So I'm starting to think my dislike for dine-in theaters isn't going to change anytime soon. Reserve is a 21 and older theater offering full bar and food menus in the new Lincoln Towers extension. Sounds great right? First off I have no complaints about the theater setup. The chairs are comfortable and have adjustable tray tables. Also if you order early, drinks and snacks arrive promptly. Once again my gripe is about the food. Even though they're labeled as "hot" food, everything from the burger, fries, and nachos were stone cold. Which is odd since they all came out in a timely manner, 15-20 mins in fact. So I'm left thinking that items are pre-cooked elements (not cooked to order) and simply assembled when an order comes in. For instance the pulled pork on the nachos were straight out of the fridge cold. It was like eating leftovers. Which isn't worth paying the premium ticket for. read more

Brought my kids and apparently no kids allowed. Fair enough, but the way they took out tickets and kicked us out was incredibly rude and disrespectful. No customer service. My wife and I have been coming here for over 3 years now for Friday date night and they have definitely improved. We've tried almost everything on the menu and the food now it pretty good. The rosemary fries are to die for. As members we're able to get tickets and food discounts which is a plus. The staff are great and very prompt when you push the call button. Every theater has reclining chairs which is so relaxing while watching the movie. You couldn't ask for anything more. read more

Had no idea this 21 and over theater was even in Bellevue. Very similar to an I-Pic but without the high cost. We saw a 1:30pm movie for $20.50. You choose what seats you want, head into the movie and can order drinks, popcorn and food at your reclining seat. Very comfortable seats, nice leg rooms even reclined. We ordered two beers and a large popcorn $25 without tip. You pay for the luxury of food and drinks at your seat. Will definitely come back for date night - highly recommend. read more

Movie theatre: overall super clean! The recliner couches were sooooo comfy - even comfier than the AMC ones. Tickets were $15 Food: I got the tuna poke. the description made it sound like poke nachos. But the tuna was bland - not fresh, barely any avocados and simply not worth the $13. Drinks: I go the pineapple chipotle margarita. It tasted like a pineapple tequila. No spice - nothing like the description. $11 I'd say if you go on Tuesdays when tickets are $8 it's totally worth it, but any other day not so much. A little overpriced for the ticket considering the fact you're getting drinks and food. I would be happy paying $15 if the food was better and didn't taste so concession-y. Great for the experience but I would rather have happy hour by a close by restaurant to get way better food for about the same price and go to the regular cinemark. read more

First time since COVID going to the movies and I prefer this one as Adults Only! There's adult games to play if you arrive early and purchase a drink. The bathroom and theatre is very clean and all staff where wearing the mask accordly. I think this may be the new norm for awhile! read more

Over the years, the quality of service has been progressively dropping. Food is frequently cold or late despite us arriving and ordering early. Today the food never showed up at all, despite being the first to be seated and order. Also called them for a reminder after half the room got their food. After the bill was dropped off, I asked the staff how they could make it right, they said unapologetically "well, refunding your order is the status quo; in a perfect world we wouldn't be short staffed". The food is what brings this review down. It was the most mediocre food you could imagine. We got the pork sliders, fries and sriracha chicken bites. You could tell with the sliders that the least amount of effort possible was put into making this plate. Cold buns, little flavor due to lack of sauce. Out of the 3, my wife was supposed to have one. She took one bite and said no thanks. That has never happened before. But the Sriracha Chicken bites are what made me even want to review this place. I have had better chicken from the frozen food section at Safeway. Who are they trying to fool here? They were quite possibly the most processed tasting chicken bites ever. Avoid. Fries were very good! You mess up fries though, and you have bigger problems in the kitchen Drinks were good. Chairs were comfy. Too comfy, I fell asleep but that's normal. And one last negative, the tables are too small. If you order more than one item, its not going to fit in the space provided for you. This is the BEST move theater I've ever been to. I'm not really sure why this place only has 3.5 stars. I've been to several dine in theaters but this one outshines them all. Food is great and plentiful for a good price. We got the mini cheeseburger sliders, sriracha chicken bites, and the soft pretzels. The sriracha bites are my absolute favorite item on the menu. They are tender and cooked just right. The mini cheeseburgers have 1000 island dressing and grilled onions taking them to the next level. The soft pretzels were standard and fresh but they definitely fill you up quickly. The popcorn is also made very well and is very different to the popcorn served next door at the regular Cinemark. As a bonus they use real butter on the popcorn compared to the butter flavored oil used at most places. Service is quick and courteous and drop off the bill a little before the movie ends. The one criticism/tip I have is that although the theater states seating starts 30 minutes before the movie time, it may start later based on what time the last movie played got out and how much of a mess was left. But I'd rather wait it out and have the staff make sure the seats are clean than go in early to a dirty theater. Even if you do have to wait, there's an awesome game room/lounge to keep you occupied and you can start ordering drinks at the bar. If you are a Cinemark movie member ($9.99/ month) you get discounted tickets and 20% off concessions making it even more worth it. All in all, I love this theater and can't wait to go back and try the other food items. read more

