local ice cream shop that utilizes a local creamery. There are your normal run of the mill flavors such as chocolate, strawberry and vanilla but they have some off the cuff flavors as well. I dont remember what I had but I remember that it was super yummy. read more

Very good ice cream. Scoop.a.licious uses Windy Knoll ice cream, which is made in Chambersburg, PA. Very creamy, flavorful, rich tasting icecream. (We had a banana split, dish of banana flavored icecream and a dish of chocolate peanut butter icecream). Reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. #supportslocalbusiness read more

Mom and pop place all by itself. Great ice cream! I had a turtle and loved it. The two girls working were friend and polite. We stood in the cold for ice cream and thought it was worth it for sure! read more

This seasonal family-owned scoop shop doesn't look like much from the outside, but it serves up some quality ice cream. I took my dad here after his eye surgery down the street and he was blown away. The ice cream is from Windy Knoll Farm Market & Creamery in Chambersburg, PA. I got the triple chocolate something or other (it consists of chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips and brownies -- basically a chocolate lover's dream) and the kettle corn. Dad got the kettle corn and butter pecan. The ice cream with smooth and creamy. It was the perfect sweet treat for a hot July afternoon! read more

Best ice cream in town hands down. Well priced and delicious please go and try anything and I promise you the hand dipped will be the best ice cream you have had. read more

Soft serve is sooooo good! They even make little doggie sundaes service was fast and friendly!

Used to be so good. Since they hired younger kids the service has steadily gone down. Incorrect orders and bad attitudes. So disappointed with them. read more

Friendly service and ice cream worth blowing the diet for! The blueberry cheesecake and pumpkin were both good. I wanted to try the Mud Pie too but couldn't justify three scoops of ice cream... next time! Oh, and love the portion size. My "small" cup was definitely not small and at less than $3 bucks, this place rocks! read more

Adorable on the inside. My kids loved what they got. Quick service, large portions. Glad we tried this place.

Absolutely delicious ice cream. Not too far off I-70 and I-81 near Hagerstown. Family run, friendly service. I had Chocolate PB Ripple, it was amazing. My wife had a hot fudge sundae. Ice cream smooth and delicious. Well worth a stop! read more

Great place for ice cream, milkshakes and the ice cream sunday for dogs is a nice touch

YUM!!! I was traveling east on 68 and wanted to get some ice cream but not the DQ/McD's "ice cream" - I wanted the real deal and this is it! At first I didn't want to take 81 south b/c I didn't want a major detour from my long journey but it was super quick and easy - and the ice cream is delicious - so worth the 5 minutes it took to get there from route 68. They offer hand-scooped and softserve. The "small" scoop was generous and VERY reasonably priced. I had salted caramel crunch and it was creamy and sweet. I may have to make this a regular stop whenever I pass that way again. Don't pass this up if you love ice cream. read more

Amazing you have to go there you get so much ice cream for your buck and it is very delicious

Great place! Delicious ice cream, and extremely nice, family run business. A lot of flavor choices including seasonal choices like pumpkin pie and apple pie, YUM!! We will definitely be back when in the area. read more
