Manager is incredibly rude and unapologetic after I emailed to tell her they put so much butter on my popcorn that during the entire movie it was leaking all over my sweater dress. Her only reply was to tell me I should have said something while I was there, despite not seeing it until my friends pointed it out at brunch. This is our go to theatre aside from ipic. We prefer the food here over ipic, and think it is pretty decent with good pricing. We have always received friendly, tentative service when pressing the button. We like the crispy chicken sandwich and the flatbreads are good for the price. It's a fun novelty in an adult only theatre with comfortable chairs that recline. Overall feels like a treat and fun experience. Frozen marg is good too if you want an adult slushy. read more

I don't have very high expectations for movie theater food cause we have a lot of these concepts and I have never enjoyed the food served. Lucky for me, I wasn't very hungry so I only ordered the rosemary fries. The server didn't check in with us and just assumed we weren't with the rest of the party sitting next to us.. why couldn't you just ask, movie didn't start yet. We had to flag him down again to order. The drinks staggered out but the food sorta took forever. My rosemary fries were good, had the right amount of rosemary in it and were crispy. I would order these again, can't vouch for the other dishes though. I just wished they would've brought two ketchups like asked. He even confirmed if I wanted two ketchups in place of the mayo and I said yes! Why cant people get orders right nowadays?! I loved the recliner chairs and the soft leather - it was very comfortable. I like Cinemark Reserve Theater here. I always come to weekdays before 5pm. It's so nice, clean, sounds so good, only adults, I can eat some food if Im hungry...but reviews were no good so I didn't try them yet. But this Cinemark is so nice to have in Bellevue. And a super clean and beautiful restroom. My friend and I came to Cinemark at 11:30am on Monday to watch Jurassic World. I like coming here weekdays AM or early afternoon bcz only few audience, and so quite, and feel like private theater. Sometimes if you choose to go during a busy time or big premier, food and drink might take just a little longer, but for a meal at a good price, while enjoying a good movie at the theater, I think it's reasonable. Review based off buying tickets from fandango 24 hours in advance and seeing a 10am movie on a Sunday. What i liked: Theater without kids. ( says a parent of a toddler) tons of open seats. We were 1 of 4 couples in total i think there? Maybe it picks up in the evening? press a button to get food and drink service chairs recline easy access. Parking is easy and if we had time i would have hit up nordstrom rack after. Its in a nice quieter not as populated area of bellevue center. You can get to it from multiple parking lots. We actually cut thru central restaurant and past W. city views and huge inviting bar and chairs. Could see double cup holders. One for coffee. One for pop. Was awesome. What I didn't like: explaining what a Doppio was to server. They had it on their menu up front even ? food came way before drinks. They blamed it on waiting for new popcorn but then my drink was pretty watered down with melted ice. Just was a big miss when i needed caffeine right away trying to book the seating online was harder than ipic. I couldn't tell how far away they were from screen. And when we arrived it was way closer than i thought it was LOUD. I don't know if it was just us or being in an aisle but it was like a few notches too high. wish there was brunch items. For having food for a 10am movie i wasn't quite ready for lunch restroom out of paper towels. On both sides of sinks. didn't really get any service smiles or gold standard type of interactions but it was early still i guess. Will come back if theres a movie playing i want to see. And we have a babysitter. So probably not for awhile but will come here over ipic. I have been to ipic in redmond probably at least 25 times so how does this compare to ipic? Id say the service button is worth it. Ipic was hit and miss for this. Sometimes we'd have to go flag someone down which took away from the movie. I feel like ipic is also in need of some deep cleaning. So this was nice to have a newer cleaner feel to it. And ipic is impossible to book over phone or in person. Let's face it, the theater experience is a very hit and miss endeavor depending on where you go and when you go. I have been a huge fan of iPic due to their unique atmosphere, but if you're a frequent movie goer then iPic's costs become prohibitive. I just loved the comfortable chairs and being able to drink and eat a meal while watching a movie, so when I found Cinemark Reserve Dine-In I was intrigued. Located in Lincoln Tower 2 it immediately gets several perks such as ease of parking. I love easy parking. It does appear that at one time it had a full concession stand experience but has since closed it to concentrate on seat side service. That's cool, but the empty concession stand in front of the cinema all dark and abandoned isn't the most welcoming greeting. Once pass that there's a cute little bar and some outside seating that I shall have to take advantage of in the nicer weather months. The theaters are larger than iPic's which is a huge benefit and on top of it they had terribly comfortable seating. The seats are fully reclining