The music was on point for the audience and everyone from the staff to the guests were warm and welcoming. Being from the west coast you can definitely notice a difference in friendliness. The layout is really fun, with the club being front and center on the first floor and the play rooms up above in an atrium style. There are two stages, one for dancing and another with a pole. The area is huge, with plenty of tables and space to mingle. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because of what happened afterward. I forgot a very sentimental purse there. I called as soon as we got home and the manager, Vannessa, stayed in touch with me over text, coordinating with the staff and cleaning crew to track it down. Weeks went by and just this morning I got a text that she had found it. It's in the mail on the way home. I'm so touched by this gesture and will be sure to visit again when we are back in Austin.

The staff were very friendly, all dressed very professionally in black, greeted us with a smile and were very welcoming. They handed us off to Lee who gave us a tour and he was outstanding, great personality, very funny, and easy to talk to. We are in our 50s, have never been to any club, at all, ever, so we were not really sure what to expect. We went in with a very open mind and had a great time. There was every age range from 21 to 80, every socioeconomic status, and every body shape and size. We did not feel intimidated or unwelcome at any time. It was 80/90s night, we expected to be overdressed when in fact no one dressed in theme. There were women in lingerie or dresses (fancy and plain) men were in everything from sports coats to tshirts (which surprised me based on the posted dress code). Lots of seating, high and low tables as well as lots of sofas. Up in the 6 playrooms there were towels, condoms, and lockers available for use. The beds are divided by a shear curtain, and the front of the beds each have a shear and black curtain depending upon how you'd like to play: alone, ppl watching, or ppl joining in. The "theatre" room was a bit disappointing it felt like there should be a larger screen or maybe different seating. I'm not sure but it felt a bit off to me. Either way not a deal breaker. (Just my opinion). It is BYOB and the bar offers set ups and wine glasses and bottled water for purchases. We brought a backpack cooler but... there were some very dedicated people who arrived with a yeti on wheels they were not playing around. All this to say bringing a bottle or a huge cooler don't be shy! I should mention the parking. The club is in an industrial area, which for privacy we appreciated. About the only people you will see there are those going to the club, it did not appear there were other open businesses around. There is parking on site for $20 (valet or park yourself) and lots of street parking. Be prepared to walk if you're not early and do not want to pay, the side streets fill up fast. IMO, it is well worth the $20, and the men working valet were very friendly as well. Just prior to leaving the manager stopped by to see how things were going and he was extremely kind, very chatty and thanked us for coming. We are looking forward to returning!

Overall, I had a lot of fun and appreciated the effort the hosts put into creating engaging events and helping people connect. They were welcoming, attentive, and clearly invested in making sure attendees felt included. I also enjoyed the variety of activities offered and even had the opportunity to travel to Thailand with the group, which was a unique and memorable experience. Because many of the women in the group already knew each other, it sometimes felt a bit harder to naturally integrate socially, especially at larger events or on trips where smaller groups formed. That said, I did meet kind people, hosted a Christmas happy hour that was well attended, and had many enjoyable moments through the group. My biggest takeaway for others considering joining is to move at your own pace when it comes to dating and not assume that everyone is there for the same reasons. Like any singles environment, intentions can vary, and it's important to set boundaries and get to know people gradually. Overall, In the Loop provided fun experiences, travel opportunities, and social connection. With realistic expectations and self-awareness, it can be a positive experience for those looking to expand their social circle and meet new people.

We used Wedding Wire to contact 6 DJ's and only ONE service (besides Powco Entertainment) contacted us and the other service wanted almost four times what we paid for the same services. Chris was on time, dealt with venue issues (Lakeway Resort and Spa-stay away from that venue if you can) which amounted to getting power for his equipment during our wedding, and he stayed in line with keeping the reception party moving. He also noticed that the staff was setting up the venue wrong and quickly notified me so I could gte someone to fix it. The only negatives were that there were a couple of songs my wife and I really wanted to hear during the night, and we had mike issues during the wedding. Mike issues happen and as far as the songs go, that may have been our fault too for not stressing it hard enough. I would definitely use Powco entertainment again and recommend his service to those searching for DJ services for ANY event. He had lighting as well as excellent speakers to keep the guests moving. He was personable and always answered our questions promptly, which helps relieve stress when you are planning a major event. Jamie

He worked seamlessly with our other vendors to ensure everything went smooth and on time. The ones who were brave enough to stay were instantly warmed up with Chris' song choices! He couldn't have picked better tunes to engage our guests and keep them dancing throughout the night; again, something I didn't realize was so important and truly a well-honed skill. We are so thankful we went with Powco Entertainment for our special day and I would recommend him for any occasion!