Only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because it's location is great, I really like the lay out and their little adult "play" area with a bar, pool tables, foosball, etc. Also, it's one of the few dine-in movie theaters around so beggars can't be choosers. HOWEVER, that's where the compliments end. The service here is horrible. We got to our movie an hour ahead to go to the bar first. All the way up until 5 MINUTES before the movie start time, they wouldn't let us into the theater, even though it said "now seating" on the sign right above us. We thought we could take advantage of the wait and order our food ahead of time to have it delivered to us in the theater. But nope, we were told that's not possible. If you order food outside the theater, they won't bring it in for you. So we, starving, had to wait until after the movie started to even order our food much less wait for it to be delivered. The food in summary sucked. Absolutely not worth the price. This has been my experience with most dine-in theaters, but this location has by far the worse food of all. Largely inedible and either cold and undercooked or burnt. I wish we had more options for these kinds of theaters but since we don't, I'll probably (begrudgingly) be back. UGH! read more

I actually love this place, hate me if you will but of late every movie I've been to and yes some R rated have had an abundance of children and some adults who act like children. So I needed this a place, only reason I'm docking a star is the food was yummy but guys (Cinemark) lay off the salt, we're here we're paying for food and drink let's not milk it buy forcing our blood pressure up hmm? Conveniently located in downtown Bellevue. Even if you don't eat a meal while watching a movie, you are within indoor walking distance to plenty of other eateries. They have reclining chairs. However, they don't seem to go back as much as the reclining chairs at other theaters. I've been to other theaters and the chairs can almost go horizontal. But the Reserve's chairs are fine unless you plan on sleeping. The few times that I have been here and ordered food, it is usually delayed or items are missing with them not even realizing. This place has convenience to shopping, restaurants, museums, etc.. but it's not my first choice for a theater with reclining chairs, however I would go back. read more

two stars is for the service at this place, movie theater is great, love the recliner seats..We come here because its cheaper than Ipic... Today was our third time here and we had a horrible time. We wanted to order food, we were so hungry but no server ever came to take our order. Not sure if there was a button we were suppose to push to summon any server, which we did not find any. But anyways, in the past two occasions, a server came to us with no issues. After the movie my wife and I asked for a manager at check in stand she said "Umm a Manager is around, something I can help you with?" I explained to her what had happen and she apologized and apologized but never summoned a manager. We looked at her and said "ok and we left." Not sure if this is part of their training, but if a customer has a complaint, even if they ask for a manager or not, I would call a manager period!! read more