and plenty of room for people to walk in front of you without feeling like you're being trampled on. A little button on the bottom of the armrest alerts the staff that you want service and they come out. I agree with the reviews that state it is better to come early and order before the movie starts. The first time I went I didn't do this and my order came out wrong and they mixed up our checks. The second time I did and all the food came out correctly and the checks were in order. But since Cinemark is so much cheaper than iPic I will let this slide but keep it in mind. The food has been great so far, at least for me. My friend got the salmon street tacos and he didn't recommend them, but I really enjoyed my flatbread pizza as it was one of the few items on the menu that I could eat due to my food allergy. I was a bit disappointed in that, but they have enough that I can find something. The drinks have always been good, well balanced cocktails so I do very much appreciate that. Awesome movie theatre for adults, but skip the food! So glad to have this in the downtown Bellevue neighborhood, as there aren't many 21+ movie theatres on the Eastside. My friend and I came here for a Sunday matinee, which was only $10. Seating is assigned, so it was nice to know that you can show up right before the movie starts and have your seat already reserved for you. Dig it! And before you walk into the theatre you're handed a full menu where if it's your first visit, the staff briefly goes over how the service works, indicating a button that you press at your seat for wait service. Easy enough. I love the leather seats that recline here. Once you can recline in a movie theatre you can never go back to the standard seats. The large leather reclining seats were so comfortable and spacious where attached is a small table and cup holder for your order. You can even lift up your arm rests in case you wanna snuggle with your boy toy. Although they serve a full bar here, with boozy cocktails and a beer list of local drafts, I cannot recommend the food here. My friend and I both ordered the Chicken Sandwich and no kidding, we both felt sick after the movie. We could only conclude that it was from the food we ate here, since we both had the same item and felt fine beforehand. Not sure what was up with the sandwich, but you've been warned. I'll just stick to the booze here. Despite the what-may-be food-poisoning incident, wait staff was super friendly and quick. Cinemark Reserve is a great theatre for adults where you can get service right at the comfort of your own leather, reclining chair. I don't know about you, but this is probably the nicest movie theater I've been to. So I'm gonna go ahead and give it a 5 star. Been here a few times already and both times I've had great experiences. I don't live on the East side but it's a nice place to come to if you have to do stuff in Bellevue and want to catch a movie while in the area. It was a little tough for me to find the first time as I didn't even know this part of Lincoln Square existed. Cinemark Reserve is not near the regular Lincoln Square theater, this is in the south wing of it. It's more above The Westin Hotel and where all the new restaurants being built up in Lincoln Square South building. I buy my tickets online, so as you approach the box office, just scan the bar code on the confirmation email from your phone so you can print out your tickets. Other than that, it's normal procedures when buying movie tickets. There's a concession stand as you enter and a bar area, so it's definitely very nice looking and welcoming as you enter. You can tell it's a bit booshy as you walk further in but that's what you pay for. Anything at the concession stand you can order from your seat so you don't have to wait in line and carry your food to your seat. Theater hallway is real nice looking, bathrooms are very nice, everything is clean, modern and comfy looking. Theater itself is very nice as well, easy to find your seats as it is labeled pretty clearly, if you cant find your seat, the staff can help you. Leather seats to put your tushy on, reclining options, heating options and call for service options. Menus are provided from the ticket ripper guy before you enter. We ordered food from our seats both times and it was an easy process, looked over the menu and hit the service button when we were ready for the staff to take our order and scan our credit card. So far we've tried a few things such as the Sricacha Chicken Bites, which was pretty good, not spicy at all but pretty good little nuggets. A few flatbread pizzas which I liked and was quite tasty from whichever topping you choose. Also, the pulled pork sliders were pretty good too, kind of wished they toasted the bun but that's a minor issue, pork was flavorful and not dry, slaw on top was good too. They have their own kitchen so the food is like a sit down restaurant quality. Prices aren't that high from what I was expecting so I guess with the pricey movie ticket, it evened out there. Whatever. Overall, glad to have come by, comfy place, not too crowded the few times I've been, food pretty good, staff friendly and efficient. Given the price may be higher but you should know that already going in and choosing to come here and also know that the staff will be walking in during the movie to periodically check on you, bring food and all that stuff. If you cant handle that, then maybe Netflix at home is more your speed. read more

