I went to Cinemark Round Rock 14 and listen... nobody warned me about these new moving chairs The theater itself is nice, clean, comfortable, all that. But these seats? They don't just recline... they MOVE. Like actually move with the movie. And I already jump scare easily, so this was a whole experience for me. Every little sound or scene had me flinching AND the chair reacting at the same time. I'm talking double the scare for no reason I was clutching my seat like "okay now wait a minute..." Don't get me wrong, it's cool and definitely adds to the experience if you're into that kind of thing. It just caught me completely off guard. If you scare easily like me, just prepare yourself or maybe skip the moving seats altogether. Visited this theater to see Wicked For Good, and had a positive experience. Large + good quality screens, comfortable recliner chairs for seating, and $8 tickets on Tuesdays (great deal!). Theater was clean and well staffed. Plenty of parking outside. Docking a star for concessions. The popcorn was not fresh and lacked butter, salt and overall flavor. Concessions as a whole were very overpriced. Popcorn is an essential part of the movie experience, so they need to work on getting it right! read more

Are you feeling Wicked? Well a theatre of women were ready and poised to see the Wicked sequel this morning. My sorority sisters and I were jazzed about seeing the highly anticipated sequel, "Wicked: For Good," premiering in theaters on November 21, 2025, continuing the story of Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) and Glinda (Ariana Grande) from the original musical. The vocal range of Cynthia and Ariana is simply incredible. The movie plot and underlying messages were thought provoking. For example, our choices in life, friendships, and what we stand for can make indelible impacts "For Good." This was my first time at this theatre and it was an overall great experience. Our Sorority Vice President had all our tickets, so the process was super simple and easy to enter the theatre and our movie auditorium. We had the entire theatre to ourselves. It was a 10 am showing, so most folks were likely sleeping on Saturday morning. Also, the reclinable seats were very comfortable. The theatre went above and beyond to make our group feel welcomed and valued. They even had some eatable fairy dust to sprinkle on our popcorn...so super cool! Great theater...great movie! read more

Lots of parking at this location. Plenty of nearby restaurants to grab dinner before a movie. My kids like the pretzel bites. I like to purchase my tickets online to make it easy. My Cinemark experience was very exceptional when I went to go see part one part two and part three of the chosen. The theater was very clean and I always get the popcorn and it was very fresh. After the movie was over, all three times that I went the the employees were standing outside and ready to clean the theater for the next show and they're very nice. They all said goodbye and have a nice day. They didn't have to do that but they did. My movie experience was very pleasant. The movie started on time and the sound was not too loud just perfect. The bathrooms were clean and they had a paper towel option so I didn't have to use the blower I like my Cinemark 14 movie experience and this is the only place I go ever to watch a movie read more

Nice location. Everything I would expect from a standard Cinemark. Wishes it had been one of the locations with an expanded food menu. Can be a bit hard to find at the outlet mall if basing directions on gps alone. Thankfully someone answered the phone and helped guide me around the building where they actually are. Only concern I had was that I went to the last showing of the evening and fell asleep at the end. I woke up to find myself completely alone. Not one person or employee anywhere in the building. The late afternoon show wasn't very crowded and so easy to book tickets in line. There was nobody scanning tickets so you can just walk in. Only staff were at the concession. Theater was clean and no trash on the floor or around our seats. Seats are reclining and very comfortable. Sound was at a good volume and for a change it wasn't freezing from the AC. Recently came to this theatre for the first time to see Saturday Night on Saturday night at 11pm. The other closest movie theaters to us were not playing the movie on opening weekend for some reason so we bought for here. Like most movie theaters there is ample parking and there is plenty of lighting in the lot, even when you're leaving a last showing of the night to feel safe. Interestingly you buy tickets outside at a window counter and then head in for concessions and then check in for your movie. Kinda old school feel. They even have an electric runner outside of the schedule for movies for the next few hours. The way its setup is a little confusing, we just walked in, not understanding the ticket buying outside (we bought online beforehand). Friendly, young staff, that are efficient. We were the only people at the opening of the 11pm show of Saturday Night so that was a cool experience! read more