This brand new theatre rocks! It is clean, beautiful, has a bar, drinks and food service to your seat. Pretty decent menu... but I would have like to see my bill instead of just the credit card slip to be signed.. was the service included and was I tricked into adding more? That is why the bill needs to be presented. Service is very friendly. The theatre was not full though, maybe not too many people know it is there. Beware the Movie Club. There are flyers everywhere in the theater about their Movie Club and how you pay a monthly fee to get a monthly ticket and discounts on in theater food. I've been twice now since I signed up and both times they server didn't apply the discount and I had to chase down someone to void the credit card charge and do it again. Both times I told the server at the start and even showed them the Movie Club number and code before any order was placed. Both times they said they would get it later, but never did. So either their staff is poorly trained or they are trying not to give the discounts they advertise as part of the Movie Club. One time is a mistake. Two times is not. read more

Tickets cost around $30 bucks for two people and food without alcohol drinks will probably cost around $40 or $50 bucks total. I really enjoy coming to this theater because it is a 21+ theater. With this, you can order alcohol, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and food. You can order this at the convenience of your seat! Once you're ready to order, you just press a button and the server will be by your seat to take your order. My experience here has generally been positive except for one time, I had ordered a Coke but the server never brought it to me, and it took almost 45 min to an hour to get it. However, because of my generally good experience here, I will give them this rating. Another positive thing are their recliner seats. read more

Went with my friend to celebrate my 21st in a more relaxed environment but instead was left stressing over wether my food and drink where going to come the entire movie... I only received my 12$ drink over halfway into the movie despite ordering it at the start and had to ask 3 times about my order and didn't end up getting my food till they brought out our receipts in which I was told they hadn't received my order and then handed me the receipt for the person I was with. They still gave me my food despite the movie being close to over and my decline as I didn't want to be charged. Overall got free fries and a free drink but still would not say it was worth the price of the movie ticket itself or the anxiety over when or if my order was going to arrive. read more

It's a bougie movie theater located in the new side of Lincoln Square, what do people expect, $5 movies with free popcorn included? Just stay home if that's your budget. Or actually there's a decent theater in the same building also if you don't need the extra fancy stuff. I expected a place like this to charge a lot more, but my movie ticket was only $14 on a late Thursday night. It is a different story when you add drinks and food to the equation, but $14 wasn't bad. Luckily I have odd working hours and prefer to go watch a movie on a random day at a random time to avoid crowds. So I usually go to the Factoria AMC because they have comfy reclining seats, but OMG the seats here have softer leather and a button for seat warmers!!! WTF, I though seat warmers only exist in newer model cars hahaha. I didn't knew I was going to the theater after work so I didn't bring a blanket, but the seat warmer definitely help since I'm a cold-blooded mammal. I don't drink nor was too full to try out the food so I can't comment on it, but by looking at the menu, it's your typical American tavern bar type of food. When will theaters start serving kimchi and dumplings? Lol. Actually never mind, it might be best not to have super flavorful smelling food in public. Love the fact that it's a 21 plus venue, it eliminates all the screaming children that can't stay quiet during a movie. The servers that comes in and out to take your order doesn't bother me. Horrid food and poor service. Movies show and sound fine. The reclining seats are okay but noisy. Not going back. But the food really sucks and the service isn't much better. We ordered two burgers, a club soda, and a vodka soda. First the server acted like he's never taken a detailed order before. Then the burgers came missing condiments and one set of utensils. The second server begrudgingly delivered more utensils. We told a third server about the missing condiments, and she asked if we wanted them. As if we would mention that if we didn't? The soda in both drinks tasted bizarre. Finally, with two sets of utensils and condiments, we could eat. The burgers were terrible. Mine was tasteless and the consistency of a stake pancake. My date's was rare, chewy, and had bone and gristle galore. She managed 3 bites I think. Super disappointing. The comfortable reclining seats alone are worth the 5 Stars. But it's also a 21+ theater with food and drink service! HECK YES. My wife and I made the trek over here to catch Holmes & Watson on Christmas, thinking that the 21+ stipulation would lessen the likelihood of rowdy children in the audience. We initially went to the wrong theater, which is apparently a common mistake - they had a printed out map with very clear instructions on how to find our way to the 21+ Reserve Theater. But we purchased our tickets online ahead of time so we weren't worried about finding good seats. Once we arrived at the correct theater we had a great time! We both ordered drinks, which arrived in a reasonable amount of time. And although we weren't particularly hungry at the time, we did give the sriracha chicken bites a try and they were fantastic! I liked the ordering system where you press a button on your seat to summon the wait staff, who did a good job at taking our order without being intrusive to the movie watching experience. So overall I have nothing but glowing things to say about this place! If you like to have a drink and bite to eat while seeing a movie, or if you just like really comfortable seats, this theater is hard to beat! read more