Food ordered and served at seats with the push of an in seat button, Decent food at about same price point of something like a Red Robin. Not a bad seat in the house. Leather recliner seats with extra padding and they don't get sweaty hot. I only have two complaints. The ticket prices are higher than most. And the seats don't fully recline. They recline to a comfortable position, but not as much as most theaters with these new recliners. read more

We got there early to watch Hustlers the other night so we sat at the bar to order food and drinks. Sadly, I had the worst nachos I've ever had in my entire life. The little mini cheeseburger sliders were also not impressive. I should've just stuck to classic concessions like popcorn (*eye roll*). To make things worse, the seats inside were not as comfortable as I had hoped... they didn't even recline all the way! This was honestly such a disappointing experience. I expected so much more from this place. If I get invited to see another movie in Bellevue I'll stick to the other theater in Lincoln Square. read more

I heard about this recently and decided I must check it out. My friend thought it would be a great way to celebrate her bday and since it is a little on the pricey side I agreed it may be worthy of the special occasion. We hadn't heard a lot about it and ended up going to the regular Cinemark theater where we thankfully realized the movie time posted was not the one we were planning to see. It is a bit of walk from this theater hidden in a part of Lincoln Square I had never seen before. They handed us a printed out map to help us not get lost. This also explains why we kept struggling to find the right movie times on line. I had envisioned that this was an upgraded area inside of the old theater. The movie check in process is the same as most theaters. Our movie was 15$ which is not a great deal but less expensive than another similar theater. There is a concession stand in the lobby which has all the items listed on the menu so it was a bit confusing that we could actually ordering at our seats. We were handed a menu when we had our tickets torn. The seats are comfy and even have a button to heat them (although this is not marked). My friend brought her own blanket and decided she was comfortable enough to take off her shoes and socks so she could get extra cozy. Our server was great and very attentive, although under 21 and couldn't answer our questions about drinks. There are call buttons on the seat as well so you can order refills and other things as needed. The trays are not super large if you order a large amount of food, but there are 2 drink holders. They brought us a large glass of ice water when requested. We tried a variety of food options, none of which stand out as excellent, but my friend enjoyed her soft pretzels and complained the patatas bravas were not authentic. They even have a lounge with seats and tables that you can enter to wait for your theatre to open. When the weather is nice you can sit out doors (behind the bar area) with your party and have your drinks. The ability to reserved a specific seat in advance is a definite plus. I've only been here for moms/girls night out since it's 21+. The tickets are pricier than normal but it is really convenient since you can drink and watch a movie! The front end is mostly dark (i.e. concession stand) so it seems like there's a lot of unused space. The seats are leather a comfy but do not recline as far back as other fancy theaters (i.e. my back gets stiff during the movie and actually gets kind of uncomfortable). There's seat-side service so you can order concessions, food and of course drinks! Food prices are reasonable thankfully! Pretty nice experience and good concept of having food serviced during the movie. only thing disappointing is the constant movement of servers during the movie so person who sits in the back will have his/her view blocked constantly during the movie (assuming there are lot of people sitting and preferring in front row seats). I think the better solution should be to enforce time limit by which you can order and get food/drinks, so the movie goer can get atleast 1 hour of uninterrupted movie experience. There's another Cinemark theater, so don't mix them up! That one doesn't have heated recliner seats. Do they have reserved seats? Yes, you can reserve your heated recliner when you order tickets. What's the waiting area like? There is a large comfortable lounge with a full-service bar, as well as an outdoor patio, so you can relax and enjoy yourself while waiting to see your movie in your reserved, heated recliner. Will you have a good view of the movie? Yes, even with the heat turned on and your seat fully reclined, you'll have a great view from any seat. How's the food? It's actually pretty good! I had the slider special, which was tasty and not too much food. The server was friendly and prompt, but sadly, I had to sit upright to enjoy the meal without ruining my outfit or the comfortable heated recliner. Is this place crazy expensive? Actually, no. The pricing is right in line with other dine-in theaters, which may or may not have recliners, and which are probably not heated. Should I go here, or another dine-in theater? Went tonight, ignored by the bartender so eventually we left. Usually I enjoy this place but won't be back.

