My first problem was the fact…read morethat my radio didn't work; no big deal, they said they would fix it, or I could call a dealership and see what they could do. I drove 30 minutes to a Chrysler dealership, and they ran codes come to find out the radio in my car doesn't belong to my vehicle. Eagle Motors told me to bring my car in, but when I went up there, there was nobody there. I haven't even had the car for 3 weeks yet, and I explained that there was antifreeze spraying all over my car, causing it to smoke and overheat to the point that the vehicle is no longer safe to drive. They told me to bring my car in again, and I asked for a loaner vehicle. While telling them the issues with my vehicle, I was laughed at, cursed at, and hung up on. I show up to fill out paperwork for the loaner car, they gave me the first car it was a kia rio which if you don't know they are pretty small, i was very grateful to be getting a loaner car while they repaired mine but asked for a different vehicle that i could actually fit in, im 6 ft tall and have a toddler and a 6 month old. They gave me a second option, a 2006 Toyota Avalon. I had them check to make sure the car was okay to drive, and everything was okay at first. I made it 3 minutes down the road and noticed there was a roach in the middle console. I had it for maybe 5 minutes and noticed another roach trapped in plastic on the passenger side of the floor. I brought the loaner car back, explained the problems, and was told to wait outside because I was "disturbing potential customers," mind you, it's 29 degrees outside! I was then shown multiple other cars, all super small, that my family and I simply could not fit in. Finally they find a car that's compatible except the tail light is busted. I don't want to have to pay a ticket for a busted tail light, so I declined driving that vehicle. I was then told there was nothing they could do for me and I had to WALK back to work. I had high hopes for this company, they were very nice and helpful at first when I was purchasing my vehicle, now it's like a complete 180, very dissapointed.

For those who didn't see the BBB complaint I filed against Mira and it's, in my opinion, illegal and unethical business practices. I present a summary of my complaint and Mira's response; I included my response to Mira's response. If Mira wishes to challenge me concerning my writings, I can present the documents, in court, to prove my allegations. A couple of months ago I complained to the BBB about some nefarious business practices I believe Mira was practicing. Mira responded with half truths and lies. I responded with proof they were lying. However, Mira never responded to my offer of proof; I think it was because Mira could not refute my statements. Let's let the people decide , I thought I'd post this everywhere I can. So without further ado, I present the Mira, in my opinion. scam. Have a good day Mira. Good day all, Mira began its response with three lies; the $500 and $265 discounts Mira claims to have given me are in fact "nonexistent". For example, there were three different loans submitted by Mira, in my name, to (KCU) with multiple approvals (see attachment "A" Kemba loan doc). the sale prices were as follows: The first request Mira submitted stated that the car's sale price was $8995, a $1000 increase from the actual price of $7995 (see attachment "A", Kemba loan doc.and Mira's admission of the real price in its only response to my BBB complaint). The car's sale price on Mira's second loan submission was, according to Mira, $500 less at $8495. The sale price for the car on the third loan submission, according to Mira, was $265 less at $8230. All of those sale prices are above the actual sale price of the car at $7995. No discount ever existed. Mira's, in my opinion, scam started when Mira lied to me about the down payment. When I was approved by Kemba, Mira said the down payment was $2200. When I didn't have the full down payment, Mira offered me a $700 discount on the down payment dropping it to $1500.. The first lie with respect to the down payment was that the down payment Kemba required was actually $3000. Mira took it upon itself to tell me that the down payment was $2200 and offered me a $700 discount to reduce the $2200 down payment to $1,500. Because the down payment was actually $3000 Mira now had to make up the $1500 discount it gave me. Mira tried to make up that $1500 discount by secretly attaching it to the back of my loan without my knowledge. Fortunately, I caught onto what they were doing.and cancelled the deal. I believe that Mira attempted to make me look bad trying to convince everybody that Mira decided my income was unacceptable and therefore it canceled the loan. This is an absolute lie. Mira didn't have the legal authority to intervene, in any manner, between myself and the finance company. That's another lie, i believe, that was designed to try and sully my reputation; I believe that's frowned upon by both the legal system and public policy. So to cap everything; Mira, submitted three (3) application to the finance company, in my name, with knowingly false information.. Mira also sent this false information to the finance company three (3) times over the Internet, You're not supposed to be submitting false applications with knowingly false information electronically either; The moral of the story is: be very careful if you deal with Mira. The really sad part here is that, I believe, Mira feels that it did nothing wrong. I see it as a used car sales company trying to take advantage of a poor 69-year-old disabled man on a fixed income.     DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! they act all nice and get you in…read morea car you love till the car breaks down and they argue back and forth. we broke down on the highway! Almost got hit ! the lady hung up over 2 times and got super nasty with us and would place us on hold when we got rude back. they finally agreed to give a tow. Took over an hour to get a tow then when we finally got to the shop the guy was rude and giving nasty ass looks. told us the guys happened to be at lunch all of them? Go figure. Took an hour to get the car looked at... then bout 30 mins later called to say the was already done excuse me what? No way! we get there they tell us they deleted a code and fixed a leak (Which wasn't the issue) head home THE CAR BREAKS DOWN WITH THE SAME EXACT ISSUE!!!! now we have to wait till Monday for them to look wt it? Refuse to give us a rental car to get us to and from work.... And ended up hanging up on us.... extremely rude! we may not have a job to pay for the car now since they refuse to help us. Called cooperate and the lady kept saying we had to call service... will never buy another car from them again or send people to them.

    I purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200S on August 5th. Kevin and Steve were the salesman. I arrived at…read more10:00 a.m. didn't leave with my purchase vehicle until almost 8:00. We were never offered a glass of water, a soda, pop, etc. Above and beyond that, they were pushy with their sales tactics and didn't even bother to take more than $500 off of the sales price of the vehicle and their warranty was over $2,000 and does not cover the entire components of the vehicle either. To make matters worse, 37 days after I bought the car it blew up! Water pump, radiator, cruise control, tachometer and speedometer don't work either! To make matters worse, you have to use byriders dealership for your repairs and they only have two technicians for the entire repair shop. They do not answer their phone and do not return voicemail messages or emails as well. I have yet to receive my two tow bill reimbursement and it's November and the occurrences happened in September and again in the first part of October. Be prepared for your car to take up to a month for repairs! BUYER BEWARE!!