Highly advise against using their services…read more We originally contacted this Round Rock location due to it being close and easier to work into our schedule without having to account as much for the travel time. We left a message and were soon called back by a counselor from from the Ceder Park location. This was confusing since they have distinct numbers and we certainly dialed the Round Rock location. We let the counselor know this, but rather than get us back with the Round Rock location, she assured us that the travel time would be nothing. However, she had no idea where exactly we live or what our schedules were like and what constituted "nothing". It really felt like I was talking to a salesman who didn't want to let the commission go. All that aside, we decided to see if we could make it work. We tried shuffling some things around, but ultimately, it was going to be difficult. And to us, we didn't think it would be a big deal getting in contact with someone at the Round Rock location. After letting the counselor know that we were going to need the closer location, she told us she would refer us to someone there. This was several weeks ago and we have yet to hear back. Given the type of service that people are seeking from them, this sort of mishandling borders on malpractice. Even if you manage to get in the door without this blunders we ran into, I doubt that you'd be getting the best service.

Always making tee times a week or so in advance and always cancelling spots that wont get used in plenty of time for them to fill those spots. A couple of weeks ago, i booked 3 back to back tee times. It was late Monday evening that week by the time i got the final countnif our golfers, which was 9. I immediately called to cancel some spots. A young lady answered the phone at the pro shop. I told her my name and that i was calling to cancel some spots for Wednesday morning. Told her we had 9 players and would it be ok if we canceled the 3rd tee time and played as a 4some and a 5some and she said absolutely. She confirmed that she had canceled the 3rd tee time and I once again asked, so we will go off as a 4some and a 5some Wednesday morning and she once again said absolutely. Wednesday morning the 9 of us show up and go to check in. Not sure the name of the employee that was helping me, but the other employee helping one of our other golfers on the other register was Tim Huthinson, which i did not know at that time. I tell the gentlemen helping me about calling and playing as a 4 and 5some and he said" you will absolutely not play as a 5some". Told him i was told Monday night by a young lady that we absolutely could. He went to look at the schedule to see who worked that night and came back and said shes new and doesn't know you cant. I said, thats not our fault and he daid he didnt care. So i asked if we could go off as 3 3somes and he sais no, yiure not doing that either. I asked, if i had canceled 3 spots on thsieb3btee times when i called we couldn't have 3 of us in thsie 3 times and he said yes but you didnt that. By niw it was time to get ready for our tee times which were not 4,3,2 and inwould adress this after golf. After golf i asked Jamie who is the head of food and beverage who i needed to talk to and at the time it was Tim Hutchinson. She ponted him out and i went to explain the situation. His response to this was, "did everone get to play golf?" I said yes but thats not the point. Remember, hevwas one of the 2 helping us that morning and acted like that was the first hed hears of it. Made me feel like this whole thing was my fault. I said, without me going and saying anything to the 8 others that are sitting in the grill, i can call them in here and you can ask them. He No, i dont need 8 more angry poeple in here. Didnt even offer an apology. I decided tobtake it at least a step further, because the consensus between the 9 of us was that we felt we were treated very unfairly. Got home and looked up the GM, who is Matt Long. I emailed him and asked hime to call me which he did. I explain the situation to him and he said the same thing. "Did someone get left out?" I said no. Well then, the problem was solved. I said no it wasn't. You inconvenienced us at no fault but your own and you should have let us go as that 4 and 5some, to which he said no because someone would see us and hed havevall kinds of people in there complaining that they had let us. I said, that what happens when you make mistake. You have to suffer the consequences to make it right and you tell them that your untrained staff made a huge mistake and we had to allow thelis one time. Never was offered anything including an apology for their mistake. I fully understand that there aren't enough golf courses in the Austin area and thst our not coming back wont change their tee sheet, but that kind of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE!

The play learning and lots of outside time gave my child opportunities they wouldn't have had at other preschools/daycare centers to use their body and discover nature in a whole new way. Additionally, I really appreciated not having to prepare lunches and snacks for my child and that there was zero screen time while at school. At times, the school's ideas were so large and grand they were hard to capture, coming across as unorganized. The love and energy put into the school made up for that aspect.