If you haven't seen Avatar, GO SEE IT! And if you can, do it in 3D! We came for an evening viewing of the new avatar movie in 3D and it was amazing. They have the reclining seats that were super comfy and a large selection of snacks! We got a medium popcorn and two medium icee's. The total came out to about $24 but I am a cinemark movie rewards member so we got a discount on concessions and it came out to $16 and some change. Not only did we get a discount but we also got to see the movie for FREE because I have movie ticket credits. Being a movie reward member literally pays for itself in HALF a visit. It's one of the best monthly subscriptions I've ever signed up for. read more

This is only regarding the FOOD, it's definitely ONE STAR! We purchased over $100 worth of food (snacks, popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, drinks) and the only food items that were "good" was the snacks because they were sealed. I took a big bite of the hot dog and once I felt the texture of the hot dog, I released my bite, took a smaller bite and knew it wasn't good. Omg, it was so gross. I think it was recooked too many times. Nachos were stale. Popcorn didn't taste fresh. Such a disappointment. Outside food SHOULD BE allowed because the garbage they serve is disgraceful. read more

Great movie choices but disappointed the the new Running Man movie just released is not being available this weekend November 23rd. WHY!

This theater location is a bit out of the way and smaller than my favorite one in Pflugerville. But just occasionally it has movie times that work better with my schedule or better seats available for the same show. Again this is a recliner location which is a big preference, especially if you're going to sit for a 3-hour movie. I really haven't tried the concessions at this location so I can't comment. I use online ticketing which works out great since I know I've got the seats I want before I even set food in the theater. Five stars since they can't help my location issue. Recommended. read more

Went to see Shin Godzilla in 4k [subtitled] last night with my wife. There was a group of 5 unattended children ages 9-15 sitting in the back row, talking, using their flashlight on the phone, hitting each other, making phone calls on speaker phone.... I went and asked for help the ticket stubb person who radiod for a manager. Nothing was done or said to the group. It continued and got worse through out the film. After the film several different groups went to the front to complain and the manager on duty said there was nothing going on and her employee who checked the theater said it was fine. She acted frustrated she even had to talk to us. Won't be coming back. Just moved close by, guess ill drive to an ALAMO DRAFTHOUSE location since they take their business seriously. read more

Today I came here for a 12 noon movie with my kiddo and some of his friends so he could watch Rambo as a 13th birthday gift for him. This theater is always clean and the people who work here are always hospitable. I enjoy the fact that you can still watch a movie for under $6.00 during a matinee and still get luxury/recliner seats. Siskel and Ebert would give this theater two thumbs up or in the words of Bill and Ted, this theater is "most excellent". read more

Decent theater with everything you'd expect-- concessions, reclining seats, auto ticket purchasing kiosk inside. The feel and thrill of "going to the movies" is nonexistent though. The outside box office is still closed (I'm assuming because of Covid) and no one pays any attention to your ticket stubs for entry into the theater hallways. There is, however a box office sign (made of cardboard) where concessions are for you to purchase tickets from an actual person if needed. read more

First visit didn't go as planned. Movie was great but I ordered wings and they were not worth serving. Thankfully Jason Pendland Assistant Manager was very helpful. I went and saw another movie and get better food, hubby ordered more food and drinks and we enjoyed our date. I think the employees and management team should do a better job on making sure that individuals stay off their phones during the movies. It's annoying that people spend their hard earned money to go see a movie, and have to have it interrupted by individuals who want to play on their phones during the movie, or let their phones continue to go off throughout the movie. I honestly think the theaters should install a jammer system of some kind to block people's phone service while the movie is playing. I had to get up, miss a few minutes of the movie, and the employee that I told about the individual who was on their phone, did nothing about correcting the problem. I reached out through the customer service department with an email, and all I get is a "sorry that this happened, hopefully you'll continue to come back to our theater". This really has become a problem and I think it's time to start going to FLIX or somewhere similar to watch movies going forward. read more

