Fantastic bowling lanes and arcade-my kids love the gourmet lemonades and parmesan fries. Nice spot for a birthday or league bowling!

We opted for a package that included an hour of bowling, food & drinks for the kids, and a $10 arcade game gift card per child. This package was pretty affordable at $18 per child. They have add one such as goody bags and food/drink options for adults. We added a couple food platters for adults and the goody bags. Pros: - Affordable and convenient - low stress - kids had an absolute blast Cons: - Overall service was very average and slow. Inexperienced party host staff. - Room wasn't set up / ready until bowling was nearly done. - Upon arriving at the venue we learned that they didn't have goody bags available that day. This was disappointing because I would've expected a heads up at least one day in advance so that we can make other arrangements. They did provide an extra $10 on each child's game card to make up for it, which was nice.

Then several hours later we were notified that our party needed to be pushed back to 2:30pm because of a buyout, ok sure. Main Event coordinator apologized and offered items to make up for the mistake and booking issue. Then I noticed on the contact a 12% service fee ($46 and some change), I asked the event coordinator and she explained that the 12% goes to the event host/server. This was not the case it was a 12% booking fee that goes to the front office staff. WOW! 12% to book online?!?! Seriously?! The server was the one who explained it to me. When I asked the manager on duty she gave me attitude and basically said "you signed the contract so you have to pay it". The day of the party it didn't seem like everyone was on the same page, our host/server did the best he could and apologized several times but it was out of his hands. The pizza came out late and the wings arrived 40 minutes after the pizza. The pizza was not hot and the wing platter turned out to be wings, tenders and nuggets. We ate the wings and tried to return the tenders and nuggets but no manager came to the table. We took care of the host/server with cash tip but we definitely don't recommend this place for birthday parties or gatherings.

I have two girls, and over the years I've hosted Girl Scout events and multiple birthday parties here--so we know the place well. Tonight, a manager who was switching out merchandise (the stuffies) stopped to check in and see how we were doing. He was absolutely amazing with both of my girls--so kind and engaging. I believe his name was Josh. That kind of interaction really makes a difference and doesn't go unnoticed. High 5 has also made some updates: the virtual area downstairs is gone, but upstairs now has pool, darts, and slot machines, which adds a fun new vibe. On top of that, the bartenders were very attentive and on point all night. We've always enjoyed High 5, but tonight really stood out. Great staff, great atmosphere, and still a go-to spot for families and events.

The Management team, does raise the bar here. But when I see bowling leagues get loud and argumentative, it makes me unhappy that many seem not to care. I was seated and started my menu items to order. Waitress was friendly, and frankly attentive. The food here us really good. The tower of onions rings were seasoned well not overwhelming but just right. Chicken wings are my favorite, I like it plain no drama. Yes! Loved it. Then the grand finale was desert fried Oreo cookie it was a donut with cookie crumbs inside. It's by far, everyone's favorite desert. Give it a try, be adventurous! Hope to see my friend here. Happy Yelping!

As one of the first people through the door, I was able to quickly snap a bunch of pics before the crowd arrived en masse, after which I was too busy playing around to take any more... And yes, I did try bull riding, but no, I will not be sharing any photographic evidence of such! :D Open bar but I stuck with the Cherry Ginger Slinky (Seedlip Spice 94, ginger beer, lemon juice, and black cherry puree) all night--the mocktail as-is when I felt like being a kid again and a spiked version when I felt like being a *naughty* kid again. ;)

I'd give this place a 3.5/5 stars…read more I came here for my boyfriend's birthday brunch with his family on Father's Day. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't very busy, so we were expecting a smooth experience. We ordered the bottomless mimosas, the chili crispy chicken eggs Benedict, and the chicken and waffles. The standout dish was definitely the chili crispy chicken eggs Benedict. It was flavorful, very filling, and easily my favorite thing I ordered. I would order it again if ever come back. The bottomless mimosas came pre-made in a pitcher, which was convenient, but they tasted more like juice than champagne. If you're expecting a traditional mimosa, you may be disappointed. Unfortunately, the chicken and waffles were our least favorite dish. The chicken batter was very thick, little to no seasonings and had a yeasty flavor, and the waffles were much sweeter and cakey than expected. The flavors didn't balance well, and my boyfriend wasn't able to finish even a third of his meal. Service started off well and our waitress was friendly, but as brunch went on we found ourselves having to flag her down multiple times for refills and assistance. Since the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, this was surprising. The biggest downside was the value. For the prices being charged, we expected a higher quality dining experience. While the eggs Benedict were decent, the rest of the food and service didn't quite justify the cost. The ambiance was also lacking. For a brunch spot, especially one we chose for a birthday celebration, the atmosphere felt pretty flat and didn't add much to the overall experience. Overall, there were some highlights, especially the eggs Benedict, but there were enough misses that we left feeling the experience was average rather than memorable for a birthday celebration.