We went here 2 Fridays in a row. What we noticed about the service after coming here twice was that the service is very inconsistent. When we ordered our food, our server just handed us our drinks and food versus other people where the server took their time to ask who ordered what and to place the drinks and food with the appropriate people on their tray. We just ask that service be consistent for everyone. If not, I'd rather just order the food in the front and bring my own food to the theater. The bar was also super slow, we ordered the frozen margaritas and went through all the movie previews and never received our drinks so we cancelled. Later we were told the bar was backed up, if so, it would have been nice for them to let us know ahead of time. read more

Currently, my favorite place to watch a movie! The seats here are definitely more comfortable compared to AMC and Regal. The prices for movie tickets are basically the same as other theaters (I could be wrong haven't been to AMC or Regal in awhile) but definitely a better experience since it's 21+ (no loud children or crying babies). This place is the embodiment of the times, it's trashy and over priced. This past Sunday was my first visit since the start the pandemic, and this place sure has changed for the worse. The bathroom was disgusting, the trash bins were overflowing, several dispensers were out of soap, toilets in the stalls were full of urine, one had an empty food container on the floor, and another had soiled toilet paper tucked into a grab bar. The bathroom floor was covered in dirty paper towels, from the lack of garbage pickup. The menu has been gutted, and what's left the quality is lacking, and they serve everything in one use containers, RIP for the environment. The fries taste like they are microwaved from frozen, and a $12 glass of wine in a plastic cup, barf. Yesterday, saw GI Joe, and a group of people talked through the entire film, while another group vaped. And throughout the entirety of the movie someone kept snapping flash photos. Cinemark reserve is a combined restaurant and Movie Theatre with service to your seat for food and drinks. We went recently for the first time - and our first movie post-children and covid. We saw Death on the Nile (which was great). The movie experience is great - large screen, great seats, quiet environment and table service. It's located in Lincoln Square, with plenty of easy parking. It has a choice of several movies. Service was great, with prompt response to calls, polite service and correct orders. The actual food is pretty mediocre. The selection is limited and the quality lower than you find at a mid range chain restaurant. But there was enough selection for both of us to eat and enjoy something and we liked the time savings from doing both at once. I had the chicken strips (good) and a flatbread (bad). My wife liked her pulled pork nachos. We'll go back, and this is recommended, but don't go for the food. read more

This place has been my favorite cinema in town due to its location and the food menu! Many customers might think the tickets here are too expensive; however, I will highly recommended it's membership if you watch movie constantly because it is $9.99/ month, including one ticket, and same price for extra tickets. I also realize that I am able to purchase two tickets at the same time with the same price when I invite my friend to watch together. Having membership gives you 20% discount on their foods, and I really like their rosemary fries, yet I feel the portion is getting smaller and smaller. One disadvantage of coming here is that they do not play all the movies, but only the ones are going to be very popular. We checked this place out for No Time to Die. We got great seats and planned on having a meal and enjoying the show. The theater was packed. Our view was good, we were not interrupted by wait staff during the show, and the other guests were fairly quiet. The sounds of eating and drinking was not too disturbing. The menu was really bland though, you're looking at bar food and even then stingy portions of things. The sizes of the meal is not huge, with instead the bigger items being the drinks and popcorn. This means you get the same amount of frys as a small McDonalds fry if you order a burger and that's not great compared to other places. They did have some unique drinks for the No Time to Die event and I did try one. It was reasonably priced and had sufficient alcohol, but was really just a twist on a well established item. There are many other restaurants in the area that are much better. It would almost certainly be better and cheaper to go eat elsewhere and then simply come here for the show. I probably won't repeat this venue although I enjoy Cinemark. read more

Fabulous 21+ place for a date with your spouse. No kids running around is a great selling point for those of us that have "been there done that". Good food and drinks, prompt friendly and speedy service, cheap matinee tickets, and comfy reclining seats. The Blueberry Lemonade drink and Whiskey and Coke slushie were awesome. We weren't very hungry, but the soft pretzels were warm and good and come with a nacho cheese dipping sauce. We will definitely be back. read more