I really like the prices. The bartender was rude (cutting me and my sister off when we were talking) but I got 50 percent off of the movie club and the snacks are cheaper than AMC. Now ... usually theatres are a bit more cool it was really warm in there. I wasn't sweating but i was close to it. There were moth bugs flying around in there. They were flying into the screen , in the lights from the projector , and even in people's faces. The floor was very sticky as well. I haven't been to this location in a while and we wanted to check out the luxury loungers we see the sign for. Who doesn't want to lounge in luxury? Lol Now that they have the reclining seats, be sure to purchase your seats in advance to get a good one. There were fees to purchase tickets online so we went to the theater to avoid the fees. I noticed they have a Cinemark Movie Club. For $8.99/month you get one 2D ticket a month and unused tickets roll over to the next month. 20% off food and drinks purchased at the theater and waived online fees when purchasing tickets online. Let's talk about the seats. Sitting in the seat, my first thought was it is definitely full of cushion. As I started to recline I noticed my feet were still angled down while the back was going down. My knees were up and feet were down. Very uncomfortable after sitting in that position. My niece said her neck was hurting. Wonder if it is due to limited space it just doesn't go back like other seats? Maybe I am just used to my recliner at home or at the theater we normally go to. There is a button for seat warming under the button where it reclines. It's very warm in Texas so not sure if that will get used often. Pretty cool nonetheless. The theatre was full but the seats were spacious enough to allow me to enjoy the show without feeling cramped. We went to this theatre bc it had the movie time we preferred. Th concession stand line seemed particularly slow, so we actually switched lines. We noticed the manager was requested when someone else wanted a refund. He was quite lackadaisical about this and even stopped to help someone with a popcorn order before helping the cashier fix the guest's ticket. The women's restroom was very cramped. One hand dryer of the three was broken and the soap was not filled. When the restroom is crowded...this leads to an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I dropped my ring and it feel between the seats. Once the movie was over, the ushers at the bottom refused to give me a broom to start looking for it. We had to wait until the credits were COMPLETELY over before they would let us have lights and a broom! This is where things got disgusting! As a customer who reached behind the seat to only put my hand in something sticky....gross!(I should've known better). If I were someone who had stock in this facility I would be extremely upset about the maintenance of the theatre. It's clear this theatre is not kept up to standards. I went to the family restroom bc it was directly across the theatre. That was the most disgusting restroom!!! The trash needed taken out but there weren't even any bags in there. It smelled like the rugs were soiled in urine. It is not a safe place to bing your littles! So....if you are naive to the gross things I encountered by chance....it's not bad. Do yourself a favor and look under the chairs and behind them. They sweep all the food and trash under the seats, I don't know how this place isn't crawling with pests (or is it?) Thankfully my theater was empty and I moved to the first row where it was cleaner because those are the seats you see when you first come in. For the record after reading all recent reviews, there was no moths here (thank goodness) or flies when I went first week of July for a kids movie. It was my kids first time at a movie theater and they had a good time. I purchased the tickets online to be able to secure comfortable seats for us. They do recline and the arm rest goes up which was nice as my 5 year old daughter was able to lay out rest her side on me. The chairs were a bit too big for her so she felt uncomfortable if she were to be sitting the entire time. The popcorn was fresh and hot but they don't offer any extra bags to split for the kids, only ziplock bags. No one was checking our tickets, but there are kiosks near entrance to the sides so tickets may be purchased there. You can retrieve your online tickets as well but I couldn't for the life of me to get the machine to scan my phone instead of manually inputting the confirmation code. My main complaint was the loudness of the movie. It was extremely loud especially for my daughter, I had to lay a hand over her ear while the other ear was against my side so she can watch the movie. I've been to plenty of movies but this was by far the loudest movie I have watched where it was giving me a bit of a headache. 4 stars for a decent theater with minimal complaints. read more

I live in Hutto, but drive to this Cinemark because the one in Stone Hill shopping center has uncomfortable seats. While this on has luxury recliners, be prepared to deal with moths during the whole movie. I've been coming to this location for about eight months now and every time, regardless of which theater I'm in, the venue is filled with moths. They fly near the projector and obstruct the movie, they fly near your face and obstruct your view. Last night, I killed two that were crawling on me. It's disgusting. I have stopped buying concessions because I don't want bugs in them. read more

The worst experience at a movie theater in years. They have one person working the box office, another working concessions. We ordered 2 orders of chicken tenders and one had 4 of them. The other had 3 and the guy who is the apparent manager said he couldn't give us 4 because it goes by weight..... and when we asked for a new order he said they're out of them and prepackaged. When we asked for a refund, he made us get back in the regular line and was extra petty in taking the tenders back which is fine because it's the principle. We then entered the theater where it was super outdated, dirty and smaller paying more per ticket than at the AMC. We will not be back. read more