Last night was the very first time we've been to this theater. Love the power reclining leather chairs and the tasty food and alcohol you can order throughout the movie. Tickets for two of us on a Sunday evening was $26 not bad and an additional $97 for all the food and drinks we ordered. The only huge disappointment was at the end where they were suppose to give everyone there bill 30 minutes prior to the movie ending. Well, NO ONE got there bill until you exited the theater. We had to literally wait 15 minutes until they figured out who's bill was theirs. This was a huge mishap on their part!!!! You would of thought since they've been opened for awhile now, that they would of gotten all this kinks worked out. We will definitely come back to watch other movies. I just hope they don't screw up again read more

Love my favorite place to watch movies, aside from the fact that it's convenient coz it's close to our place but service here was great! I love that the people who work here greet you and has a huge smile on their faces! Just watches crazy rich Asians and I highly recommend it, not because I'm biased with our culture but it's just a light hearted movie! Love our comfy seats and how convenient they make it that they have food and alcohol! Such a sweet deal for the daytime movies "matinee " coz they charged half the price!! $12 that's such a good deal, you have the best seats , food service, alcohol! What more could you ask for? I've read the other negative reviews and I'm pretty shocked honestly. I actually like to thank this particular movie theater for getting me back into the moving going spirit! For years I hated going to the movies because I always felt I left so irritated. This place has it all figured out! 1- it's 21 and over! So one of my major annoyances is when you go to a NON children's movie and there are kids in the theater screaming and kicking. You don't have that here. Unless of course you get the drunk 21+ year olds that don't have manners. But that seems to be more rare if you're like me and go to the earlier showings. 2- the seats are so comfortable and I love the fact that you're paying and picking your seats at the same time. I love the concept of assigned seating so you know exactly where you'll be sitting. They also have a cool machine up front where you can do it all on your own and pick the seats. I like sitting in the back so you don't have someone behind you. Granted you have tons of space between seats, but there's always that one person that lacks common sense and holds onto your chair while they're trying to walk in the dark. 3- the food and drinks are shocking good! Lots of people complain about the $$ but honestly when you're looking at the size and what you're getting it's the same amount of $$ as you would pay at a restaurant before the movie. At least in the Bellevue area. The drinks are good and strong and I like that you don't have to get up in the middle of the movie if you get hungry. Push the button and they come right to you. I would say the negative thing about this theater I have noticed the last several times I have come and that is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. This weekend I went to a movie and the women's bathrooms were so unbelievably dirty! Toilet paper on the ground, seat liners all over, mirrors were dirty. I have been a Cinemark member since sometime before covid. I loved their salmon street tacos and would go watch whatever movie was playing just to have an excuse to eat them! I don't believe it is currently on the menu. I have had burgers, wraps as well as humus and rosemary French fries. I have not been disappointed yet! The luxury lounger chairs are so comfortable and even have heated seats!!! And when you get certain seats together the center arm rest can be moved which is great for couples. This is a movie experience theater and I'll be comparing it to other dine-in movie theaters since I've been to a bunch. Let's start with the fact that you are coming to see a movie, so the movie viewing had better be great. It is. The theaters are smaller and there is a lot of space between the rows, which means you can stretch out in your heated recliner seat. The audio and visuals are top notch and there really isn't a bad seat in the house. We booked row C (third row), and I wish I was a little higher, but it was still an awesome view. The only down side is that the swiveling trays that hold your food are small - suitable for only one item. For best results, only order one thing at a time. There is a bar in the lobby if you arrive early. If you order soft drinks there and take the cups into the theater, you can get refills. So, how does the food stack up? I ordered two things - the poke and a prosciutto and arugula flatbread. The Poke was awesome, with pita chips and cucumber slices "for scooping". The pita chips were slightly greasy and not suitable for scooping, and the cucumber slices are never good for scooping, so I just ate those. The poke had a small amount of spice that lingered after you ate the poke - very pleasant. The flatbread was a disappointment. The crust was some sort of pre-made thing and had no character at all. There was not enough topping to really make it interesting. Given it's one of the more expensive things on the menu, I'd avoid these. Note, everything you order in one go comes out in one go, so order accordingly. How does it compare to Cinebarre? Well, it's a much better movie viewing experience, and the food is better, so this is definitely a step up. However, don't come just for the food - it isn't worth it and there are better options for "just food" in Lincoln Square. read more

