This place is very mediocre. They've cut me several times and the last time I went the paint job was trashhhhhhh. They do good eyebrows though, if that counts for anything but I like to get my nails and eyebrows done at the same place so I will definitely be looking for a better salon. read more

Awesome service! I forgot the girl name but she took her time and my nails look awesome! read more

Cindy's Nails - Awesome service!!!! They take their time and make sure everything is perfect. - Nail Salons Near Me - Conyers, Georgia

If I could've rated it lower than 1 I would've. I entered her shop on a Sunday. I needed my nails done and had used them before. I hadn't been in about a year because the last time I had service there, it was unsatisfactory. ( I got a pedi and my feet had so much dry skin on them they look like "reptile feet".) I decided to give them another chance. I entered the salon and they didn't recognize me. I told them I was on the fence about whether to get gel nails or SNS. I had had SNS before but wanted something that didn't remove the top layer of my nail. Since I hadn't been in the salon for awhile, my nails were in pretty good shape. Cindy began to rant and rave and speak in another language about, how SNS was better because my nails were in "bad" shape and she didn't want me coming back in 3 days complaining about the gel nails not lasting. She was clearly pushing the SNS because once you get them, you're kinda dependent on them to maintain them, which meant more money for them in the long run. I know that was a lie because everyone I spoke to who had gel nails raved about how long they last. So to bring this story to an end. I got on my phone through my finger up and left. I'm not going to give you my money and take your attitude too. read more

I received a manicure and am frustrated for 3 reasons - the first is because I had to repeatedly ask for errors to be fixed (several nails were not painted all the way and the nail polish was bubbling) and I don't believe the technician would have fixed it if I did not ask multiple times. The second frustration was because no hand massage or lotion was used during my manicure. Maybe this experience was because I was sitting up front with the lady that coordinates the place (I believe it was Cindy) and she was too busy to focus on doing nails. The third frustration is because I paid 30% extra for "long lasting" nail polish and it lasted for only 3 days before chipping. read more

I haven't been here in so long, I decided to give it a try because they have the kids pedicure chairs for my daughter. Myself, my daughter, and my mom went as soon as they opened and all wore masks as required. We had to wait about 20 minutes before starting. I had called to make sure they still had the kids pedicure chairs before we went, they said they did but I'm assuming they were out of order because the guy had to go back and forth from the sink with a pitcher to fill it up with water. The lady doing my moms pedicure had to stop three times to service other people DURING my moms pedicure. I asked for my acrylic on my big toes to be filled in, the guy insisted they didn't need to be filled in and then had to put at least 5 coats of gel polish to cover the hump from me NEEDING A FILL IN. After being three for two hours for pedicures only and spending a total of $160, we left to go to lunch. As we were walking into the restaurant the gel polish on one of my toes literally just fell off. I will definitely never go here again. Save your money please. read more

I was very disappointed in my nails. They were high priced for a crappy nail job. It looks like a toddler did my nails, very unsatisfied.

The service is horrible and they are rude and unprofessional especially the owner Cindy. For them to be so expensive the work is terrible.

First time visit, and I must say it was really good. They listened to what I wanted. I got the SNS nails to protect my natural nails, and they came out so natural and beautiful. I will continue to give them my business. read more

I had high expectations for Cindy"s nails. I asked this Girl at a store I was visiting where she got her nails done and she mentioned Cindy's. Her nails were pretty so I figured they'd be next on my list to try. (J&T Nails was the last place I tried and they were rude) Cindy's has great customer service and the ladies there are very polite..However they did a crappy job on my gel nails refill. An older lady started on me and she was doing a thorough job but for whatever reason she passed me off to this other girl and it went down hil from there. My nails just look raggedy the next day! She left nail polish residue on the sides of my fingers. The polish application left a lot to be desired. I wanted french tips for a natural look. What I have is artificial looking nails due to too much pink in contrast to the white tips. My nails look like they are about two weeks old and I just got them done yesterday. Friendly service but I won't be returning. read more

Ok, been doing the nail salon thing for 30 years. Cindy's is busy, they do talk to each other, and if you are a "drop in, one time" customer I could see how you could feel put off. But, if you are someone who goes everp 2 weeks or so you get into the flow of the shop, you find the one person that you like the way they do your nails etc. I've been going to Cindy's for over a year and have Cindy herself doing my nails. I call her my Glam Fairy, she has been told what I like and how I like it. So if this review helps , great, if not, find your own place and make yourself known. read more

