We had hoped that once the movie started that the air would come on. Unfortunately, it never did. It was so humid and hot that we left before the movie ended. It was so stuffy that we felt tired and sweaty. We were sticking to the chairs. This theatre is within .2 miles of our home. It's very convenient! It's a great theatre and the reclining seats are pretty great! However, if one has to sit in a stuffy, hot and humid room for 2 hours, it becomes an awful place to be. We understand that prices are going up for electricity. However, we bought tickets and concessions. Is the theatre making enough money to use air conditioning? Wasted money and will not be going back.

They don't just recline... they MOVE. Like actually move with the movie. And I already jump scare easily, so this was a whole experience for me. Every little sound or scene had me flinching AND the chair reacting at the same time. I'm talking double the scare for no reason I was clutching my seat like "okay now wait a minute..." Don't get me wrong, it's cool and definitely adds to the experience if you're into that kind of thing. It just caught me completely off guard. Instead they had to chit chat awhile about instead of just helping me make the most of an unfun situation. Customer service is lacking.

A friend recently told me about the theatre and their overall positive experience. Date night with the hubs...we decided to see the new Michael movie. The movie was very well done and captivating. I learned some new things about Michael. First, he was huge visualization and positive imaging guy...likely one of the keys to his success. Also, I did not know he lived as long with his family (according to the hubs he was 29 years old.) Finally, I did not know the fire to his head while filming the Pepsi commercial caused 3rd degree burns and nerve damage which required pain medications. Now for the brewhouse, if you are a big fan of beer, then this is the place for you. I do not drink beer, so this was certainly not my draw. If you like beer, they have a huge assortment to choose from. As you walk into the theatre you can see large metal vats, which you might see in any brewery. In addition, the theatre is extremely comfortable with stadium type seating. You can recline into pure comfort. The sodas and popcorn were topnotch...fresh and tasty. It's been a minute since I've been to this location and there's been a lot of changes. I love to see how they're evolving. Now you can order from scanning the QR code and you can add to your order whenever you want pick your seat and continue to add to your tab without waiting on a server. Super user friendly and fast. I will say that I unfortunately am still not a fan of the new seat and table design. Depending on where you sit you may not have a good view more than likely it will be obstructed by either your cup and food or the centerpiece that has the lights over the table. The other design flaw is the reclining chair. You recline all the way, The head portion goes all the way back and if you lay back you can't really see the movie. Also the reclining chairs were not designed for those above 5'8 or so. I'm 5'10" Anywho, I still really enjoyed the movie by figuring out how to unobstruct my view, I enjoyed the food and the Arnold Palmer. Mostly, I enjoyed going to the movies with my son. P.S. While setting up for our event, I suffered a very serious accident that resulted in a significant injury and severe bleeding. In those frightening moments, Isaac, DJ, and Adam immediately sprang into action. They did not hesitate for a second. Remaining remarkably calm under pressure, they took control of the situation, did everything they could to stop the bleeding, and stayed focused until emergency responders arrived. Their quick thinking, composure, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. What impressed me most was not only how capable they were, but how compassionate and caring they were throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed with me, reassured me, and handled an incredibly stressful situation with maturity and professionalism far beyond their years. Their actions demonstrated outstanding character, teamwork, selflessness, and a level of care that I will never forget. The cons: The food service had some issues. 40 minutes into the movie, our order of 2 dishes had not arrived. I had to leave the theater and find staff to request an update. A while later, someone finally brought the food. However, it was ice cold. It had clearly been left sitting out. We then had to leave the theater again to address the issue. Thankfully we were given a refund and some free popcorn, which we greatly appreciated (as we were very hungry and about an hour into the movie at that point). The bathrooms were also rough. They were pretty dirty with several toilets unusable and toilet paper all over the floor. The smell was quite unpleasant.