I was a little lost in trying to find the movie theater, but I managed to find it. Good thing that I come a little earlier before the movie started. Anyway, it's very nice and clean theater. The service was good, but were kind of blocking the way in the middle of the movie, but I can tell that they were trying their best in not blocking your view while watching the movie. Tip: When your ready to make your order and don't want to be noisy during the movie (or the movie is loud and server is really trying hard to listen). Use your phone (notepod or word ect.) and type in of what you want and show it to your server. read more

My first experience at Cinemark Reserve was impressive! I opted for the 11 AM Sunday matinee during opening weekend of Black Panther (excellent movie, BTW) and was impressed from the moment I walked in. (Sunday Matinee was only $10 - FYI!) It didn't "feel" like a movie theater at all - it was much more grand than that. Instead of just being excited for the movie, I was also excited for the ability to order food from the reclining seats. I went in skeptical about the food. I mean, how good could it actually be? Pretty damn good. I had a flatbread and chicken caesar salad...both were impressive,especially the salad. Large portions and plenty of flavor for a decent price....can't beat it! Our food arrived about 15 minutes after ordering. Comfortable seats, great service, yummy food - this is the summation of my experience at Cinemark Reserve. I'll be back again! read more

What's there to not like? Maybe the ticket prices but you're paying for the seats and ambiance. The theater itself is beautiful, almost feels like Vegas. I like iPic seats a little better but there's high partitions dividing each row so I never get to see my seat neighbors below me. Nice touch! It's the little things. read more

We saw Red Sparrow tonight in Auditorium 1. The movie was so-so but the theatre was great! We were especially pleased that our Cinemark Platinum tickets worked at the 3:30 showing at this theatre. The seating design is well thought out in that you cannot see the people in the rows in front of you, the incline and the half walls make it so you see only the movie. This also allows you to order food and beverages throughout without disturbing your fellow moviegoers too much. We ordered the Gingered Salmon over Corn and Arugula Salad and the Bistro Burger. My salad was fabulous - yummy and not too heavy. The salmon was beautifully cooked and with perfectly crisp edges. My husband's burger was good but he regrets forgetting to add cheese. It's a bit hard to read the menu once the movie begins (although there are mini spotlights from above that remain on throughout the film). Overall, we enjoyed the experience. The recliners are super comfortable and the staff were very nice. The only thing I can imagine adding (though I have no idea how they'd do this) is some kind of clock that counted the remaining minutes in the movie, so you know if you have time for dessert. Four stars instead of five because they "can't" make virgin versions of their alcoholic drinks. Umm...sure you can, just don't put alcohol in it. I didn't even request a different price, meaning they could have charged us $9.25 for a blueberry soda and retained a tidy profit. If you're pregnant or don't drink, be prepared to drink coke or water only. read more