I can honestly say I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. I came in and showed a picture of what I wanted. I was told that what I wanted could not be exactly matched but that they would try their best to make sure I was still satisfied. Wii(sorry about the spelling) was incredible. She really took her time with my nails which is important to me because I've had a lot of nail techs in the past rush which is beyond annoying. She was sweet and would pause periodically while doing my nails to make sure they were headed in the direction I would be pleased with. I got the pink powder with a clear gel coat and coffin shaped. I'm very pleased. I live in New York so I can't make this my regular salon, but at least I know I have somewhere to go the next time I'm visiting. read more

Went there a few times and had different people perform different services. I can say that I am never satisfied. Polish on toes never fully covers nails. Good luck trying to get acrylic tips or filling. They will not do it but really force you to get SNS. Will NOT go back. read more

I am very happy with the service I recieved at Cindy's. The salon is clean, bright and very well equipped. Everyone was nice and friendly. My technician, Lin, is very polite and friendly. She asks about my family, makes me comfortable, and does an excellent job on my nails. read more

Not a great experience - the lady's talk pound - not receptive to direction - super rushed - did a mani and pedi - put a bucket on my lap to soak my hand ...got nail dust all over me...not really happy! read more

So, I took my daughter and myself to get our nails done her a full set of acrylic and I got a pedicure... the tech that delt with me was good except the fact that my water was so cool that buy the time she got ready to scrub my feet she said oh how to cold so srry.. no prob she fixed without me having to say anything... second is she cut my second toe to the point of making me bleed.. which she again said srry and put some kind of green oil that she held on there for quit a few mins (bleeding wouldn't stop at first) I have been to several nail shops over the years and this is the first one that charged me extra to scrap my feet with the grader... it has always been part of the pedicure in every other place.... mind u we only went to this one because it was the only one open in the area.... however the tech my daughter had did not paint my daughters nails all the way to the edge like is supposed to be painted she left a huge line on either side not painted at all. Once they put her under the dryer and I got to see what they looked like I walked over to the manager or the lady who is in charge and showed her the nails and she began to speak in Vietnamese to the tech that done my daughter's nails they kind of got loud with one another so I'm assuming that she was getting on to her the tech told me that she didn't want to get the polish on my daughter's skin so that's why she didn't paint it all the way to the edges if you're a professional and you're in a nail salon painting nails why wouldn't you go to the edge and why are you painting nails for people if you can't do it without getting it all over their skin it was very unprofessional they basically treated us like we were a problem after that they did semi fix the problem but the paint job is still trash I will not be returning there and I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

Horrible polish job on my toes. I asked for turquoise gel nails and walked out with green nails. To top it off... Both my niece and i walked out with one eye brow thicker than the other. Rushing to the point of horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

The WORST manicure I have ever had. The lady butchered my cuticles and did a very mediocre job. I could have done a better job myself, waste of time and money. I have been there before for my eyebrows with a good experience, but I would never return. I would not recommend this place. read more

It started Saturday afternoon when I went in for a simple polish change and 1 nail repair. I picked my color out and waited on someone to help me. Finally an older lady told me to sit at table 4 so that 's what I did. She took my old polish off and saw where my nail was broken. She used nail glue to mend it back then polished my nails so I left and proceeded with my day. It may have been 4 to 5 hours afterwards the same nail broke again! I couldn't go back right then because I had an event to attend to @6:00 pm and I was running a little behind schedule so I decided to go Sunday. Sunday afternoon I went back in and saw they were under staff and the lady who did my nails was off. But I decided to stay because I wanted my nail repaired and done correctly. I told the owner the reason for my visit he said to pick a color. I searched all over for the color I had on but couldn't find it. I asked three of nail tech to help me find the color that I had on and they all sorted brushed me off, one even told me to just sit down and wait! So, I did but I was getting very irritated because I couldn't find the color and I didn't want them to have to change my color. So when Cindy's husband told me to come sit in his chair I did and I explained to him what happened and that the lady who did my nails the day before did not put acrylic on my nail nor did she buff it my nail down to give it a smooth look. He said he could fix it for me. I told him that I couldn't find the color I had on. He asked me did I look all over for it? I said yes but shouldn't you guys look for it as well? He then suggested that he paint the nail a random color and for me to come back on Monday to speak with the person who did my nails. I thought about what he said and asked if he could just change four fingers (index and ring) on both hands. This way both set of hands would be in coordination with each other. He said he would have to charge me $7.00 to do that. I asked him why? He said since you can't find the color he was not going to repair my finger and paint them over for free. I said surely you don't want me to walk around with nine nails painted one color and one a whole different color??? I'm okay with having different colors on two fingers but one.....nope! He started to get loud with me so I in turn got loud back and let him know that clearly if your nail tech would have done her job correctly yesterday I wouldn't be sitting here having this conversation with you today and as the owner of this shop where is the sensastivetly??? Needless to say that I've been a customer of theirs for about 12 years! I reminded him of this and he said yeah, as if he was saying what does that have to do with it. I also told him that I have spent plenty of money in this shop and have never tried to get over on him. All I wanted was to either find the polish I had on or for him to change it. That's it! But I see my loyalty to this company didn't matter and that he would wasn't going to bend. Therefore I left with one nail not polished. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS NAIL SHOP AGAIN! THEY ARE RUDE, AND VERY AGGRESSIVE! I never thought the day would come when the very same treatment that I have seen on other customers would be used on me! NEVER AGAIN.........EVEN IF THEY WAS THE LAST SALON ON EARTH!!!!! read more

