This is supposed to be an upscale restaurant, and I would expect the staff to be well-educated on the food. I don't blame the server for not forking over the cash for a variety of menu items. It's a pricey place. But don't they prepare the staff to answer questions about the food by letting them taste everything? I thought it was standard practice to prepare tasting portions for waitstaff. This restaurant is currently too tied to their theme. With a little editing, this could be a great place. I hope more people give them a chance, offer constructive feedback, and that the management is open to suggestion.