If you want your dollar spent and service provided to match up, this is not the place for you. The nail techs do not take pride in their work. I got pink & white done there, which would normally last 2-3weeks depending on your upkeep and habits. My nails were rushed and even though i requested a few alterations prior to departing, they started lifting 4days later. Once I arrived to get them fixed, the task was split between the original tech and another women. The new tech made the problem worse by bulking up the nail, and when I asked the original tech to file them down, she gave me excuses as to why she shouldn't and half assed the finished up, then rushed me out the door. I will never go here again, and don't recommend anyone that's particular about what they want to do so either. Being polite can not make up for unsatifactory service. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. I got a mani and a pedi and spent 35 dollars, and all i wanted was to get two colors half and half on my nails and toes. My nails did not match on my finger nails and it took a lot of tries just to get it right on my toes. The lady even laughed at my nails on my hands. First time going just to get my nails painted and my experience was horrible... I asked for a refund and all I got back was 10 dollars, and still had to pay for a experience in which I wasnt pleased. DONT EVER GO HERE LOOK AROUND!!! I went to them expecting a professional who could make my not so good nails look good, and what was funny is my husband could of done a better job then what i got. A waist of money!!! Also when they ask for you to pay before they do your nails say NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! I was a fool and didnt wait to see the finished work. SO i left spending a lot of money with a crabby nails only to remove the paint!! SO disappointed!! I was able to get 10 dollars back but 25 is still a lot for an unhappy experience and first of all the lady who did my nails didnt even understand me nor did i her, it would take us saying something over and over again before we could almost understand!!!! read more

Went to salon on Mother's day and all of Conyers was there. I had the owner or manager of the salon. Bad move. She keep answering phone. Never excused herself. Several sharp area left of nail on feet and one on my left hand. I got the $35.00 mani pedi plus art work on big toes. Did not get monies worth no massage of feet nor leg. We will never go back on any day and I will be sure to tell my friends where not to go...I do not think this will bother this salon.. This is like a mill. Running you in as fast as they can with no quality connection read more

i recently visited this place and received a manicure. a few days later my fourth digit on my right hand was swollen, red, and infected with pus. i returned and showed the owner my finger and she offered no apologies and she said it must be a food allergy. i researched and wanted to be sure of what was causing my finger/ hand so much pain.i went to the emergency room tonight and my research was confirmed, paronychia, caused by bacterial and fungus infecting your finger when getting a manicure. the doctor was appalled that the owner cindy would insult my intelligence and even suggest that it was an allergy, when only one finger was infected as opposed to my whole hand. i was injected with medicine and my finger cut open to get the infection pus out of it. this shop is nasty and clearly irresponsible when it comes to following state rules of sanitizing their tools. this is unacceptable and i will be contacting the cosmo board and the board of health. read more

Cindy's nails is horrible!! Please don't go there, spend your money else where! I received gelish polish or gel polish on my real nails 3 times. First time chip the next day. Second time Cindy said the nail tech didn't put it on thick enough. It lasted 1 week when Cindy did it.(should last up to two weeks when done correctly) Came back for do over, she drilled the gel off! She said it was a light drill and wouldn't harm my nails, it did! Gel polish on real nails is suppose to be a healthy alternative, soaked off with foil, no drill! I came back because she said she will make it better plus I had a coupon. I ask for gel nails to help strengthen my real nails. They lied and told me gel powder was gel nails, It costs $28. They used a white powder, than put regular nail polish and then clear gel on top. The polish cracked the next day!! I found out from professional English speaking nail salon in Conyers by Goodwill. That Gel nails is a liquid used, not powder. Any powder is acrylic no matter what the liars tell you. Please google it, you will see. There should be no drying time, just lamps used. Cindy is a liar and will say anything to get your money. Never again will they get mine! read more
